A Few Announcements & Reminders:
Important Flu Announcement!
It is not too late to get your flu vaccine if you have not already done so! We are urging all of our patients and family members to get one as soon as possible. We are currently facing the earliest and one of the worst outbreaks of the flu that we have seen in years. All 1,200 of our flu vaccines have been administered and due to the high demand, we are unable to receive any additional vaccines. We do still have the second dosages of the flu vaccine for our pediatric patients who received their first flu vaccine dosage with us. For a list of locations in our area that have flu vaccines available, please see our flu notice that went out last week.
Help Feed Needy Kids
On behalf of the Kiwanis Club of Rolling Hills Estates, PVMG will be collecting canned food to donate to the Food Bank Volunteer Center in Torrance. Please drop off all nonperishable items in the collection bin located in our waiting room.

Complimentary Newborn Baby Care Classes - Wednesday, January 23rd & Tuesday, February 19th, 7:00 pm at Palos Verdes Medical Group
Our one-session newborn baby care class is free of charge and open to patients and community members. Both new and experienced parents are welcome. Topics such as breastfeeding, bottle feeding and infant care will be covered. Class is taught by our office manager Michelle Smith, who has a Master's in Public Health and is a Certified Childbirth Educator, and one of our pediatricians.
