Software Engineer - Windows Application Developer
This position pertains to the development of data integration software that will run on a Windows platform. This individual will work with third parties and their (mutual) customers to develop software for exporting data from the third-party application into Smile Reminder customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and manage relationships with third-party application developers to understand the application functionality, database platform, and schema.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Windows-based application data integration software.
- Provide secondary customer support for customers regarding integration software issues.
- Author documentation pertaining to integration software and update as needed.
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Windows, C++, SQL, XML
- Windows-based database platforms
- Additional Skills/Experience: Experience with .NET, Linux, Java, JSP

Inside Sales Representative
This position is for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success. The new sales rep will need to interact with doctors, dentists, staff and administrators (over the phone and via email) to sell our highly successful solutions. The position requires ownership of all existing leads as well as many of those generated by Marketing and Outside Sales activities moving forward. This job comes with a full benefit package.
