It is a wonderful experience when you are greeted by smiles, pleasantly walked thru your procedure/s, the doctor takes time to speak with you and answer your questions, and the last person you see is smiling as well. The dental hygenist did an outstanding job on pulling old cement from between two teeth. Although it was difficult to reach...she stayed vewry diligent and was able to pick most-to-all of it out with ZERO discomfort. That areas feels much better now! In fact, we've recommended the Bryan Family Denstry practice to a number of our friends!

I had to fill out new patient paperwork...so the wait was because of that. I was very happy with our first experience and am happy to find such a thourough and professional dentist for our family. It was hard to leave a nearly 22 year relationship with our other dentist...but now I am happy we are forming a new one with Bryon.

I met a new dental assistant on this trip in to the office, and she was really nice!! She made me feel very comfortable and took extra measures when I told her that my mouth does not open real wide, even holding the xray bar herself for the last xray and having someone else hit the button for the x-ray. I'm not sure of her name, but think it was April?? Also, Dr. Lucian took time with me to cement a crown that had come off over the weekend. I know this extended the visit and probably cut a few minutes into the next person's visit, but he was gracious AS ALWAYS, took care of the situation and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I'm not sure from this visit are the results of the xrays - I'm sure if there had been a cavity or a problem, that I would've been told of that....so thank you for a great visit!

Did not receive any feedback as to how my teeth were or if I was cleaning them properly. Truth be told, really not much dialogue going on. I didn’t feel like my teeth were cleaned or polished as thoroughly as in the past visits. Everyone is entitled to a bad day and I felt like today was one of them for the staff assisting me.

Always professional. I enjoy getting the texts and emails as reminders. Any issues I've add with rescheduling appointments, invoices, etc have always been resovled quickly and efficiently Dr.Bryan has helped me out on several occasions by working me or my family in with appointments, much less coming in on non-business days with emergencies. I recommend Dr. Bryan whenever I can.
