I am pleased to recommend Dr. Williams wholeheartedly. I have had three procedures done, and his level of professionalism is the best I have seen in my 50+ years. Dr. Williams was recommended to me by a retired dentist friend of mine. To find the best dentist to recommend, my friend used an interesting approach. He asked the owner of one of the big labs he used throughout his own career. He knew that the lab owner saw work from dentists all over the city, and would know who did the best work. This fellow recommended Dr. Williams. I think he even said he sent his family to Dr. Williams, too. Aside from excellent dental work, Dr. Williams shows you in great photographic detail (with state of the art digital dental cameras and other high tech means) exactly what procedures he recommends and why. He takes obvious pride in doing precise work, but also wants you to be clear and comfortable that the recommended procedure is not just an opinion, but is based on sound medical findings. He doesn't "sell" you on procedures you don't need. If you need a great dentist, this is your guy. He's not the least expensive by any means, but you definitely get full value for your money. -Robert

Dr. Williams is one of the best dentists in NYC. He has many years of experience and the latest in technological equipment. Combined these elements create an air of calmness and confidence. He is surrounded by the most pleasant and efficient dental and administrative staff. There is never a problem with any clerical or scheduling item. I highly recommend Dr. Williams as your dentist.

Dr. Williams and his team are the most wonderful people on earth and they are amazing professionals. You are in good hands the moment you step foot in the office. most importantly, Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor. His passion is dentistry and he exudes it. A few years ago, I made the switch to his office from my childhood dentist (who i could only see when i came home at Thanksgiving since it was far away) . I was very nervous but have not looked back since. we have many friends and family members who are his patients. in fact, we even have had "Patients of Dr. Williams" supper club dinners. you are in good hands with everyone there. they are state of the art. and as special bonus, though they don't take insurance, their staff works directly with your insurance company to get you reimbursed. it's all done electronically and there is almost no wait!

From the very first time I found myself at their mercy Dr. Cliff and his people treated me like I was a charter patient. My beloved long-time dentist had recently retired, yet I discovered that my teeth and gums had not. There is something about the The Williams Office -- a serenity, a kindness, a cool professionalism born obviously out of skill and confidence, not just in Dr. Cliff, but in the people who brought their skills and expertise to the area above my neck and below my hairline -- Rene, the Jessicas #1 and #2, and Denise up front. I even sensed an enthusiasm, and as silly as that may sound -- who ever heard of such a thing in a medical environment! -- it was real. I insist and I assure you I was really quite astonished. Even when I had to settle up, Denise made the procedure as painless as had all of those who came before.

There is no way to classify Dr. Williams and the entire staff as anything other than top notch. The care I have received since becoming a patient has far exceeded all prior experiences with any other dentists. All of my previous dental visits were met with discomfort or even downright pain. I never thought any procedures could be painless, but Dr. Williams convinced this skittish patient that it is not only possible but it is the only way is should be. The results have been nothing short of remarkable, especially as it pertains to the removal of a mouthful of my old unsightly fillings. I was prepared for a nearly infinite number of visits to deal with all of my old fillings, but nearly everything was accomplished is just four visits! The technology and techniques used exhibited maximum efficiency and optimal results. I feel so strongly that I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to Dr. Williams and will always continue to do so.

I have been going to Dr. Williams since moving to New York 25 years ago. I now live in New Jersey but there is no way I would go to anyone else. What I like about Dr. Williams and his staff is that they never look for the extreme or expensive solution without first trying the simple or lower cost one. I always feel that my needs (financial or personal) come first. The staff is really friendly and caring.....and I like the mirror on the ceiling so I can watch the skaters!

I think Dr. Williams and his staff are so great that I fly back from Hong Kong for them to do my annual check up. That is sixteen hours of flying time to have someone come at you with a drill - they must be good.

Besides being a wonderful person, Dr. Williams is also an amazing dentist. He uses state-of-the-art techniques that have given me the opportunity to keep my teeth intact instead of resorting to old-school practices using caps. Dr. Williams also keeps up with revolutionary technologies that most dentists would find intimidating. The office staff is always cordial and friendly. I recently became a patient of Dr. Williams and I would like to talk about the experience I had in the office.I have been in many dental offices and I have to say this one -is very different.The moment I entered the office I was greated and welcomed. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Once I entered the treatment room,I was welcomed again.I found Dr. Williams assistant, Rene to be so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable.I actually enjoyed my visit. Dr. Williams listened to all my concerns,He made me feel like I was in good hands.The whole office has such an upbeat ,happy feeling. The office offers you an Ipod ,lipbalm (mini),blankets to help make your visit better. I feel so happy that I have found this office!

I am sixty-four years old. I have been going to Dr. Clifford Williams for more than thirty years. He and his dental hygienists have taken excellent care of my teeth. In all those years I have not had to have a tooth pulled. Nor have I ever had to have a bridge. I have never had gum disease. My teeth are in much better condition than those of either of my two sisters who live in Washington, D.C. and do not have the benefit of Dr. Williams’ excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Williams. Dr. Clifford Williams and his wonderful staff have taken care of my dental needs for over 20 years. I have received the ultimate in dental care as well as patient care. Whenever I have had a procedure, the staff has always been very concerned about my well-being and made sure that all was well before I left the office. I know that whenever Dr. Williams does a dental procedure e.g. porcelain veneers, I am having the latest and best treatment I could possibly have. I trust him implicitly. I am especially very pleased with the porcelain veneers that Dr. Williams did for me as they have given me a "movie star" smile! It is quite an involved procedure and he and his staff made sure that I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way. The office atmosphere is amazing - e.g. When one is being treated one can look up at the ceiling mirror and, depending on the time of year, see the skaters in Rockefeller Center or the beautiful fountains and flowers. Dr. Williams and his staff are the best!

I have used this practice for many years and have always been very happy. The doctor, hygenists and staff are highly competent and cheerful, I rarely experience any pain, and find that the practice is always up-to-date on the latest procedures and technologies. In years past I took full advantage of their very early morning appointments which really helped with my work schedule at the time. I have been to several dentists over my lifetime and my visit with Dr. Clifford Williams was the first one I was actually satisfied with. I felt like I was very much "safe" and that his and his nurse's explanation of my issues were clear and right. I am actually excited to get the work done that was recommended and to start on a new dental relationship with the entire office of Dr. Williams. Finally, I can trust my dentist and his staff! Plus, the office has a very good feeling in it. It's a happy place.
