Dr. Song and his team were outstanding: a 2.5 hour appointment made the day before to remove a tooth (maybe two, but gratefully, turned out to be one) and, beyond the nightmarish thoughts one naturally tries to ignore, I did not even feel the pain of the needles, not to mention the operation. Dr. Song's soothing words of encouragement throughout were helpful and, best of all, there was post-operative pain at all: not a thing; you'd never know I had the operation. So thank you for a job well done!!!

Dr Harrison and his staff are the greatest! My new crown was made efficiently, quickly, and without pain. Even the office staff is fabulous. Dr. Harrison is the best!

Frances was excellent--very friendly, patient and sweet. Dr. Song was fantastic and stepped in for a vacationing Dr. Harrison when my crown came off. Great experience with customer service and being willing and able to help another Dr's patient.

This visit was only for a cleaning but she was very hard on my gums, nicking them severly at least twice. Also very rushed -- it was the fastest cleaning ever and I didn't feel she even touched every tooth. I will be back but have requested a different cleaner next time.
