My daughters actually look forward to going to the dentist because the entire experience is always pleasant. The dentists and the hygienists are all friendly and patient; they make sure the kids (and parents) feel comfortable. The office is clean and efficient. We’ve been with this practice for years, and it’s always a positive experience for us.

This was my daughter’s first trip to the dentist. She came in crying, left smiling, and the next day asked if we could go back. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome!

Dr. Erika was amazing with my son and so was the dental hygienist ( I'm assuming). I unfortunately forgot her name. I was so surprised Dr. Erika was able to look inside his mouth. He never lets me at home. I learned so much from her regarding the care of his teeth. I clean teeth on dogs and cats so I understand the importance of dental health. I never saw the old office but this office is awesome. I've never seen a pediatric dentist office before and I wish adult dentists offices looked like this. There was a TV on the ceiling for him to watch and be comfortable. They even get a prize for being a part of the No Cavity Club. He also got a ticket to put in a box to win a $25 gift card to Target. Before I left the exam room she booked our next dental cleaning for 6 months. I'm very excited for him for future cleaning visits.

My grandson was afraid to go to the dentist because of previous experience with a prior dentist, I brought him to you and he has always had a positive experience and is no longer afraid. You are all wonderful.

Wonderful place. Great care, kind, friendly and welcoming to kids. The staff takes the time to explain everything to kids and makes them feel at ease. My children giggle throughout their appointments and they love the aquatic theme. Also, staff is exceptionally accommodating. I wish I could come here for myself!!!

Dr. Ericka and the entire staff are great. Beginning at the front desk where you receive a full explanation of benefits and fees to assistants and doctors fully explaining what will happen and what to expect. My 8 year old had a very positive experience. I have full confidence that we in this practice and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Postel is the absolute best!!! Remie had never been to the dentist before, and both Dr. Postel and the hygienist who cleaned Remie's teeth could not have made him feel more comfortable; so much so, that he was all smiles before, during and after the cleaning. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the experience was!

Great staff ,great doctors ,place is nice and clean, fun for the kids. I wish they had a dentist's office like this when I was a child I wouldn't have been afraid to go to the dentist.if you have a child that is scared of the dentist this is the best place to be they make the child feel comfortable and relax.

I love the practice the ladies in the front are hands down the best! I just wish you still took my insurance. Everyone is so caring. Everything happens for a reason. Sarah fractured a tooth at 4 years old I called around to every pediatric dentist and you guys were the only ones that had a dr open the practice after hours to tend to Sarah. I can’t say enough about Dr Jon and Ruth. Sarah teeth are perfection I recommend anyone and everyone I meet

Adelberg Montalvan Pediatric Dental in Massapequa Park were great with my son. It was his first time and he can’t wait to go back. The dentist and staff were nothing but great. They are very easy to deal with and very helpful. We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.

Everyone is kind and child-centered. The hygienists are always so good with the lkids. Dr. Erica is so warm, caring and knowledgeable. My girls have always liked coming to the dentist. Their prize box, no cavity club and great contests are an added bonus!

Everyone from the office staff to the assistants in the room to Dr. Jeanine was so warm, welcoming, and patient. When cavities were discovered, all of our options were discussed with us, and the doctor let us know what she thought was the best path at this juncture as a professional while not imparting any judgment or pressure if we chose a different option. My child felt safe and comfortable, as did we as parents. The office is just such a pleasant place to be!

After showing up late due to traffic (which I HATE doing - I totally understand there are other appointments to keep) the staff was amazingly understanding. I was completely prepared to have to reschedule but was so thankful not to have to do so. My son was having difficulty with the treatments he was scheduled for and after a few attempts the Dr said, "lets try this another time. He's tired and its late and maybe thats contributing to his discomfort." I agreed and went to the desk to pay. I was again amazed that I wasn't asked to pay for the visit. Every time we go I am reminded why I travel 11 miles for my kids dentist appointments. You guys are fantastic! Thank you for understanding kids!

Our first visit and it was wonderful. The staff and doctors are all so welcoming and pleasant. I was nervous as we tried taking my two year old to our family dentist (not a pediatric dentist) and although they were so nice, he was hysterical the whole time. At Dr. Adelberg Montalvan's office my two year old was so relaxed, never cried once, and had a great visit with Dr. Bennett! I'm so pleased we decided to take him here.

My 3 boys ages 15, 12, and 10 go to this dentist. They are all extremly professional. One of my sons have Asperger's and a dental exam is very difficult for him. They made it comfortable even with x rays. I travel from Long Beach to go to this office.

I'd give adelberg Montalvan Pediatric Dental 10 stars if I could. Their offices are a state-of-the-art facility, clean, inviting and kid friendly. Their front desk staff is professional friendly and accommodating. Their Doctors give top notch dental care from cleaning, fillings and orthodontic care with a kid friendly approach. My daughter is never afraid to go to her appointment. In fact she looks forward to them.

My son Michael's wire on his braces came lose. We didn't have an appointment, but when I called they told me to come in right away. One of the dental hygienist fixed the problem. Everyone is always so pleasant & provide excellent service.

We love Dr. Erika! We are a bilingual family, so it is fun that she can speak Spanish and English with my son during his appointments. She is so nice and thorough. The dental assistants and hygienists are all great, the place is clean and fun, and the staff is very very helpful with appointments and insurance questions. I love all the reminders for appointments; it helps us keep on top of our busy schedules.

Dr. Jeanine is extremely patient with my five year old daughter who had a cavity. Competent medical skills aside, she shows wonderful intuition when it comes to tackling the fears of a young child who is frightened by all that is going on during a filling. Both my children will be treated by Dr. Jeanine until they graduate into adulthood.

Dr.Janine told us my daughter needed a procedure and that she may or may not need to be numb. I had to ask specifically for the name of the procedure. When I was talking to the front desk the hygienist said loudly to Dr.Janine "Oh, she's gonna need to be numb", I then asked Dr.Janine " Do you think she needs to be numb?" and she said yes. I asked why she told me earlier that my daughter may or may not need to be numb, why not talk to me directly, say what you mean and give me the name of procedure to be done on my child. Also, I got the impression everyone, including the front desk staff that it is time to take my daughter (ten on 4/9) to my regular dentist, and that it would probably cost me less. I just got a weird vibe.

This was our children's first dentist visit so needless to say we were all filled with anxiety, fearing the worst, but, thankfully, we were completely put at ease by the entire staffs professionalism, patience and care they displayed with our kids. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

As usual, the entire staff at Adelberg is polite, professional and great with the kids. Corinne, James' hygenist is always helpful about how to keep his teeth clean with all the extra "stuff" in his mouth these days. We will miss her when she is out on maternity.

I love Dr. Jeannine. My son is only 2.5 and has seen her 3x. I made the appointment with her because he has always responded positively to her calm demeanor. I was Disappointed when a different doctor came into the room for my sons cleaning without being told of the switch. No one advised me that the doctor I had an appointment with would not be available to perform the cleaning. I would have appreciated if a staff member would have told me about the change in dentists as it was a little uncomfortable to tell the dentist who walked in that we were there for another doctor. We ended up keeping the appointment and it was the first time my son cried and had a bad experience at the dentist. I would have appreciated a call before I traveled there or even when I arrived to have been told that I wasn't going to see the doctor I had an appointment with. In the future I will have to call the day I have my appointment to make sure it's with the dentist my son does best with.

We were extremely disappointed with Dr Bennet this visit. He took it upon himself to fill a cavity wo any numbing or Laser dentistry. We come To this office to make it extremely pleasurable for our children. When I asked him what he was doing to my daughter he explained that he was "just cleaning the area". I had assumed since she had nothing on her nose or the laser wasn't out yet that was all he was doing. It wasn't until my daughter was in hysterics that I realized he had performed entire procedure without any for of relief for her. I've never come across this in this office before. To say extremely disappointed would be an understatement.

Dr. Jeanine has been working with my 4 1/2 year old since her first visit about two years ago. She was always shy and apprehensive about her visit and the doc has taken "baby" steps each time, helping her getting comfortable with the process. Our last appointment was a real success! Dr. Jeanine was able to complete the exam without my little one showing any signs of distress and my daughter left there smiling! She was so proud of how far she's come that I was practically in tears! The doctor has a great sense of how to work with my child! Very happy and grateful!

Office staff worked patiently to help me find a follow-up schedule that would meet my needs. I greatly appreciate that! Hygienist sensitive aproach to treating my daughter like a kid. Asked what we celebrate, instead of just assuming and saying Merry Christmas. Asked if she wanted a character toothbrush, but didn't assume what type she would like, and asked what color she would like, instead of only offering her pink and purple.

Then she tried to use her own a bit, too.

I took my 3 1/2 year old daughter for her second dental appt with Dr. Erica. The whole staff greeted us when we walked in and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Monday Emma went to the dentist for a normal routine appointment. As always she was so excited to go. We were greeted by a wonderful and friendly staff and an overly outing hygienist. We then saw Dr Bennett he examined Emma and told her funny stories about the Disney princesses, each one made her laugh harder than the last. I was so content that I didn't even feel the need to stay in the room I waited at the exam room door behind her, she didn't even know I left the room. I would never in a million years switch dentists!!!

Love Corrinee!! She is fantastic with my boys! She is always energetic and fun. Dr. Erika and Dr. Janine are great also. Very thorough and helpful. My boys feel very comfortable going to the dentist. The only thing I would say as a way of change is hours. I work in the city Monday through Friday and can only get there on Saturdays. It's real tough with no Saturday appointments during the summer. My boys may have to wait until the fall to get work done.

My daughter received her braces at the last appointment. I was very happy with how she was handled, how thorough the explanations and directions were given and thankful for the follow up call by Dr. John. The only negative (very minor) was that my daughter was disappointed she couldnt enter your contest as you had to do so on facebook which we are not on. This is no reflection of your business or gave us any dissatisfaction. We are truly grateful to use your services, its painless...ha ha!!!!

I love this office! I travel all the way from Williston Park to this practice. Everyone on the staff is friendly and nice and I always have a pleasant experience. The staff makes my daughter feel at ease which makes the visit easy and that translates to healthy dental habits at home. The wait is always less then 15 mins

We followed Dr. Bennett's advice, brush our 5 yr. old's teeth 2 times a day, and use ACT dental rinse and floss. This time no cavities. Great bedside manner, nice office environment. Love this place.

However, Corinne was not only warm and friendly but she shared with us that her sister is also food allergic so we immediately knew that she understood mysons concerns. The visit prior I was told we owe money. This was for services my insurance doesn't cover. It would have been nice to know that the services being offered were not covered before they were done. Then it would have been my decision whether or not we wanted to pay out of pocket. Also I had to pay 5$ this last visit bc apparently my insurance doesn't fully cover the cost of a cleaning. For 5$ I feel what my insurance reimburses should be excepted as full payment.

When I made the appointment I told the person who answered that the boys would be late because they get out of school 5 minutes before the appointment time and she said it wasnt a problem. When my parents got there with my boys - they were told that the boys would not be seen because of the delay in getting to the office. I dont believe there has been a single time aside for one early morning visit that I wasnt kept waiting to be seen - the one time I was delayed the boys were turned away and not treated. We come from several towns west to your office and its not very convenient but we have done it because you came highly recommended. The appointment was six weeks out from when i made it and the lack of accomodation when we were late was very disappointing.

The only thing that happened that I was a little surprised about was when one of the hoses detached from the plastic straw and hit the floor, it was not cleaned with alcohol before being reattached to the straw and used on my daughter's mouth.
