Dr. Doerfler office is like coming back for a family reunion every six months. The staff puts you at ease the moment you step into their office. You can tell they all enjoy working with each other and want your experience to be the best it could be. With the movies, the massage chair, the art in the ceiling sometimes you forget your there for them to work on your teeth. It's a great practice!

Your staff is amazing and the atmosphere of fun and welcome is always a blessing. Plus the movie I watched had a priest, Catholic Church, candles and other holy things. I have always received excellent, professional care at Dr. Doerfler's office. I received substandard care in the past and I was apprehensive about seeing any dentist. I must say that Dr. Doerfler and staff have helped me overcome that and I am very happy with the service I have received there. My teeth look great also!

They always greet you with a sincere smile. I love the comfortable chairs they use while working on your teeth and the movies they provide to make it a more pleasant experience. Of all the dentists I have had in the past, this is by far the BEST!

I understand wanting to make the experience as pleasant as possible for patients, but I never was one to fear going to the dentist. I enjoyed (even with a mouthful of tools) trying to have a conversation with the dentist. I feel like technology is disconnecting us from real human interaction, so for me, I don't enjoy the t.v. and the headset. I'd rather stare at a quote on the ceiling or just the ceiling. Life is constantly moving that sitting in the chair is a chance for me to be still, relax, and get to talk to another person. The tv seems overly accommodating in my opinion, and if that's the biggest "problem" I have, I'd say you guys are doing a fine job.

I have been using Dr. Doerfler for my dental care for over 20 years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else. He and his staff are extremely thorough and efficient. They also genuinely care about their patients and their well-being. For example, I received a phone call from his office during the historic Magnolia fires just to make sure my family and I were out of harm's way and to ask if we were in need of anything. This is very typical of Dr. Doerfler and his caring staff.

The dental hygienist was extremely thorough. At one point the mirror got tangled in my hair and she replaced it. This showed to me that she was concerned about my health. She was willing to explain when I asked questions about my teeth/gums. The gals behind the counter are so very professional and helpful. I appreciate their attitudes. The assistant is someone I know from Dr. Stone and she remembered me and commented about that. Dr. Doerfler is a very conscientious and capable dentist. I'm happy to be his patient.

Last time I was there I was told I was due for X-rays, yet at the end of my cleaning I had to ask about the results which dr. Doerfler quickly examined without comparing to my last X-rays. I should have asked for him to do so in order to spot any changes that may have occurred in the past year. Considering I have gum and bone loss and a recent abnormal growth, I felt that would have been the practical thing to do. Thanks for your time.

I have been seeing Dr. Doerfler for over 20 years. I have been to many other dentists due to location, but I always come back to Dr. D. He is the best dentist ever! His staff is professional and extremely talented. I have always been comfortable and pain is never an issue. I have been coming to Dr. Doerfler for around 30 years. It was and still is a pleasure to come in. Kindness and hospitality seem to be waning practices in a lot of places - it is alive and prospering with your staff.

Everyone in your office is always extremely pleasant and accommodating. I have been coming to your office for 12 years now, and you have a very low employee turn over, which says a lot about how you treat your staff as well as your patients. There is no other Dentist I would go to, or send my family and friends to. Dr. D and staff make us feel comfortable and welcome every time we visit.

Everyone in your office is always extremely pleasant and accommodating.
