I have been coming to this practice for about 13 years and I refuse to go anywhere else! My kids and I won’t see other doctor… The staff is always awesome but there is a petite young lady with glasses who has been there about 15 years! I forget her name but she always makes us feel comfortable and she is very lovely and professional. Dr. D is great and I suggest others should come here!

I had an issue with my eye, and had lost vision and was having a lot of pain. Dr Dadej saw me immediately and knew right away what the issue was. Definitely one of the scarier moments in my life, and he was so calm and professional and made sure I understood what was happening. I left his office much calmer than when I entered. I, as well as other household members, have been with Eyecare Center for years and couldn't be happier. By far the best eye care experience in every way. I have been going to Dr Dadej for years. He’s great and so is his office staff. He’s always on time and I love that I don’t have to get my eyes dilated. The doctor always explains everything he’s doing and if your vision is changing. I have diabetes which can effect vision so he always checks that and explains how I’m doing. I would highly recommend Dr Dadej.

I have never been to this business before but after my visit, I was glad I did. The staff is friendly and efficient. I was guided thru the whole process without being rush. The dr. was outstanding. He finished up my visit and told me thing that I did not know was wrong with my eyes. I was told nothing serious right now but he said he would help me monitor it. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment time and was in the exam room in less than 3 minutes. UNHEARD OF !!!! all went smoothly and wad fully done with even fitted for my new glasses within 40 minutes of arrival. Completely satisfied with the doctor and the staff. My only pair of glasses broke, and with plastic frames were unfixable. I was a walk in with no appointment or previous experience with Eyecare Center. I had just walked into another company a few blocks away and was told their next available appointment would be in a week, so I expected the same story. But Eyecare Center gave me a comprehensive eye exam, found I needed a new prescription from my broken glasses, helped me find a frame I liked and had my glasses ordered and me on my way in less than an hour. I was extremely grateful.

I called because my family doctor and his nurse practioner where out for the day, I had thought i had allergies and waited three days until I realized it was a eye infection, after leaving work due to the discomfort I called the eye care center and scheduled a appointment within the hour, not sure if they would take care of my problem, arriving I found them very professional and after filling the forms out and then promptly going in for a exam by a assistant I was placed in a room and the doctor came in did a few other test with the machines and he confirmed it was a infection, gave me a prescription for drops and also prescription for glasses if I felt like getting them there or elsewhere at a later date and instruction and results of all the test preformed and instruction for the drops (medicine). This whole procedure took less than a hour. I found them very professional and efficient, something you do not find often in Las Vegas.

Great, quick appointment. I was able to schedule my appointment online easily. Once I got to the front lobby, I had to update a few forms which took less than 5 minutes. One of the nurses took me in and did the usual eyes tests and then the doctor saw me after that. The whole appointment from start to finish took less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this office to whoever needs to get an eye exam. Doctor D is really knowledgeable and I've never had a problem here.

The recent visit with Dr "D" and the ladies of the Eyecare Center was very pleasant, informative and I was in and out very swiftly. I liked the fact that the doctor could examine my eyes without dilating. Dr.Dadej explained cataracts in a way that I understood and put my mind at ease. I did not appreciate having to complete paperwork twice. Once online prior to my new patient appointment and one when arrived at my appointment. I completed the online new patient paperwork so that I can reduce the time for my visit. The fact that it was not received or did not transmit properly was not advised to me until I asked about having to complete paperwork again. I was satisfied with all other aspects of my visit.

The lady at the check in counter was very welcoming but the lady who took myself and my daughter in back seemed like we were an annoyance to her. She was very rude. I thought it was maybe a bad bday but I just went and picked up my glasses and she had the same disgruntled attitude.

The most honest and patient doctor I have met here in Las Vegas. I will never go to any other eye doctor besides him, again. This doctor also provides you a whole report on your eyes, and their measurements and why your prescription works for you. Absolute peace of mind.

Service here is great. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes for the doctor or my appointment. Doctor is so knowledgeable and the staff is top notch. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they're able to assist quickly and answer every and all questions I have. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a new optometrist.

My family has been using Dr. Rhett for approx. 10 years. His staff has always been very accommodating to our requests. Dr. Rhett is very professional and explains our exam and the results. When my daughter wanted to have surgery, he referred us to the Welsh clinic which we found to be very professional as well.

Great online presence. However when I called the general number to confirm my appointment the morning before, the general answering service was very rude. She acted like she couldn't find me in the system, asked tons of extra questions, and then told me she couldn't find me in the system and that I haven't even called since 2015. I told her no, I had an appointment for the decatur office because I couldn't remember the name. She got rude again and said they don't have a decatur office, that I don't have an appointment, and asked my insurance. When I said amerigroup she said they don't even take amerigroup as of June 1st. Then just said is there anything else I needed? I canceled all my work for that appointment only to find out from a reminder text from your office that I do have an appointment. I then called the test number to confirm. Who ever is running the general call service isn't doing well.

I stopped in to make an appt because my glasses didn't seem correct to me. It had been 2 months since getting my new glasses. The took me in right away and the Dr rechecked my eyes with the prescription and found that the glasses were not correct with my eye prescription, so I will be getting a new pair of glasses!

Friendly staff. Doctor took care of my eye exam in a timely manor and did not make me do the dilation when I didn't need it. The other employees helped me with picking my frame style when asked and also explaimed each of the options for the lens which I had question about. The whole process took less than an hour from my appointment time.

I had a good experience here compared to places I have went to in the past. I really like that they are so much different than the national chain brands for glasses. The staff was friendly and welcoming and patient with me due to many questions. Dr. Rhett Dadej was excellent and made me feel comfortable. While my insurance covered one free pair of glasses, I also bought a pair. The prices seem reasonable and there is a good selection of frames to choose from at various pricing levels. And there is also a clearance rack with $40 frames for the budget conscious.

I find that Dr. Dadej provides the most accurate prescriptions for my glasses. He is friendly and provides an overview of my eye health as well. He was the first one to diagnose me with an eye disease that prompted me to see a specialist to have it treated.
