SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST DEADLINE EXTENDED
Our Annual Parker Pediatrics & Adolescents $500 Scholarship Contest is open and accepting applications from graduating seniors who plan to go into the healthcare field.
Any graduating high school senior who is, or has been, a patient of ours may apply by completing and submitting an application.

The form can also be obtained by stopping by our office. The deadline for the applications will be Friday, May 3, 2024. The winner will be announced the following week.
SUMMER PHYSICAL EXAMS
If your child is due for their annual health supervision exam in the upcoming months, or over the summer, please call the office to check availability and set up a time convenient for your busy family.
Please remember that we cannot sign any forms for patients who are not up to date on their annual exams.

Our sincerest thanks for your patience during the dust and noise of our recent office remodeling/updating.
The next major change will be moving to a new EPIC-based electronic health record system (the same one used by Children’s Hospital Colorado) in May-June that will provide more patient care enhancements, as well as a patient portal. Watch for more details to come.
