Sometimes going to the dentist is a bad experience because they tell you everything that's going wrong. Dr. O'Neil and his team did a great job of explaining strengths and weaknesses of my oral hygiene without lecturing.

Ask and check if the treatment that they give you is covered by your insurance or not. The office staff has been always nice, but I had a bad experience on my bill statement. They did not talk to me or ask my permission to see if I wanted the treatments or not, and yet I had to pay the bill.

Great office, awesome staff and dentist. What more could anyone ask for? I am always greeted by name and made to feel welcome. I know that each staff member is knowledgeable in their area of expertise and I feel very comfortable in their capable hands. I do not feel that the most expensive option is always put before me, I do not feel pressured into any type of dental work, and I know that I am in expert hands with Dr. Todd.

I feel a great since of trust that he believes he can make my teeth so that I will feel the confidence I so desire. Dr. Todd O'Neil and the associates who work with him are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was greeted warmly and treated most respectfully throughout my entire appointment. Dr. O'Neil was very friendly and took his time in educating me on my situation. My dental cleaning was thorough and Allison did a super job making me feel most comfortable. I'm excited to go back and see everyone again!

Everyone was friendly and professional. When I first called to ask about the practice, Lori was cheerful, informative and very helpful, Vicki was the wonderful too. Even though I arrived at 9:00 on the dot, with no time allotted for filling in my "New Patient" info, Vicki was still very kind to me. She did not scold or rush me. She didn't even roll her eyes when I had to ask my husband to e-mail a copy of our Delta card. She had to contact my former dentist's office because they hadn't yet sent my file over, but she remained patient with me. Allison greeted me with enthusiasm and was very responsive to my questions. More importantly, she was gentle yet very thorough with my teeth. My teeth have never been this clean and never once did she hurt me! It was also gratifying to see my oral x-rays and pics. Dr O'Neil used them to explain his diagnosis and the potential treatments he might pursue.

I am usually suspicious about charges and what treatments I need, but I felt Dr. Oneill is an honest person and that he would be honest with me regarding what I need or what treatment needs to be done. The experience was superb. The office was stunning, like the Ritz Carlton of dental offices. The staff was incredibly friendly and the doctor was patient and extremely helpful. I had my three year old son with me and everyone made him feel super special. The cookies were the cherry topping on the entire experience. An unprecedented dental experience!! Dr. O'Neil is up to date with current dental philosophy. "Have your teeth look as great as they possibly can, while maintaining a healthy mouth." Helllooo! Why I couldn't convince my old dentist of this I have no idea. I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly staff, beautiful and clean office, not to mention that crazy lighted camera wand thing that showed me how truly scary my teeth look. Who knew? Dear Dr. Todd O'Neil Team, I recently had two custom made crowns put on and I absolutely lOVE them. This is the best dentist team that I have ever seen. They made the process of getting my teeth examined, cleaned and with new crowns put on an absolutely easy and wonderful process.
