Our visit was our sons first visit ever. He is a little over 2. Dr. Silverglade just looked at his teeth and put the fluoride past on them. He didn't really talk much to us but was good with our son. He never asked how much juice or milk he drinks, if he is still taking a bottle, what kind of sippy cup he uses or even how often he brushes his teeth and what kind of toothpaste he uses. He did say that everything looked great but he really seemed rushed to get out of there. We are a Caresource patient so I don't know if he doesn't want to spend as much time on these patients or if that is just how a first visit goes. This is our only child so we are new to this.

Having a child with special needs, it's always a good feeling to know that he's in good hands with Dr. Silverglade. It can be scary going to the dentist, and Dr. Silverglade makes him feel calm and in good hands.

I have been taking my older son Brandon to Dr. Silverglade and his staff for the past 5 years or so. Now that we have a second member we wouldn't go anywhere else! My family loves going to Dr. Silverglade and seeing his wonderful staff!

I have been going to Dr. Silverglade since I was 6. I have to say I enjoy going to the dentist and not being afraid or worried that he's going to hurt me. I will definately being goig here until I turn 18.

This practice is excellent! The staff is very friendly, and my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! Dr. Silverglade does great work, and our appointments are always very timely. My husband went here when he was a child and now my kids go here also and we love it. Thank you!

As always, a pleasant and professional visit. The office is inviting, staff courteous and Dr Silverglade is great. He can always read the kid's moods and knows just what to say to get them laughing (or can get the job done super fast for when they are not quite in the mood.) Plus, he has the best toys to chose from. Every 6 months, the kids are excited when I say it's time for the dentist.

We drove from Michigan to have an EZ-PEDO white ceramic crown installed on my 5yo's molar. Dr. Silverglade is the only dentist that we could find, within driving distance that was working with the specified product. He is very professional and works fast. The staff is also great and very friendly. I thought that we may have to drive to Columbus again, at a later date, but Dr. Silverglade was able to install the crown on the first visit, and now my daughter has a perfect white smile. We are very pleased with the service we received. I highly recommend Dr. Silverglade's office.

This was my daughter's first dental appointment. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment she received in this office. My daughter was scared and was crying loudly and instead of being reassured or comforted the dentist placed his hand over her mouth. I find this to be totally unacceptable seeing that this is a pediatric dentist office. I am sure that is not proper procedure. I felt violated, angry, and disrespected. I do not appreciate what happend and even thinking about it angers me. Thanks for your time and consideration regarding this matter.

Had to reschedule appt due to Dr. Silverglade having to go out of town but didn't mind because I was notified that he might have to go out of town as I made the appt and got a phone call in advance to let me know that he had to go out of town. Connie was very sweet and was surprised that they put in the extra effort to let me know in advance. Dr. Silverglade made my son feel safe and explained everything that was going to happen and when it did happen. My son walked out of the dentist office saying "I love my dentist, the dentist is cool" It was more than I could've asked for!

This is the first time in 10 years that the kids did not come home smiling. Meagan was VERY nice, and VERY professional. But all three -- Addie, Lorelei and Ben all complained how it hurt so much this time when she cleaned their teeth. I have never seen Lorelei squirm in the chair (she LOVES coming there), but she did this time -- along with some uncomfortable faces. Nothing against Meagan, professionally, but this is not the experience my children are used to having when they visit your office.

I was concerned that my special needs son would have a difficult time with his appointment. Dr. Silverglade and his staff made me and my son feel comfortable. They were gentle and attentive when they worked. I would recommend Dr. Silverglade to other parents of special needs children.

My daughter generally has an issue with any and all Medical staff being in her immediate vicinity. It is a testament to your ability that she was at ease and enjoyed her visit. My husband and i were floored! The following day we drove past your office on Broad street and she cheerfully pointed out your location! Amazing! She's 4. We will definitely refer you to our friends and family.

Dr. Silverglade was great with my daughter. This was her first visit to the dentist and Dr. Silverglade was very gentle and explained everything he was going to do and during the time he did it. He also explained what each tool was used for. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.
