![]() Brush your teeth! Stop the party!
Think of the germs in your mouth as a group planning a party; who’s bringing the chips, who’s bringing the dip, and who’s bringing the drinks? When this is decided the partying begins. You need to stop the party!
Did you know that at night your mouth is warm, dark, and moist, the perfect atmosphere for bacteria growth. It takes about 12 hours for bacteria to organize to do damage. Brushing twice a day, morning and night, disrupts the bacteria so they can’t party. Be a party pooper!
