No problems I should give 4 1/2 star it wouldn't let me. I don't love coming to the dentist but it is enjoyable to visit with the staff always are very kind and helpful.

The girls that worked for Dr. Dave were very kind and accomodating. They always do a good job. I think Dr. Dave does a very good job - He is gentle and effective.

I have confidence in Dr Dave. He puts me at ease and patiently answers my questions. Misti ( I think that was her name) obviously knew what she was doing. She was very pleasant and ensured I was comfortable. I also appreciated her follow up call the next day (Which others have done too but I want to make sure you know I appreciate that.)

Everyone is terrific. Rosalee is the best. I have to say, it's a bit of a puzzle that over the past 8 years or so both my wife and I have had -- maybe -- 1 cavity a piece. Since Dad's been on his mission over the past, say, 18 mos., all of a sudden we've each had three. Our personal dental behavior has not changed; we've been diligent, and we get our teeth cleaned there every 3 mos. Interestingly, none of our cavities have shown up on the x-rays. Now it could be merely a coincidence. Or it could be that Dad Berry was missing the obvious (highly doubtful). And it could be that the younger Barry's are super-aware (certainly a good thing). But forgive me for having mildly cynical suspicions that maybe there's a new emphasis on profit margin by the younger Barrys. At this point it won't stop me from choosing your care, because overall, truly, I am satisfied. But, for the first time, I am hesitant to recommend you, and it may cause me to go elsewhere in the future.

. The waiting room is really cold, but the exam rooms were fine. Loreen is one of the people that keeps me coming back. She seems genuinely interested in my life and remembers my family and events from the past six months. I really love seeing her at my cleanings.

Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I found out that the toothpaste I'd been using because of my sensitive teeth had been unfortunately discontinued by the manufacturer. Rosalie and the other staff members (sorry I don't remember everyone's name) found out that there was one leftover that I could buy and made sure it got me. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Rosa lee.. Amazing!! My teeth are extremely sensitive and they are tender all day long. I could not even feel that she was polishing, let a lone feel that any work was being worked on at all! Thank you Barry Dental!!! And I feel forever indebted to my friend, Lisa Boshard! Seriouly , thank you

When x-rays are taken, I would like to see them and discuss them with the dr...or at least, be offered that option. Technically, I own those x-rays, so I should be able to see them and understand what they disclose.

Just a question: This is John Rosenberg. During my visit Dr. Dave discovered a fistula leading from an abscess. He recommended I see an endodontist, and prescribed an antiobiotic. My insurance company confirmed that I have used up my benefit for 2011 and I would like to defer treatment of the abscess until 2012. I am assuming that if the "bump" at the opening of the fistula goes away, and/or there is not an increase in drainage, and/or the affected tooth continues to be pain free, it will probably be safe to defer treatment until January. Is that a safe assumption?

I really appreciated having a lost filling replaced immediately without having to schedule another appointment, as well as the fact that the filling was still under warranty, so it was replaced without charge.

It was generally really good, just a bit of a wait between the cleaning and when the dentist came in for the check-up (about 25 minutes).

We had to wait a really long time and I felt we were rushed through the visit. I know it sounds dumb but my daughter was disappointed that she didn't get to choose her tooth brush or get her picture taken for the no cavity board. She has come in the past and has had 6 cavities at one visit. When she is able to leave an appointment with no cavities it really is an accomplishment for her and looks forward to the picture.

I appreciated that Dr. Mark was able to do the filling I needed on the same day as my prophy and exam. As always, Rosalie is informative and effecient. And the staff is great.

There seems to be a lot of competition in the field of dentistry throughout Utah Valley, and cost is now a huge factor for your clientele. Explaining what you provide for the cost and how it compares to your competitors is a good business practice.

Jen and the other assistant who took care of Lily (I forgot her name) for her cavity were absolutely amazing! They really helped ease her nerves and feel comfortable. Lily says "give them a RAISE!" Loreen and Dr. Dave were so great as well. Your office is amazing. Thank you so much! "YOU ROCK"

A major reason that I go back to this Dental Clinic is because of Rosalie. She makes our dental prophylaxis visit an experience to look forward to for my children and me ---rather one that we have to dread. Rosalie is a wonderful professional. She is kind and thorough. It is also a plus that she has gentle hands. Following the prophylaxis, Rosalie clearly explains any dental issues from her perspective without understating or overstating the matter. We would also like to commend Missy for ably assisting Rosalie and taking care of our scheduling needs.

I really liked everything about the visit. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I would change is the "click to take this survey" link in the email about taking this survey. It was really tiny, and I almost didn't see it.

Dr. Barry and his team are professional, helpful, and kind. They clearly explain options for care--which makes visits to the dentist--much easier. I recommend Dr. Barry and his team--for all your dental needs!

I always feel particularly well cared for with Rosalie. Dr. Mark Barry also explained my situation well and showed me the issues I have to deal with in an upcoming appointment. I hate to feel as if I am being plied with services I don't or only minimally need in order to bulk up a tab. But I was able to see and understand what Dr. Mark Barry was saying and I felt that the issues were real. (I had a dentist in Orem who I know for a fact made up problems in order to bill for procedures we did not need. It is why we switched to Dr. Barry.) Thanks for always being on time and friendly too!! Great staff!!

The personnel at Barry Family Dentistry are friendly and always willing to take whatever time is necessary to explain things. I do not like the waxy fluoride treatment. I come away from a cleaning feeling like I have 4 days of plaque on the teeth. If it is more effective than the rinse or foam, then I guess I'll just have to tolerate it. If I had a choice, I would choose to come away from the dentist office with slick, shiny teeth.

I moved to Draper 6 years ago. As I continued to make the drive to Orem to see Dr. Barry, my husband encouraged me to find a more 'local' dentist. I tried 2 different dentists here in Draper this past year, and found neither dentist nor office staff to be as competent, informative, friendly, and warm as the individuals at the Barry Family Dental Group. As much as I HATE to go to the dentist, you all make it a positive experience evey time. Thank you! :-D

The dentist didn't seem to recognize what was going on with my mouth. It essentially was suggested that I wait and see. Prices were good. The gift bag was really nice.

I was extremely uncomfortable with the assistant during my first procedure. She was rough, unfriendly, and unprofessional in her assistance to Dr. Dave. I felt everything else went very well.

Loreen does a great job and everyone is really friendly. I had one filling and it is still sore and very sensitive to cold and hot temperatures. I expect that this will go away in a couple more days.

Rosalee is awesome! It was sort of distracting that when Dr. Barry was working on me, he was twice interupted to answer questions about another patient.

Skylar is an amazing employee and should be given many gold stars! I was impressed with the temporary tooth which was done. Usually they are awkward but this one I can't even tell. In addition your staff as a whole makes it easier to come to the dentist. Keep it up!
