Molly is my Hero!!! I love her!! She is always so patient and explains everything to me. She even lets me know when something is gonna hurt. I spent years not going to the dentist because of so many bad experience. I so petrified. I came to you guys years ago and havent missed an appointment yet. :-) I am so thankful for all of you.

Normally my appointments are quick and not thorough to explain all options and care I need for my teeth, but my hygienist, Trisha, did an awesome, fantastic job in explaining thoroughly my situation with my tooth problem and how to properly brush my gums and floss. I had no idea I could floss that deep around my gums. I admit, it was the best visit yet. She also explained what to expect for my 1 year old daughter's teeth. The front desk also was great! Kevin explained my financial options well and what concerns to consider about my tooth problem if it went further. Thank you all!

I normally do not do surveys but I had to rave about this office. I thought the entire experience was good. All the staff that worked with me were really good. The hygienist, Molly, I believe was her name, was excellent. I felt like she really knew what she was doing and took care in doing a detailed cleaning. I can say that I have never had a hygienist as good as her! It was refreshing to see the doctor in relaxed attire, having a jovial persona, and spoke confidently. I did not get the feeling at all that I was being asked to do procedures that I did not need. I was happy to get options to put non critical things off for later, as I been to other dentist where I felt like I had no options, and in fact a few would not even let me do a cleaning without having more expensive treatments done and get established.

The appointment seemed rushed, I was asked if I 'needed' to see the dentist instead of (like previously) Dr. Rossen automatically checking everything. Also, the hygienist didn't even 'stick' (for lack of proper terminology) my teeth to check for soft spots, which had always been done before. I will come back for another appt in 6mo, but hope it is more thorough.

Dr Rossen is the best dentist. He is punctual, caring and proficient. He stays disconnected from day to day accounting which allows him to focus on giving the best and appropriate care rather sales. He will never sell you more than you need and will always advise you in a way that is best for your health and pocket book.

I went to your office with a specific concern for an X-Ray to confirm/Deny a tooth Infection that was impacting my sinus' and more time was spent doing and saying other stuff... My visit was good. I did have to wait a while for the X-rays and I don't think the tech was aware that she should use smaller inserts so I could actually bite down without pain. Also, I know some dentists are offering free whitening, just wondering if that might be something you decide to offer un the future

We've been clients for 15 years, and Dr. Rossen has helped us with everything from routine dental care to braces, night guards and other major dental work. I did not have my usual dental hygenist this time. She was a bit rougher on me than past visits but that may have just been my situation this time around. Everyone was very polite. I arrived a few minutes early but was taken in immediately. The new toothbrushes provided in your kits are too hard.

My visit was good and every employee was very approachable. The teeth cleaning tools were different than what I'm used to; I'm not sure if this is old or new technology, I'll have to look it up. I was happy to leave without having any issues. I did feel, however, that I was at an orthodontist office with all the talk about teeth straightening and my smile. I think when I visit a dentist, I care to get more attention on the hygeine of my teeth and not my smile.

Dr. Rossen and his staff are exceptionally cordial. The atmosphere is professional yet casual at the same time. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. They get you in and start your procedure right away. No fooling around here!

I appreciate the professional yet very friendly atmosphere at the office. Our family has been seeing Dr. Rossen and his staff for 11 years and we are very happy with the level of dental care and expertise. Having had 2 children in braces, I'm so glad they do orthodontic work as well.

On my last visit, I was disrespected by all but one of the staff members I came into contact with. Unnecessary treatments were stressed, and were offered as an ultimatum required in order to have my requests met. I will not be returning.

I had overpaid on the previous visit. When I went up to the desk she said you owe nothing for today. I said but I should have a credit balance. She seemed to be aware of it but wasn't going to say anything. She said she would chk with dr Rossen but I haven't heard. It is imp to me to know that my dentist isn't overselling me and that my fiancees insurance etc are being handled effectively. I'm new to dr Rossen and I have some questions

Dr. Rossen is the first of 12 dentist my daughter feels comfortable with. He is kind and patient. His demeanor is friendly and caring. He also works on my teeth and I have never been more pleased with my smile. The staff is supportive, friendly and accomodating. I have noticed Dr. Rossen always smiles and is pleasant but is more energetic after 10 a.m. :D
