The intern did not inform me of the $38 charge, but she did, however, tell me what the xray did and how it worked. She handed me the laminated sheet to read, but I already felt I had an understanding of it, so I didn't read it. The doctor came in, asked if I had any questions, I said no, and he did the exam. When it came time to pay I was told it was WAY more than I expected for a few reasons. The $38 charge that I didn't know about was one. I told the insurance lady that I didn't agree to that, and she said that by answering "no" when the doctor asked if I had any questions, I was agreeing to paying the fee. Also, because you are "contact specialists" the contact exam was outrageous. I have worn contacts for over ten years and absolutely nothing was different from anything I've ever had done, except for the xray, which was already charged out. I was very upset with your office and will never refer anyone there. In fact, if asked, I will strongly discourage anyone from going there.

My first eye exam ever was with Dr wazny when I was very very young. Now at almost 37 years old, I've only ever been to one other eye office since, a JCPenney optical center in the 90's. That experience taught me to stick with the best and don't ever settle for anything else. When Wazny passed the Baton to the Drs Wagner and I had the chance to meet and work with them it became very clear that there is no other office I will go to as long as they are around. I would not and will not ever voluntarily go anywhere else. You all are amazing-a perfect balance of professionalism and a friendliness that makes you feel so welcome (how does Dr Lori remember so many details about me personally when she only sees me once a year?)why would you go anywhere else? All of this coupled with the most amazing technical competency, that I have zero doubt that my eyes are in the best, most caring and capable hands that I could find anywhere. Period. I love these folks!

I didn't have a clear understanding on how much my contacts cost. I was trying to get the cost of the box because I have bought them from a different location believing that they are cheaper there. I was just told its a 6 month supply and nothing more elaborate. I guess I will see when I pick up my order

Everyone in the office was very friendly. I was pleased with how quick and efficient, yet completely informing, and in no way rushed, my appointment was. Dr. Rob was very understanding of my issues and needs, and the optician who helped me with my frames, lenses, etc., Daniel, was top-notch. He is really great at what he does. He knows his stuff when it comes to fitting eyewear, but he is also really great and intuitive when it comes to helping customers find the perfect frames for their face and their personality. His customer service skills were exceptional, the definition of what customer service should be. He made me feel very at ease and pleased with my final eyewear choice. With so many options for great-looking frames, it can be very difficult to decide, but Daniel made me feel very certain that I had made the right choice with the frames I ultimately chose. He, and the entire staff at Family Vision Center gave me a very comfortable, reassuring, and satisfying experience.

It's always a pleasure to go to Family Vision Center for my eye appointments. They are great at explaining every part of the exam so I understand what the purpose of everything is. They offer an alternative to dilating your eyes, which is much more comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and they have some of the best technology and products. Glad to have found them!

You offer free solution if you buy your contacts there but only give two little bottles at a time which is a generous service however, people have to come back every two weeks why not give a months supply if you are going to offer that.

I used to visit this office in its previous location. The current location is beautiful, professional, and convenient. The staff were all very helpful and kind (especially appreciated given the weather outside.) I was given the opportunity to ask all the questions I had and was not pressured to purchase any services or products. Great experience!

Since I've needed glasses/contacts your office is the best I've been to. All of the others have rushed me and I haven't gotten the amount if information that I wanted, and the doctors seemed rushed so I felt uncomfortable to ask more. I was completely comfortable asking questions, and I'm very happy with my experience.

I had a wonderful experience here. The intern that was helping Dr. Loree out was great and was very personable. She made me feel at ease and she was easy to talk to. Dr. Loree was also wonderful. She described everything she was doing and made everything easy to understand. After the eye exam, picking out my glasses was fun. Everyone here was totally honest with me and made me feel right at home.

Great place to have thorough exam done using th latest equipment. Would be helpful to have handouts on Broomfield Low Vision Group for those w/AMD. Also have an idea where to refer the consumer who needs lighted, standing magnifiers, etc. Thx, Carol A.

Very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. Also, enjoyed meeting and being examined by Dr. Loree. There was plenty of time for questions and I didn't feel that I was being rushed out the door.

I will send info to Kristen on the contact person for the Broomfield Low Vision Group Which meets at the Broomfield Senior Center monthly. Handouts to your patients on Low Vision Aids would be helpful as you did not know where to purchase the standing lighted magnifying aid for vision impaired readers. would be more helpful than only offering high grade, high priced spectacles. Would show you do care about daily struggles those w/AMD go through and would go toward 5 star ratings consistently. Believe me, Kaiser optometrists never offered referrals to local low vision groups or aids but they did give free samples of Refresh Optimal eye drops for dry eyes which helped and easy to understand colorful booklets explaining cataracts and AMD. I stopped in on Wednesday to get a problem fixed with my contacts and Dr. Loree and the receptionist (Sorry, I have forgotten her name!) helped me even though I am Dr. Rob's patient. They both were such a big help although I didn't have an appointment. That impresses me very much to know that when I need help, someone will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Thank you!

First, I would like to say that the intern that helped me was very nice and had great "bedside" manners. She was great. However, considering that I paid over $250 for an eye exam it was a bit odd that the dr was in and out and didn't spend much time with me. Did not ask to hear what my symptoms were just said that the intern told him what was going on. Did I really get what I paid for? Also, b/c they couldn't figure out if my insurance and your practice has worked out a discount. I had to pay 100% up front. With a promise of a refund once they figure out the discount. I have a HDP so I expect to pay more for doctor visits but I think better customer service would be to bill me once you figure out how much I actually owe you. I am anxiously waiting to find out if the money I paid you what I actually owe you.

The eye exam was very good and I left with a very good understanding of my eye health and with the various options for correction. The exam cost was significantly higher than my previous appointments at other providers. I did not purchase anything due to pricing. I felt that eyeglasses, frames, extra charges ($65 material fee for something, seemed just like a way to insert another cost), and contacts were extremely overpriced and wanted to check other sources. I was able to purchase a set of frames with progressive lenses and another set of frames with distance only lenses for sunglasses all for a price that was less than the lenses only cost quoted from your office. The price I was quoted for contact lenses was almost double what I paid from another provider (it cost me less to use them without my insurance benefit than to use your office WITH my benefit).

I felt that your receptionists were friendly and professional. However, we had to stand around for at least 3 minutes before we were acknowledge by anyone even when there were two people behind the counter.

My appointment started within a few minutes of my arrival. The staff was very knowledgable and freindly and I was pleasantly surprised with the retina photography technology that replaces pupil dilation.

I have not visited an eye doctor since 1999. I realize this is my personal fault-but that is not an excuse for poor service.I felt the Doctor was not extremely friendly and was selling me different products throughout the exam. The Doctor did vaguely explain some detail of one of the tests, however once the exam was done he simply said your eyes are healthy and this lady will help you pick out your glasses. Apparently my eyes have rapidly decreased but I had to ask what my sight ratio was compared to 1999 along with multiple other questions that I felt should be explained to me,do I have to wear 24/7? NOT having me try to pry for information. At the very end the Doctor asks if I had any more questions in a tone that felt like he was done with the conversation; inside I still had more questions such as glasses vs contacts...ect. Instead I simply said no, I have no more questions. I personally take customer service to heart and expect the best. Unfortunately, this was far from it.

Dr. Loree as well as the associates at the office are very professional, knowledgeable and their equipment is state of the art! We love the new glacoma test machine & no drops are needed - this is so very comforting for our children as well as us a parents. Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions and meet our needs in eye care! Highly Reccommend to others - family, children and anyone!! These people know what they are doing!!

Every one seems to love what they do. My exam with Dr Loree was very thorough and she took alot of time to answers question and explain every part of my exam. The selection of glasses is great with such fun frames. Daniel and Wendi are great when helping to pick frames and type of lenses. Katie is a great model for all the frames and is helpful when checking in. Great staff!

I had an 8:30 am appointment which I arrived early for as instructed, but had to sit on the floor outside the door since the office did not open until my actual appointment start time. I would think it makes sense to not have the first appointment until 8:45 if the office doesn't open until 8:30

My only concern was that I had left a credit balance on my account from my visit 2 years ago, it wasn't on my account and when I mentioned it I was told there was no credit balance. I had just looked at my records,so the front desk person went to the back and found it. I didn't feel she was very friendly after I mentioned the cr bal...I felt kinda bad as I was leaving. I also feel your fees are high, but I like the practice so I will continue to be a patient there.

I switched to the Family Vision Center after a bad experience at another eye doctor in the area. I felt like the staff had my best interests in mind and went out of their way to understand my needs as a patient. Dr. Loree gave me some great advice regarding my allergies & dry eyes. I look forward to trying out her suggestions and having some positive results. I strongly recommend the Family Vision Center as your eye doctor. My family will be using them from here on out.

Dr. Loree gave a step by step understanding of what was going on with my eyes; and what approach was best to move forward with. She was charming, and didn't made me feel nervous, or rush-to-finish necessity.

I would have preferred that I was told about the extra cost of $35 for the picture of behind the eye before the appointment not in the middle. I felt pressured by the doc to do it even though I said no.I don't think that is good business sense and not happy about that, otherwise it seemed to be a good appointment But I am going to purchase glasses at a diffrent place. The pricing seemed to be on the high end.

Appreciate the time spent and walked out comfortable knowing my eye health. Wendi spent a good deal of time with the eyewear and although a little pricey, I walked out with a nice pair of glasses. Definitely recommend and will return.

I had a wonderful visit. Everyone in the office was welcoming and when my new contact perscription didn't feel right Dr. Wagner changed it right away. I am so excited about my new glasses. I also feel like I know everything concerning the health of my eyes, which I feel is very important. I will definitely be going back.

Since I don't actually have my new glasses yet, I can't really comment on the quality vs. my current pair, which were bought through another eye care office. I do however have "sticker shock" at the total cost of frames, etc. You should have a greater variety of lower end cost frames to choose from! I didn't even choose a "designer" frame and my portion of the total bill (after insurance co-pays) ended up being over $500 for exam, lenses, frames, and sunglass clip-ons (which are considered cosmetic and not covered by my insurance). I will have to see whether the quality dictates coming back next year vs. going somewhere else.

I felt frustrated that I wasn't told that to have a progressive contact lens exam was going to cost more, that should have been communicated to me before it was performed, especially since I specifically told him that I have tried progressive lenses and didn't care for them and I explained that I am extremely sensitive to getting migraine headache's and so the progressive lenses weren't a great option for me. He dispensed them to me anyway as a trial. The first pair he gave me in the office were terrible, so he gave me stronger ones to take home. The assistant said she would check me out while my contacts were in my eyes adapting. When she told me my co-pay I asked why it was so much and she said because I had gotten a progressive lens exam, I explained to her that I felt frustrated because I didn't even want that, and I felt like I was talked into it without even being told it would cost more. Her reply was that she was sorry. I don't feel like anyone listens there, its frustrating.

When I first came to the appointment everyone was very, very nice to me. I enjoyed the doctor and the lady who got me ready for the doctor. When it was time for me to pick out my glasses, I told the lady I would like to sue my old frames. She seemed dissipointed and frustraited. She kept pushing different frames on me. After seeing all the prices (high) I told her again I would use my old frames. She tried to push other upgrades on me like scratch resistance and was again upset when I said no. When I returned with the doctor he tried to push the high tech photograph of my eye (which would cost me additional money) instead of dialation. My visit started out great but I left feeling like nothing more than a wallet.

Again all the service was great but the prices you charge for the lenses and frames are way to high. I would expect that from a shop in Cherry Creek but not Westminster. I ended up getting the same lenses with a little different frame in Thornton for $160.00 total. You guys wanted about $200 just for the lenses. The lenses I received are identical to your products. I doubt I will be returning as my insurance is running out and your prices are way too high.
