In a word or two: personable, talented dentists and staff who truly care, ultra state of the art, up to date technology, quality dental care... all that and more. I do know that a satisfied customer is one that keeps coming back and sticks with something good. That's me.

No one likes to go to the dentist, but going to the Commerce Drive Dental Clinic is an experience you won't regret. The office is comfortable, the staff and dentists go out of there way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. Their equipment is top of the line and they always keep you informed of the newest and best procedures for any dental problem you may have. I have been going there for longer than I remember, and would and have recommended this Dental Clinic to my friends and family members.

Your staff were very nice in dealing with my mistake about the time of the appointment. They called at 8:50 to see if I was coming. I had tried to read my calendar without my glasses and thought it was 9:50! Jody rescheduled for later in the morning. When I apologized, she assured me it was fine.

Major issues: 1. I was told I'd get a prescription, but I never got one. That's fine with me, because I was never told what it was for. 2. My referral to the oral surgeon said that I was experiencing discomfort, although I made it clear several times that I was not. 3. It really seemed as though you were trying to sell me something. I came in for x-rays, and was asked if I wanted an exam more than once, after I had said no, which is a pretty clear answer. That being said, everyone was very friendly and professional. I felt cared for when I was getting my x-rays. The procedures and referral processes were explained to me very well. My strongest suggestion is to take fewer patients and spend more time with each of them. I know what this means business-wise, but I believe it would provide better care. I was a fan of the older office. The new office immediately reminded me of a hospital. Not a comfortable environment. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years due to not liking how hard everyone was on my mouth. Not once was I ever told ( in the past) that I have a very very rare lower cleft and this staff said something about it right away and can understand why I didn't like any dentist if they were not careful working around the cleft. I now enjoy getting cleanings and seeing the staff

Julie and Dr. Jessica are both awesome! I will continue to return to Commerce Drive Dental mainly because of these two! Before coming to Commerce Drive Dental a few years ago, I absolutely hated going to the dentist. One of the first things I absolutely loved was how they took time to explain possible issues and one of the tools was a tiny camera they use to take a picture of possible future issues/areas they would watch. They immediately showed the picture to me on a screen right there in the room and explained, in detail while reviewing the picture on the screen, what they were talking about. They make my visits amazingly fun and enjoyable and I will continue telling people how much I enjoy going to my dental appointments with them.

I had my teeth cleaned by Susan who was very thorough and very encouraging. I was impressed with her for reading and commenting on my recent, successful commitment to flossing everyday and with Kim for even documenting that after my last visit. Susan also said to me and again to Doctor Clause how happy SHE was that I had improved since last time. I know why I'M happy to get that news, but for my hygienist to express that she's happy about it shows how much Susan truly cares about her patients. As always, Doctor Clause was very pleasant and patient in explaining what he found during my exam. Since, literally, day one under his care, I’ve had complete trust in his thorough diagnoses, honest recommendations, and tremendous skill. It’s obvious, from the time I’m greeted at the door until I finish up at the appointment/payment desk, that every member of your team has my best interest at heart. It’s that kind of confidence that keeps me driving back.
