November 5, 2012
,
The holiday season has officially begun, which also means so has flu season! Although you may be busy getting ready for Thanksgiving or running around buying the perfect holiday gifts, you must remember to take care of yourself! We are recommending that most people get a flu shot this year (click here to see our full recommendation). Also, be sure to get plenty of sleep, wash your hands frequently, exercise regularly and maintain good nutrition. If you do happen to get sick, we will be here for you!
We wish you the best this holiday season.

Thank You to Our 5K & FAAN Walk Supporters!
We wanted to take this time to say thank you to all of those people who supported Team PVMG at Mary’s Promenade on the Peninsula 5K Run/Walk and at the FAAN Walk for Food Allergy. They were both a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without you!
