My kids and I love this dental office. The staff are really kind and informative. They make each visit efficient and fun for the kids. I love how organized they are and their utilization of technology keeps me in check. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Our first visit was great. The waiting room was spacious a filled with fun stuff that kept our son occupied. All personnel was helpful and friendly. The doctor was so nice - she was singing to our son as she was brushing his teeth - he really liked that.

I was looking for the perfect place to take my child who was afraid of the dentist and I found it! This place caters to children like no other, the fun environment, the friendly staff, everything was perfect, they even played Moana on the TV while she was getting her teeth checked. Both my first time taking my kids to the dentist and they explained everything to me with insurance and detail made me feel very comfortable. I think we made the perfect choice in our dentist thank you!

I found Children's Dentistry online, and I'm so glad that I did! They fully cater to children and make going to the dentist fun and exciting. My daughter's first dentist appointment was a complete success, and Dr. Michael and the staff were very thorough in describing the care that my daughter would receive.

My children have been going to Dr. Jerry's office for many years. We live in Naperville and the ride is always worth it. My daughter was a timid 5 year old who had severe trauma to her mouth and miserable experiences with her old dentist. I finally had enough, and brought her to Dr. Jerry who immediately put us at ease about her care. Today, my daughter has chosen to pursue a career in pediatric dentistry in order to "help kids like me." Dr. Jerry and his team have changed her outlook on dental health and her life for the better.

It's not easy to make a parent and toddler feel comfortable with a new and unfamiliar environment such as the dentist. I was very happy with the care that Jack received while getting his first dental cleaning and examine. I appreciated Sarah, the hygienist's care while treating my son. I felt that everyone had Jack's best interest in mind.

I started going to Dr. Udelson over 5 years ago while living in the city of Chicago, and recently have moved to the Western Suburbs and continue to travel to Forest Park for my Children's dental care. The staff is very discrete and professional and they have a way with children that actually makes my children look forward to their dental visits. Our visits are completely stress free.

This is by far the best pediatric dental office my children have been to. My children felt comfortable in the care and service that was provided. The staff was excellent, especially Kati one of the receptionist who explained everything to us and showed us all possible options for our children. As well as the dental assistants whom were outstanding. My children will not attend another office again. We love this office!!!

I chose this office because of it's great online reviews and the fact that they are board certified pediatric dentists. Unfortunately our experience did NOT reflect these facts. The office waiting room is very nice, I didn't so much like the maze of closed exam rooms behind the closed doors. There were packing boxes, deliveries, and supplies in the hallway, it just didn't seem like a well put-together office once you go through the waiting room doors. Secondly, for the reason that we left our first pediatric dentist after only 1 appointment, the hygienists did NOTHING to make my daughter feel at ease. This was only her 2nd appointment in her life (she's 2), and upon entering the exam room, the technician had her climb up on the chair and strapped her to the papoose board like a straight jacket. She couldn't move a muscle (I understand this is necessary for x-rays). I knew they were going to take x-rays, but I can't BELIEVE they started the appointment with this!! She screamed bloody murder during the x-ray session during which the hygienist accidentally cut my daughter's lip with the x-ray slide. After unstrapping her, there was no amount of consoling I could do to calm her down. Then the hygienist wanted to brush her teeth and the dentist wanted to do an exam! I just can't get over that with all their supposed pediatric skills, they approached our appointment like this. My daughter wasn't fearful of going to the dentist before this appointment. Now she always will be. I'm just SOO disappointed and will be searching yet again for a new pediatric dentist.

My family dentist referred us because my daughter who is 5 is timid and he knew she would have to have some extensive work done and he didn't want to deter her from seeing the dentist. Coming here and having her strapped in a straight jacket for x-Rays and the exam seemed primitive and would traumatize anyone. I also felt like a burden by coming back to the exam room but I've never been there and neither has my daughter and I didn't feel comfortable leaving her. I'm glad I did because I was able to see first hand this is not the place for us.

I wasn't pleased about being told when I got there what amount I had to pay out of pocket. This should have been discussed with me prior to me coming. I had to re-enter a page of information I had already done online. The staff never looked at the xrays that were sent via email which added to confusion. I was ready to walk out, however Dr. Udelson came in and made it all better and I am scheduling my son to have his procedure. Pleasant staff regardless of what I was unhappy about.

I travel over 30 min just to come to this office. I love it there. I love the doctor's and the assistants as well as the staff at the reception. My son is 2 and you are so sweet to him. I wouldn't dream of changing to an office closer to home (Des Plaines, IL) and I am sure there are PLENTY.

Yes, they did a great job taking care of my son--that's expected. But taking real time to talk me through the situation and plan for treatment, being patient and reassuring--that's not common in most doctor/dentist offices these days.

We were referred to Dr. Udelson's office by our own dentist, whom we love & trust, after our daughter fell & chipped her front tooth just shy of her 1st birthday. Since our first visit, we've been back twice & couldn't be happier or more pleased. We have to travel over 30 mins to the office & usually take a day off work to go, but consider that a small price to pay for such excellent care for our daughter. There are plenty of pediatric dentists closer to our home, but we wouldn't take our daughter anywhere else. We feel confident & pleased with the high level of care & professionalism everyone at the clinic offers!

Best place to take your child. My son didn't like going to the dentist before, he was scared. When in the office he was a little unsure about the place, but when he realized that it was ok and safe and I was not going anywhere he relaxed. He even went with the nice dental assistant, he was a big boy and he let them clean his teeth. When we left he told me "mommy I like the dentist, it was fun!" I was excited to hear him say that because before the experience was not good at all. If your child does not like going to the dentist they will change that. They are different than any other dental office, they know how to work with kids and make them feel safe.

I was impressed when the dentist came to speak to me personally to introduce himself before seeing my son. Amazing emergency service! When my daughter injured her teeth, she and her mermaid doll were seen immediately and made to feel safe and comfortable. Only three years old, swollen face and bloody gums, I didn't doubt for a second that she was walking through those doors with staff that would take great care of her. The fact that the "Frozen" movie was playing throughout the office the very same day it was released didn't hurt! None of the kids wanted to leave the office that day. Thanks for making the kids feel so at ease.

The office staff were friendly and helpful, the waiting area is inviting and fun for the kids, the dentist (we saw Dr. Lisa) & assistant (Katie) were wonderful with our son - he didn't cry, and had a great visit. The exam and care was thorough and everything was explained clearly. We definitely recommend them!

I am quite aware that some doctors and dentists charge more then the covered/allowed amount by individual insurance companies. My expectation is of transparency and that additional, out of pocket expenses be provided in advance of a visit (at least a week) and updated lists of actual and contracted fees with corresponding codes be provided to the patient and updated annually. Also, patients should not be expected to pay for out of pocket expenses upfront, should the insurance company actually provide greater benefits than originally expected.

When we drove up she was so upset to be there but once we left she couldn't wait to go back to the dentist. She said "mom I like this dentist the girls are pretty and the dentist talks nice to me." My daughter is five and has had bad expierences at the dentist the staff was great.

I love the way we don't have to wait for our daughter's turn to get in. When she sits too long waiting she gets very upset and wants to go home. Because she has special needs I would not consider bringing her anywhere else. She is used to the team of people and likes everyone because they are so very nice. So it is not a huge problem to get her to go to her appointment.

I have been taking my 3 boys here since they were 2 years old. They have never been afraid to go to the dentist. I always here stories of how terrified children are to go to the dentist and I am happy to say I never had to experience that. That says alot about the quality of care they have been receiving.

This is the best dentist ever! All three of my children have been going here since they were 18 months. Every office visit is more wonderful than the last. My children are 12, 10 & 2. They are always excited to go to the dentist. The staff is also very helpful and understanding. Thank you all so much! Keep up the good work!!
