MARCH TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: You may have met Carrie on one of your visits to the office. Carrie took a little time out of her schedule this month to tell us a little more about herself.

LOCAL HAPPENINGS: Looking for something to do around town this month? We took the liberty to compile a list of options for you with the help of our friends at Macaroni Kid!

3 - Barnes & Noble Storytime - Come to Barnes & Noble at the Oviedo Mall and enjoy a selection of new children's storybooks and beloved classics. This event is free and for pre-school aged children. Join the group at 11 a.m. every Thursday and Saturday in March, starting on the 3rd. Find a list of individual topics here.

3 - (Thursday) - Walk A Mile In Her Shoes Hosted by Harbor House of Central Florida - Men and Women strap on high heels and walk one mile from the Orange County Courthouse to the Orange County Regional History Center in support of domestic abuse awareness. The event starts at 5 p.m., registration is a $25 donation per participant and all proceeds go to Harbor House of Central Florida.

5 - (Saturday) - Oviedo Farmer's Market - Monthly farmers market, held on the grounds of the Historic Lawton House on the first Saturday of each month. Baked goods, produce, fresh plants and more.

5 - (Saturday) - Home Depot Workshop: Build A Toy Wagon - Hands-on workshop for children ages 5-12. Admission is free.

6 - (Sunday) - Creative Coloring for Adults - "Coloring is a great way to relax and unwind while channeling your inner child." Free event at the Orlando Public Library for ages 18 and up. 

12 - (Saturday) - 22nd Annual Taste of Oviedo - Head to Oviedo Mall to try dishes from local restaurants, and be sure to visit us at Booth 142! Admission is free.

19 - (Saturday) - Geneva Farmer's Market - Monthly Farmers Market at the Rural Heritage Center featuring produce, , honey, past, plants, jams, jellies breads, a food truck, local vendors and more! 

FEBRUARY WAS NATIONAL CHILDREN'S DENTAL HEALTH MONTH: For Children's Dental Health Month, we offered free fluoride to every child under the age of 18 who received an exam and cleaning in our office. During the month of February, we welcomed 26 CHILDREN into our practice as New Patients! We also we saw many of our current young patients return for their bi-annual appointment! Thank you all so much for investing in your children's smiles. We hope to have a lifetime relationship with each of our patients, and we thank you for trusting us with another member of your family :)

COMING IN APRIL: Autism has touched the lives of many of our team members and patients. On Friday, April 1, our team will observe World Autism Awareness Day (which is observed globally on April 2) by wearing blue and donating 10% of our collections to Autism Speaks.
