Dr. Rick and the Girls are just amazing. I was a nervous dental patient before I came to Creative Smiles and my husband use to hate going to the dentist. Not anymore. My kids also love going to their dental appointments. They make you feel so comfortable and treat us like family. They smile and laugh so it creates a relaxing environment. They are so gentle when they do your dental work and explain as they go. The office ambience is very soothing and beautiful and they are on the cutting edge of technology. They offer so many different dental services, it is one stop shopping. We love Creative Smiles and highly recommend them. The Ries Family

Being generally wary of dentist offices after multiple bad experiences, they made a great first impression. Even the first phone call to schedule an appointment was very customer focused, asking what was important to me in a first visit and if there were any specifics I would like to address. Friendly staff, nicely appointed office, and I felt quite at ease with the whole experience. The free laser whitening or take home gel for life offer was what brough me in, but being talked out of a painful/invasive/unneeded procedure that was recomended by a prior dentist is what will have me coming back.

No laser whitening as advertised — Greg F.
The primary reason for my new patient visit was to take advantage of the free "Laser Whitening" offer that I received in the mail. While I understand that there were restrictions such as periodontal disease, that was not the case with me. I was informed that I had 2 cavities under 2 crowns that needed to be addressed, and that the whitening could not be completed until the procedures were done. I was quoted over $3,000 for this. I don't understand why the whitening could not be completed, as the whitening gel would not be applied to these two teeth. I'm feeling a bit like this was false advertising. I did enjoy my visit very much though. Your offices are beautiful, and your staff is amazing! If you consider doing the whitening as the ad promised, I will consider coming back to have the procedures done. Sincerely, Greg 480-415-8930

I love this office and all the staff. I am in my 50s, and my dental care as a kid was scary and unpleasant. Creative Smiles has done everything they can to make me comfortable, remind me of my appointments, and make me feel welcome. I mean, who else gives you a scented hot washcloth to freshen up with when you are done?

Issue with my 11/29 visit. I was for my cleaning and to my surprise at the end of the visit I was told it would be $274 since I had maxed out my benefits!! It was 11/29 and if I had know this was going to be out of pocket I would have rescheduled until after the 1st of the year...it was just an unexpected expense right before the holidays!! When I got home I called the office to confirm if the rest of my family was maxed out since they all were scheduled for cleanings before the end of the year....two of the three were maxed out so I rescheduled their appointments until after the new year. It would be a nice service to be made aware if you are maxed out to be told what the cost of your appointment would be prior to having the work done. As always the service and staff are great!! Recently broke a tooth and Dr. Rick had one of his wonderful staff members meet me at the office when they were closed to file it down. They were quick to get me in for the full repair. The whole team is very professional yet very friendly. As much as I hate dental work (I am a coward), I will continue to recommend Creative Smiles as a great dental office.

I have to say that Creative Smiles is the best dental experiences me and my family have ever had. Yes I am a Dentist phobic person, but not anymore. The office is so relaxing and everyone is so nice. They treat you like family. Dr. Karitoglou is amazing and such a great Dentist. His staff is wonderful and they do a great job on your cleanings. Very gentle and caring. I highly recommend Creative Smiles.

I had some pretty rotten dental experiences when I was a kid. Even though I've had some very pleasant dentists since that time, I've still never really enjoyed the experience. That is until I found the Creative Smiles team. My son's orthodontist recommended Dr. Rick, and I'm so glad he did! We had just moved to the area, and I needed to have some major dental work done. I was absolutely dreading it, but Dr. Rick and his team made me absolutely as comfortable as was possible. From the blanket and movie they offered while I was having my procedure done, to the heated washcloth I get after every dental cleaning, I feel pretty darn pampered. For me to say that going to a dentist's office is a pleasure, that's really saying something.

Dr. Rick and the ladies at Creative Smiles are just amazing! I never have to wait for my appointment, everyone is very friendly and the office is absolutly beautiful & state of the art. I always grab the 7:00 AM appointments so I'm never late to work. Now I'm not a frequent patient at the office even though I don't floss. The few times I've had work done it was pretty painless. I just put the headphones on and the next thing I knew I was done. I've been a patient of Creative Smiles since they opened and I can't imaging going anywhere else. It's nice to see everyone every 6 months & catch up where we left off. They really make you feel like your family. I love the floss/buisness cards that are so unique and awesome so much that I ask for a few extra to hand out to others so I can tell them how much I love my dentist office & staff! Aimee
