Customer Support/Training Representative

The ideal candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to establish strong relationships with our clients, a quick acumen in getting up to speed on our product (which would require a general understanding of computer technology), phone skills, strong work ethic, presentation skills, and be self-motivated. A software background and work history with dental-based prospecting are a plus. Requires interacting with dentists, staff and administrators (over the phone) to train new clients on our products as well as support our current clientele. The position may require some travel.
