From the time we entered to office til our appointments were over, the entire staff was exceptional!! Our four children were able to be seen all in the same day. They were even able to see me last minute so I would not have to come back. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be patient. Having a dental emergency is never a good time, but the staff at Bohle was friendly and professional, and they got me in and out quickly. They made sure to let me know exactly what they needed to do and how they were going to do it ahead of time, and really placed my comfort first.A lot of people are terrified of dentist visits, but I have no qualms about going to the dentist, if Bohle is where I'm going.

The hygienist who did my cleaning I've had twice now. She's bubbly and always happy with a good attitude, even after a busy day when I'm one of the last appointments. I appreciate the fact that they stay open late on certain days to accomodate my work schedule to where I didn't even have to miss work.

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Bohle Dental. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sparks was great, he listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on things I didn't need, as I have with other dentists in the past. I will definitely be using Bohle Dental in the future.

Years ago I had a frightening experience with another dentist which rendered me totally terrified at the thought of going to even get my teeth cleaned! Finally it got to the point I had to have dental work and I said a little prayer and googled dentists for scaredy cats! Bohle Dental came up and that's how it started. Dr. Sparks and Dr. Bohle have gave me a new found dental confidence!! They are the very best!!! Bar none!!!! I give them a 5 star rating!!

I called to come to the dentist because I had a toothache. I was given an appt the very next day, arrived, and sent right on back. Dr. Mahan extracted the tooth, gave me meds and I have felt like a "million" dollars ever since. Thanks so much for your wonderful service. As always I am treated with respect, and feel like I get the most excellent care there!!

I am so impressed with the practice. So organized and so professional! The office is comfortable but very nice. I have really appreciated the texts and e-mails. You even remembered our family's birthdays! I feel valued at this practice. I have recommended it to several others already, especially families with children. My daughter has felt very at ease (and she's very young) at the office, and I think that the friendly and welcoming environment has a lot to do with that. Thanks for all you do!

I felt like the girls up front were very polite and nice. Once I got back into the exam room, I felt as though everyone was rushing. The assistant was polite and did a good job. The dentist I saw (not Bohle) looked at me for only a few moments and didn't really tell me anything. I assumed that meant everything was fine.

I will say for the most part, the office is lovely, but there are a few areas which could use some improvement. There is a shabby looking chair in the corner of the waiting room that looks oddly out of place, and some fingerprints on the windows, etc. (overall, a very nice office... both staff and decor!)

The receptionist was horrible, rude, and off-putting. Dr. Sparks is a prime example of why I have a fear of the dentist. Also, my appointment was for cleaning, fillings, and to identify the additional work I needed to have done at a later date. However, i had nothing done, and was informed that I hadn't set up an appointment for any of that. I was also told that my insurance didn't cover sedation even though I confirmed prior to the appointment that it was covered. Also, the COB given to me on that day stated that it was covered. There is absolutely no way I will EVER go back to your facility. My experience confirmed my fear of dentists and your staff was less than comforting (except the hygenist, she was fantastic). I would never recommend your office and firmly believe you should evaluate your staff, their representation of you as a professional is pathetic.

For the first time in my life, I came out of the dentist's office feeling significantly less fearful than with prior visits (at a different dentist.) The hygienist told me exactly what was going to happen and was very nice about everything. This was the first the dentist didn't shove the floss between my teeth! I left kind of excited to go back rather than fearful.

Bohle was not in my dental insurance plan but I decided to see them rather than wait to get an appointment for an approved plan provider. My problem was not solved. Regardless of how many times I told you that my upper plate did not fit or hold. They promptly came lose as soon as I left your office. You acted as if YOU knew how they fit, not me. Would not listen to what I was describing, just listened to yourself talk. I wasted 1 hr and an half hr trip and alot of gas. Am undecided if I will return for anymore services. And will not recommend you to anyone else.

As the mother of a very energetic 5-year-old boy, trips to the doctor or dentist can be a bit trying sometimes. The staff at Bohle Family Dental, though, are fantastic. They are very patient with my sons bounding energy and endless questions. They make him feel very at ease with what could been seen to a child as very scary dental tools, and he's comes out thinking he's had great fun! The staff at Bohle Family Dental always clearly explain my sons current dental situation, areas that could be improved to prevent future problems, and what we can expect to be done on the next visit. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and their office hours make it so convenient to schdedule appointments when it's a good time for me. I trust Bohle Family Dental with the dental care of my entire family, and you should as well.

I had lots of pain the meds made me sick and then when I called someone told me to stop and take Ibuprofen and do you really think that would help you atfer having 5 fillins and 3 pulled, 4 hours I seat there and the tooth that I had came in to get fix never was ever touched.I did not sleep for 2 days after my visit due to all the pain!It has been over a week and my teeth are still giving me problems, not much help from your side. I loved coming there prior to this!

They are caring, polite, know what they are doing and explain what they are doing. I think their prices might be a bit higher than some other offices, but they take good care of you. The one thing that irks me, is I wanted a second opinion on some work that was suggested to me by another office so I went to the Bohle office because the commercial said the first visit would be free. It was the 2nd visit when I asked about it. YOU HAVE TO ANNOUNCE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT THAT YOU WANT THE FREE APPOINTMENT.It doesn't say that on TV. Like DUH, I WANT THE VISIT TO BE FREE!

The most excellent service. The staff was wonderful, they were patient with my little girl. I can't even describe a mothers feeling regarding this very issue. We were disappointed the treatment couldn't be completed through your office but KUDOS on the staff in your office!

I HSVE BEEN GOING TO DR. BOHLE'S OFFICE OFF AND ON FOR YEARS. THE SERVICE KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. I HAVE ENCOUNTERED ALL THREE DENTIST AND THEIR BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE TRULLY GREAT. THE HYGIENIST I HAD WAS TERRIFIC. SHE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND SOUGHT ACTION. THE LADY THAT PERFORMED THE WORK I NEEDED DONE (SORRY FORGOT NAMES AND YOUR TITLE) WAS TERRIFIC AS WELL. It was great to see that the x-rays were taken with a computer and the dental assistant could view them right there. It was also great to see that they were so well trained. They new exactly what to tell the dentist when Mike came in.. GREAT STAFF!!!!

A cleaning should not mean I spending 90 min minimal. Everyone is nice, seemingly takes their job very seriously and does it well, but it's all way toooooo drawn out. And the maze...OMG...even with a guide it feels like you'll never escape! Love the job you are all doing...just want it streamlined and to know how to get out when it's over!
