I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Frank DePaola Jr! Dr. Frank came in at 1AM at night to see my mother who had broken her front tooth badly. It was an emergency situation as she broke her tooth the night before a very important, hard, and sad day - as we had a funeral for a death in the family. Dr. Frank made every effort to meet her, beautifully fix her tooth, but he also offered much compassion for her situation and great support. There just aren't words to express how grateful we are for his professional service and his big heart! With gratitude, Jillian and family.

I am so grateful that Dr. DePaola saw me before his office hours on Friday for an emergency appointment, even though I had never been to his office before. I came into his office in excrutiating pain and left feeling like a new person. The office is beautiful and state of the art and he explained very clearly my condition and what was wrong and what needed to be done. I experienced minimal pain and at the slightest showing of discomfort, he made sure to give me more anesthetic so I could be more comfortable. I wouldn't change anything about the appointment. You have a new client and I will be sure to refer everyone I know to this office. Thank you so much.

My cleaning was prompt and great as always. After that I waited 35 minutes for my checkup and eventually left and had to come back in two days later to complete it. This isn't the first time I've had a wait like that between my cleaning and checkup - it seems like it's starting to become the norm. Hopefully it changes.

Sara (hygienist)- made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything she was going to do in detail. Sara also got to know me on a personal level by discussing our common interest in the Jersey shore and similar undergraduate college choices. She was very knowledgeable regarding the procedures she was performing and great at explaining the reasoning behind them. Jamie (receptionist)- Extremely nice and accommodating. She called me promptly to inform me of a cancellation. She had already spoken to the dentist and assured me that he would be able to accommodate my dentist anxiety. When I arrived she connected with me on a personal level by sharing that her best friend worked at the same firm as I did. Dr. DePaola Sr.- Broke out all procedures he recommended by priority and pricing. Informed me that I was free to have the work performed by which ever dentist I was most comfortable with. Took his time with me and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable.

I was charged for re-cement a crown that fell out, then re-calculated charges to waive that amount when I was persuaded to buy a new crown. The re-cemented crown fell out again within 30 minutes of leaving the office. I was called back the next day because they forgot to note the color for the new crown.

Everyone from the receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist was absolutely wonderful. They all greeted me by name even though it was my first visit. I was also impressed that the entire staff remembered my husband who is a patient and greeted him warmly by his first name as well. My daughter fell and hurt her lip very badly this past Friday. I first went to my Dentist, and surprise, her office was closed, so I rushed to this office and the staff was so helpful with us. My last treatment at your office was life changing. I have to admit that I was very skeptical when Dr. DePaola diagnosed me with TMJ because I've always had a jaw that clicked, etc and I've always lived with it no problem. After receiving my first treatment to relax the muscles in my jaw I honestly didn't realize my face could feel that way. I had no clue that I was living in such discomfort all of these years. I had a dental emergency this past week and the office could not have been more helpful in juggling schedules to get me for an appointment. Then Dr. K. spent the time to make sure everything was explained to me and to do wonderful work. The entire office welcomed me and made me feel at home (and Dr. DePaola came out to greet me even though I was seeing Dr. K). It was just the experience I needed to help me during a traumatic time. I definitely recommend Dr. DePaola's office (and Dr. DePaola or Dr. K, the two dentists I have seen), to anyone in the area. Thanks guys.

DR.K. IS TREATING ME. I NEEDED TO CONTACT HIM OVER THE WEEKEND BECAUSE I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN. HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALL AND I TOLD HIM THE SITUATION. HE PHONED IN A SCRIPT FOR PAIN TO MY PHARMACY. HE MADE ROOM FOR ME TO SEE HIM ON MONDAY. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME W/ ME AND ADJUSTED MY APPLIANCE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING W/ MY PAIN FOR YEARS AND I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN DR. K. I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT DRs. AND NONE OF THEM GAVE ME THE ATTENTION THAT DR. K. GIVES ME. HE IS MORE KNOWLEGDABLE REGARDING MY ISSUES THAN ANY OTHER DR I HAVE COME ACROSS. I WAS GRATEFUL THAT I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT HIM DURING THE WEEK END AND THAT HE FIT ME INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE THE NEXT DAY.

Even though this was my first visit, the friendly staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I had thorough explanations of everything that was done during my appointments. I was pleased that the doctor understood my insurance situation and he fit me in 3 hours after my cleaning for some extra dental work. I found your dental business from the web ( blindly ) in January of 07 and it was the BEST decision I ever made for my health. You all ROCK, simply the best, Dr K, and everyone in the office, Christina, Carole, everyone the best ever. I have probably spent 15K and it is the best money I ever invested, my teeth feel and look and are healthy, no judgement, great guidance, never have to wait,flexible scheduling, I would advertise for you guys if you would want me too. Cant wait for the invisalign to be done and then get the Zoom and whatever else I need in consultation with your team. I LOVE this place, I actualy look forward to my appointments. I was really pleased with everything I was involved with or witness to. Very comfortable. I really enjoyed my hygienist as well as the doctor and office staff. I have to say my that my visit on Wednsday was the best dentist apointment I have ever had. I am normally very anxious about going to the dentist, when I got there I was greated at the front desk with a very nice staff and then I met Sarah who was extreemly patient as I baraded her with questions and explained each one very in detail and in a language I understood. I came in on a Monday (short notice) after chipping a couple of teeth over the weekend while running. Dr. K did a fantastic job! He restored my smile the same day, after which, I could not tell my teeth had ever been damaged. This was my first time at the office. I had a cleaning with Sara. I thought you should know I have never had a cleaning as thorough as the one Sara did. I left feeling like I had a brand new mouth. I made an appt for my partner for her cleaning and made sure it was with Sara. Very friendly and modern office! The technology and tools you use seem top notch. Megan was very nice, helpful, and explained more to me then any hygenist ever has. Dr. D was very thorough, and I believe was looking out for my best interests as far as treatment long term. Gina was also very helpful, as I had a lot of questions about insurance.
