Everyone at the office of Dr. Bruce McArthur was very kind, especially him. I have had more bad experiences with dentists and doctors than I would like to admit (in the past), but with the people at this dental office--I felt very much at ease. They are all very considerate, actually care about what they are doing, and they take their time to make sure that things are explained clearly and done correctly. I did pay more than I ever have in the past for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning--BUT, these people are very much deserving of every dime, especially with how thorough they are. Five stars, definitely!

visiting the office of Dr. Bruce McArthur was as pleasant as you could ever hope for a dental appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. All procedures were explained prior to start, and the staff made sure I was comfortable with little extras like a neck roll, blanket and movies. The finished work was very well done, extra time to make sure my bite was just right.

First Dental Office Visit in Over 20 Years an Exceptional Experience! — Jim W.
A variety of life's circumstances along with relatively strong, healthy teeth has kept me from personally visiting the dentist for over 20 years. While not recommending this practice of course, I have never, ever been treated so graciously and cordially by any medical staff as I was in Dr. McArthur's office upon my re-entry into the world of dentistry! Every step was clearly explained in terms I could understand, and most of all every staff member starting with Dr. McArthus took a great deal of time to get to know me and acted genuinely interested in me personally. It was a very pleasant experience! (Did I just say that about going to the dentist?!)

Dr McArthur and his staff are fabulous. I got my teeth cleaned at the same time as my children which was a great use of my time. My children had an overwhelmingly positive experience which is going to help them maintain their teeth throughout their lifetimes. The staff members are warm, personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr McArthur as a dentist.

I have been a patient for close to 20 years. I vividly remember my first appointment because I was so nervous and nearly had anxiety attacks just getting through previous dental appointments. Dr McArthur and every single person on his dental team made my first visit a positive experience. Here we are, all of these years later, and every visit continues to be wonderful. I always recommend him to my friends and family. The level of caring and comfort while maintaining a professional environment is a rare find. Great people with excellent dental care!

Dr McArthur is fantastic. He has been my dentist for almost 30 years. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and takes time with you. I have never felt like a number or been rushed through an appointment. His staff is excellent as well.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by Debbie, who went through the entire procedure in a thorough and professional manner with a friendly attitude. She did everything quickly and efficiently, explaining the procedure to me when she felt it necessary. She put safety glasses over my eyes when applying the whitening. She also noted my dry skin, a common problem during winter for me, and gave me samples and information on products for dry skin teeth care. She is an outstanding hygienist with a friendly personality and sincere sense of care for the patient.
