I have had a great experience with my sons wisdom teeth extractions and now my long overdue wisdom teeth extractions. The teams professionalism is great, everyone is warm and inviting. I was so nervous to get the surgery but having Dr. Madani be open, honest, and thorough made me more at ease. The front desk staff were great as well. I would recommend this office especially for a nervous individual.

This was my first time having an oral surgery. Of course I was nervous and anxious, but during the consultation, Dr. Madani made me feel very comfortable. He’s also very funny. The day of my surgery he also reminded me that it was an easy process and for me to relax. The surgery only took about 15 minutes. Afterwards he explained all of my post-op procedures in detail. The office was immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him to others.

I am always very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire space at Bala Institute. Even before Covid I was especially critical of the appearance of the exam rooms and have always found them to be spotless including the equipment. Dr. Mandani always takes extra time to thoroughly explain procedures in order for the patient to fully understand the pros and cons of the end result. I fully endorse Bala Institute!

Recently had to have another wisdom tooth removed, and my experience during this visit echoed the extremely positive one I enjoyed last fall when getting the first wisdom tooth removed. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Madani has excellent bedside manner. I am currently in recovery with very little pain and no residual issues to have to be concerned about. Thanks again for making an already painful situation no more so!

I’ve been through two rounds of work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Mansoor is highly regarded and also a nice guy who takes the time needed to discuss the procedure. He also made major changes to his office to minimize any covid risk. His staff was also very good at helping me get as much out of my insurance coverage as possible and communicating well during the process.

I had an infection and needed an emergency tooth removal during the quarantine. I had as wonderful an experience as one can imagine when having a molar removed and preparation for an implant. The oral surgeon and staff were very kind & professional. The office is impeccably clean and every possible precaution is being taken for sanitation during Covid 19 including Hepa filtration systems in every treatment room and full PPE. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Madani was very pleasant and very thorough about explaining the anatomical factors that may contribute to snoring and sleep apnea and I felt that he was refreshingly honest about things like the pain one should expect after surgery, the possibility of side effects, that not everyone is a good candidate for the procedure, etc. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Dr. Madani is the best. I have a lot of anxiety and fear of the dentist after a car accident my mouth was wired. I have avoided going to the dentist since which has led too a lot of damage to my teeth and gums just the overall health of my mouth. This can lead to other issues if I don't take care of it. Entire staff is so friendly and the office is clean and beautiful. Dr. is always friendly and explains exactly what will happen and how to care for yourself after the procedure. I was really pleased.

I was referred as an emergency patient. I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy with which I was greeted. I had expected to have to wait to be seen since I hadn't had an appointment, but I was seen almost immediately. Dr Madani was incredibly empathetic and listened carefully to what was going on and was able to help me. He told me to email him if I experienced any further problems over the weekend. I was not given enough anesthetic, to the point where I had shooting nerve pain in my jaw, face, and eyes. I screamed and cried and begged for the procedure to stop, only to be condescended to by Dr. Madani. I have had extractions done twice before and know the difference between "pressure" and searing pain. However, the doctor was convinced that I was just crying and screaming and writhing in agony because I was "nervous." Not only did Dr. Madani threaten to stop the procedure and send me home with a broken tooth, he actually had the nerve to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and had never had a tooth extracted. EVEN THOUGH HE HAD LOOKED AT MY X-RAYS, and MY LAST EXTRACTION WAS PERFORMED AT THIS VERY OFFICE BY DR. HILL. No surprise, after he administered more anesthetic, my "nerves" suddenly went away and I was able to go the rest of the procedure without crying and screaming. Dr. Madani's bedside manner is terribly uncaring and condescending. I will not be back.

Visiting your office was a much better experience than attempting to make an appt.On my visit I found the receptionist personable, friendly, pleasent, helpful & professional. unlike the two people I spoke with when attempting to make an appointment. I found both the ladies to be rude, impatient, and extremely unprofessional to the point I was almost going to look elsewhere for services. I know the young lady who serviced me during my visit was not the same person (s) I spoke to during my attempt to make an appt. I don't know who these ladies were but they certainly need training in interpersonal skills. I hope I do not have to speak with either of them again. I found Dr. Hill to be very informative as well as curteous, understanding & concerned about me as his patient.Made me feel very comfortabale.

the receptionist at the front desk took my x-ray, then regarding payment , she was extremely!!!! Rude!!! I never want to deal with her ever again! Also, I did not receive the same warm and fuzzy welcome that I saw other patients getting when they arrived for their appts. I got a quick hello and then questions about payment. Everyone was very pleasant. I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and went straight back to get my xrays done. From there I was quickly seated in my assigned room. I waited no longer then three minutes before the assistant greeted me. The doctor was extremely friendly and gave me great insight to my dental options. He worked quick and when I was in discomfort he stopped to make sure I was comfortable. I was surpised at how quick he took to do the extraction. I was done in less then 15 minutes and out of the office within a half hour total time. I would recommend this office to everyone I know. I will also return to get my dental implant because I have trust in the Doctors.

Woke up during surgery when I was initially promised this would not happen at the consultation. After surgery, I attempted to ask one of the assistants to help me remove my mouth full of blood. Just swallow it she said. Unfamiliar with my freshly numbed mouth, I then drooled blood on myself, ruining a t shirt.

He will be my surgeon of choice and I had the opportunity to recommend him to one person while waiting for my prescription. I had such wonderful care from the entire staff. However, your Surgical Nurse Nicki is and has always been very kind and understanding of my fears and my situation. She takes the time to listen and understand. I believe she is one of the best assets your practice has to offer. Dr. Nick Hill was also very understanding of my fears and was an expert at removing my tooth as painlessly as possible. I will always come to this practice whenever I need your specialized care. Everyone was extremely informative, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Hill worked quickly and thoroughly. The procedure was virtually painless. Jamel was very helpful, on the phone and in the office. Niki has a calming Spirit. She truly has a gift for making me, (and I judge many other people) feel at ease and safe. Forgive the name spelling if I got it wrong. AND there was another young lady and a young man who I interacted with and I don't recall their names. In my humble opinion,,,,,, YOU GUYS ROCK ! With Sincere Gratitude. Jim

The women at the front desk were extremely rude to me on both the phone and when I arrived. My friend was in the waiting room and the women talked badly about me as I was meeting with the dentist. They called me a "stupid young girl" and I was very offended. The visit was great, other than the women at the front desk. It is extremely important for EVERYONE in the office to be professional--this is not a middle school lunchroom. There is no need to talk crap about the patients that come into an office. I think this needs to be addressed with the workers. It was a young brunette girl and a middle aged African American woman. Thank you.

Great visit overall, Dr. Hill is great. Only very minor complaint is that I wasn't 100% clear on my post-extraction instructions and whether I had stitches, when it would be safe to brush, etc.

I was so pleased. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Hill explained everything and was very thorough. Coming back to check things out was a good idea and made me feel much better. I was seen immediately when I came back. Excellent care!
