Everyone at the office is amazing. But ESPECIALLY Margo, she explains whats she's doing and makes sure you're absolutely as comfortable as possible. I recommend this office to all my friends looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Heppler is fantastic! He is always so nice, friendly and informative about the exam and his findings, as are the rest of the staff! I think my only complaint is that perhaps they over-estiamte what insurance will be willing to cover for various procedures resulting in frequent additional billings to the patient. They are never large but slightly annoying. However, by no means would I stop coming to Dr. Heppler simply because of that!! :)

Having avoided dentists for at least 15 years (primarily because of the cost and no insurance, but also because of being in denial about dental health), I was very pleased to discover Dr. Hepler and his wonderful office of friendly, mercury-free professionals. Money is still an issue for me, but I now know what my options are and the "roadmap" that I can follow to improve my dental health as my income allows. This journey that I'm about to go on is no longer as scary as I had thought it would be. My gratitude to you all!

The staff at Dr Heppler's office are very professional. I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. My cleaning was thorough but gentle as well. Dr. Heppler is always positive and explained how I was doing in relation to taking care of my teeth.

I was welcomed when I walked in the front door, even at 7 AM, the staff had a smile on their faces. I felt respected and valued during my visit. Before I left the office, we set a plan of action (with my input) so that I was aware of and understood the next steps needed in my care.

Have an interesting process with regard to crowns. Using software the crown is constructed and fit perfectly on the first try! I have been to other dentists where it takes 2-3 visits to get the crown and bite comfortable. Also worked with me on payment plan which was very appreciated.

My first experience was great! I've already shared with 1/2 dozen people the difference I experienced compared to the last 20 years at my other dentist. The staff was personable, informative and very enjoyable. I appreciate the "time" that was spent with me during the appointment. The willingness to explain the why's, when's and how's. To educated me and leave the decisions in my control.

He is the best dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is actually pretty cool for a dentist. I am a teen, so I like having a dentist who can interact well with younger people. His office isn't scary. All the people who work there are really nice.

I was having some issues with some sensitive teeth. I got in to see Dr. Heppler right away. X-rays were taken. Dr. Heppler didn't rush my exam and gave me all the time needed to explain them. I learned a lot about sinuses and tooth pain. Thanks to all at Dental Designs!

I have benefited from excellent dental care my whole life but I don't think I have ever had as careful and thorough an oral exam as I received at Dental Designs. I was impressed with the entire hospital's pleasant environment and welcoming feel. Every staff member was professional and personable. I would easily rate my visit a 5 and will be returning every 6 months for cleanings.

I had a terrible toothache and needed to see someone immediately. Dr. Heppler's office scheduled me for a same-day appointment and everyone was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Heppler was very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, and clearly explained the situation. He then performed a procedure which went very smoothly and the next day the pain was gone and I was eating again.
