Hudec Dental presents "My Smile Story" video contest. One lucky winner will have the opportunity to receive a $1,500 smile makeover!
It's simple...to enter the contest: 1.) Create a short information video "why YOU deserve a smile makeover", 2.) Upload your video onto YouTube, 3.) Visit My Smile Story and 5.) Fill out an entry form. Remember it is important to include your video URL link.
Unfamiliar with YouTube...here's how to upload a video: 1.) Go online to YouTube, 2.) Create your FREE account, 3.) Click upload video, 4.) Go to My Video, 5). Watch your video, 6.) Click Share and copy video URL link.
