It was a very positive experience and I am relieved that I will be able to continue to get dental care despite my physical disability making things more difficult. So happy that you do the Cerec crowns also. I have already told a neighbor about this. The whole staff was pleasant and professional from day one when I called in. Dr Patel gave me a plan to get started and I am glad that he cares about my entire bite situation and not just whack-a-moling the teeth as they go bad. I wish I had gotten help with this 5 years ago. I'm hoping I have found the Dentist for the rest of my life.

It is always a pleasure to have Dr. Patel work his painless magic on my mouth. He and his staff of professionals are a credit to the dental profession. from almost zero wait time, quick and efficient procedures. We never seemed rushed or a burden to the office. Wish I knew of this office years earlier. When my procedure was done, I was informed of what was done, and what I needed to do to preserve his good work.

As my mouth is still adjusting to the dentures, I need to have the dentures adjusted so that I can chew comfortably. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable about converting my description of the discomfort I am experiencing into reshaping changes to the denture to eliminate the problem. I continue to be very happy I choose his dental service for my work.

I had to switch my dental care to another provider due to having changed my healthcare insurance. After a year of dental care under the other provider, our family has returned to Deland Implant Dentistry on our own dime. The service and thorough care here cannot be compared to other dentistry practices. I love the genuine care and professionalism we get from the entire staff always. I reccomend Deland Implant Dentistry to all.

Dr. Jayraj is a very kind and caring person, he takes time to see to it that my night guard fits well in all angles. He doesn't hurry, he gives instructions and answers all my questions using the most simple, plain language that I can understand, not the high sounding scientific dental terms. Questions I forgot I just text him and he gives his answer as soon as he gets it.

Dr. J is the best...smart, sharp and his continuing education keeps him up on all the latest dental technology and procedures. We drive an hour for our visits and happy to do it. Deland Implant Dentistry staff is positive, professional and organized. They have a concierge type discount plan that beats any insurance that is a win win for you and the dentist. The office is very clean, yet comfortable and the equipment/technology is up to date. I also like a game plan that lays out what you need, how much it costs and a timeline....they do it all. Just telling the truth, see for yourself if you are looking for a new dentist!

I would say my choice of foods led to needing full dentures. The three Dr. Patels did great work keeping some "working" teeth in my mouth for a number of years. Attrition finally won though. The total process will take a number of weeks. I can already tell a big difference from a mouth full of broken teeth. It has not been a very comfortable experience, just necessary. And I am not embarrassed to open my mouth now, either. Thanks!

Had to have a crown replaced. Dr.J Patel kept me informed and comfortable/pain-free during the procedure. Prior to that I saw Dr. R Patel for evaluation and he was equally informative. Several days after the crown replacement, I saw Dr. R Patel again because another crown popped off and needed to be reattached. All experiences were a great. The dental assistant was also warm and friendly.

Dr. Patel was able to create an exact replacement using 3D software to scan my tooth. He was quick and painless. I would highly recommend for any Dental Services.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rajiv Patel for over 25 years. I have always received professional, caring service. However, I feel that my recent visit was not up to par. Perhaps I feel that way because I am not familiar with the staff anymore. I do not fear change and recognize that change is necessary at times. What I would have liked to have seen was a friendly self-introduction from the staff and acknowledgement that my file had been reviewed before I was seen. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. R. Patel. He truly cares about your comfort during your dental procedure. I have a problem with not getting numb on the left side of my lower mouth. This is the first dentist office I don't dread going to. I've been loyal to this practice for over 16 years now. Dr. Patel keeps up with all the latest up-to-date dental breakthroughs which adds to my confidence. The entire staff is friendly, well informed and makes you feel comfortable. I had a reaction to the post on my front tooth cap which rotted the bone after 20 yrs of going to not so good dentists due to cost. Dr. Patel explained his approach on how he would proceed over a period of time. He gave me my smile back after years of going to uninformed or behind-in-the-times dentists. Most importantly: I trust them! Still happy and loyal!

DeLand Implant Dentistry provides an all-around great experience. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly and professional. My concerns have always been addressed promptly and with great results. Pro-active maintenance is encouraged and appreciated. I have never experienced pain in any procedure and have always been very satisfied with the results. Thanks to their help I have a full set of healthy teeth and good gums even in my old age. They take time to explain and educate - for example, learning that there is a direct connection between gum disease and heart disease; and yesterday I received an informative email regarding coronavirus. Their prices are reasonable and there is no push to up-sell. I absolutely recommend DeLand Implant Dentistry.

I just had two teeth implants done....the implants were done in November and the crowns were done this Monday ...so far they are good... Dr Patel does awesome work... when I needed a little tweek on the crowns he fixed it right away... I would recommend this to everyone....if you purchase your dental insurance through Dr Patel’s office you get a 20% discount even on crowns, bridges or implants... I was paying the same for dental insurance elsewhere and wasn’t getting the discount so it’s worth it....insurance includes having your teeth cleaned too... the dental office can give anyone interested all the details... I have been going to Dr Patel for almost 30 years... the office is spotless, the other employees are very kind & helpful... wonderful experience and I’m terrified of dental procedures but Dr Patel has helped me through my dental work every time... A++

When driving up to the office, it is well maintained and inviting. The waiting area and actual dental office is very modern, and clean. The associates were caring and knowledgeable about the procedure I came to discuss. I immediately felt comfortable that this was the office I wanted to have my dental work done at. The procedure was explained in detail by Dr Patel as to visits, how often and the time line of the implant. I was given a breakdown of price and options. I also liked the idea that they take a picture of the patient, so they can match a name with a face and know they are working on that person.

I had my final 15 front teeth pulled and full upper/lower immediate dentures made by Dr. Patel placed on Nov. 17, 2016. I couldn't be more pleased with the appearance of my dentures and have received so many compliments (from people who knew I was getting them) on how natural they look. I did not experience one moment of pain, had no facial swelling/bruising, and very minimal bleeding afterwards. I attribute all of this to Dr. Patel's method of surgery plus the detail and pride he takes in creating the dentures. On February 28 I returned to have a soft reline put in my dentures. The uppers are once again snug and need no adhesive. The lowers still need adhesive, but very little. As always, Dr. Patel and his entire staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions.

We couldn't have a more wonderful dental office to come to. My sister is handicapped, and the hygenists and all the staff treat both of us with such kindness and respect. Dr. Patel is conservative and doesn't push for doing things that really don't need to be done, and when things do need to be done, they are done skillfully and painlessly. This is an outstanding practice, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

More importantly to me, however, was the genuine friendliness and warmth of the entire staff. All my questions were answered without any of the staff acting rushed. My experience this week at Deland Implant Dentistry was a pleasure as it has been for the past 20 years plus. The staff is always courteous and always have a smile for one. They were running a few minutes behind and Dr. R. Patel came to the waiting room and acknowledge me and assured me I would be seen shortly. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant and comfortable. I met the new Dr. Patel and was very happy with his professionalism and thorough examination. Debby, the Dental Hygienist was very kind and gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would recommend this practice for personalized, caring dental care.

We couldn't be happier ... It's so difficult to find people who are willing and able to provide care for and be sensitive to people with developmental disabilities. Everyone there is outstanding in every way, both with expertise and level of care and the way you interact with the patients (and their over-protective relatives.) Your sense of humor is a great asset. Cathy (Kathy?) is incredibly efficient, friendly and kind and couldn't be a better "gateway" for the rest of the practice. We can't thank you enough !!

Everyone at the office is super nice and accommodating. I don't like going to the dentist in general but Dr. Patel and his staff are some of the sweetest people you will ever come across. It puts you at ease so the trauma is not so bad. Thank you for your excellent care.

Going to the dentist usually doesn't evoke thoughts such as "warm" and "inviting". The experience at Deland Implant Dentistry, however, does just that. The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable. They make sure your time with them is as comfortable as possible and keep you educated throughout the entire process. Your staff personnel were kind and helpful. It's not a big thing, but I was surprised to learn AFTER the fluoride treatment, that it is not covered by my insurance. Since I don't like the rough feeling of the fluoride on my teeth, I don't plan to have it again, but I would have appreciated knowing that it was an extra expense before I had the treatment. I am pleased with your dental practice. I am glad my husband and I found your practice. We have already recommended that our son, who lives in the Atlanta area, consider making an appointment when he is visiting. His teeth are in terrible condition and he is afraid...Your calm office should be a comfort.

Numbing was done very professionally. My comfort was considered at all times, which I appreciated. And the extractions , while not fun, were accomplished with minimal grimacing on my part.

Ive never been to a dentist office where they greet you like if they have known you for years. I enjoyed my visit and would deffinetly refer people to them. Dr. Patel explainted everything in detail to me and was very nice. Thank you for the wonderful experiance. His assistance was also very nice and very patient with me.

My great experience started with Cathy, who set up my appointment. She listened and understood my situation, and made an appointment for me sooner than I had hoped. THat show of caring for patients was a fonderful beginning to being served by DeLand Implant Dentistry. The other staff members and Dr. Patel continued to make my visit comfortable and informed. I think that Deland Implant Dentistry is a Class A operation. Dr.Patel is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and capable yet still down to earth. Both Dr.Patel and his great staff make me feel very comfortable and cared for during my visits. I intend to ONLY use this office for my dental health from now on.

Great office staff!!! Probably the best I have seen, including my time as a dental assistant for my Dad. Cathy is a great 'ice breaker' with her friendliness and eagerness to deliver the best to each patient. The chair side staff is equally terrific as is, of course, Dr. Patel. I appreciate his effort to educate the patient and his eagerness to provide the best possible outcome.

I regard all of you as family with a soft spot for Rita and Kathy. Debbie does the most thorough job of explaining prevention and proper techniques of anyone I've ever been to for cleanings. I do not want x-rays more than once a year but will continue with quarterly cleanings. Thank you again for giving me back my smile!

The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and personable. The hygienist is my favorite. However, The x-ray process was grueling. I had to reach up and hold the thing-a-ma-jig in my mouth, and the technicians had to take so many pictures, over and over again. It was frustrating.
