I felt a good vibe the moment I walked into their office. Everyone from the front desk women to Melissa the aesthetician to Carla-pre op to Dr Harper and his team, Lauri Lee who took great care of me pre and post op have been nothing but wonderful. You can just tell they all love what they do. I felt informed and very comfortable with the decision I made to go forward with surgery based on the time and information provided to me by all involved.

I’ve read through some lower ratings of your outcome when Dr. Graper performed your procedure. I’m very sorry for your experiences. I know how important the highest quality is expected on your face + other parts of your body too. I’m sorry you are in the smaller # of 5 star ratings I know many who have placed their confidence in Dr.Graper and his expertise. Every one have said, “I’d go to no other.” I’m about to enter my 2nd procedure on my face in early December, 2020 but I have no doubts whatsoever that we both will be 100% pleased with the outcome of the experience. Based on my experience & the results, I’ll post another current update in early ‘21 after all the healing on my face has occurred.

I am so happy I went to see Dr. Harper! I almost canceled my appointment because I already felt comfortable with the other consultation appointments I had earlier in the week for breast augmentation surgery. I’ve been to the office twice: (1) Meeting with Linda to review the what alternatives are available to enhance my upper lip area. 5 Star Experience. (2) Met with Carla to discuss the details involved with my upcoming procedure to be conducted by Dr Graper (eye lift - upper & lower). She was most professional while at the same time she made me feel most comfortable & in an extremely friendly natter. My procedure is in 3 days from today & I have full confidence that the end result Dr. Graper & his team perform will be perfection. Several friends have asked me “Aren’t you nervous about having the surgery?” To each one, my Response was identical: “Nope - I’m not at all nervous.” I’m that confident all will go exactly as planned. I can say that based on my initial meetings with Dr. Graper + Linda & Carla.

I had my first ever real deal Peel (Vitalize) with Angie last week. She played calming music and talked me through everything to expect. The dermaplanning before treatment is such a nice addition. My Peel work worked beautifully. Started peeling about 48 hours after treatment and for the next 3 days but then had skin I haven’t seen in at least 5 years. So bright and soft and tight🙏🏼 AND Kristen is my staple! My go to for all my ”choosing how I age” questions. She has done my Botox for years and never lets me go without a follow up so she can make sure it’s perfect and I’m uber satisfied💕. Have loved getting to know all the staff at Graper Cosmetic Surgery! They really are a warm and welcoming one stop shop for all your “choosing how you age” needs!

This is my second time getting Botox and Juvaderm with Linda at Graper Cosmetic Surgery, and I have had wonderful experiences both times! Linda is extremely professional, and excellent at what she does! I will only go here from now on! I have had services done many different places over the years, usually trying to find the best (cheapest price), and let me assure you, you get what you pay for! My Botox from Graper lasted longer and worked more effectively than any other time I’ve had injections somewhere else. I really believe these “sales” or specials you get at other places are diluting the product too much. Again, I can’t say enough great things about my experiences there. With every penny!

I’ve been going to GCS since I was 17 for facial treatments and wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. Candace is the only person in the world I let handle my face and my brows! In recent years I’ve started going every 4-6 weeks and couldn’t be happier with the results. Every day is a makeup free day and I’m beyond comfortable in my own [glowing] skin. I recommend GCS to all I know not only for skincare, but if they’ve mentioned surgery or injectables as well.

Dr. Harper is amazing!!! From the first time me and my husband met him he made us feel real comfortable with his bedside manner and knowledge. I had my breast redone with him... Implant exchange and he went in and removed my capsule and had to restructure my right breast. We are so happy that we found Dr. Harper! We highly recommend him!

The nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. I was very nervous the day I came in for my surgery, but the staff at Dr. Graper’s office really put my mind at ease. Being a patient for over 6 years with the the facial skin care side of the office, it was natural for me to consult with Dr. Harper for my second breast reduction. (First one was 40 years ago.) I didn’t even get a second opinion somewhere else. It was easy to make the decision to have it done there. The staff is very professional and I am sure my results will be perfect as soon as the swelling recedes. I felt I was with family by all the care and concern exhibited by all in the office. I will continue my services there and recommend them to all my friends.

After having had very successful forehead botox 10 times with an local oral-maxiofacial surgeon administering it himself (eliminated lines, and lifted eye lids), I decided 2 return 2 dr grapers day of beauty for botox after not using u for 11 years (had previous successful botox treatment there in 2007 ). Very knowledgeable, personable injectionist...however treatment left me with an over-frozen forehead and 2 droopy eyelids that sat on my eyelashes making me look like I needed an eyelid lift again (and I have already had one, although not w dr graper, and the LAST thing I wanted was 2 undo the amazing effect). After 10 days, i returned to see if injectionist could fix it, and she tried 2 add a bit more botox, but it didnt help. She suggested Naphcon-A to open my eyes, which did nothing. So not only did I not get the eyelid lift effect i was used 2 from previous 10 treatments elsewhere, I got just the opposite and now look like I need another blepharoplasty! Feel like I wasted $350 and am stuck waiting for it 2 dissipate over the next few months. Meanwhile I look much older and more tired, with half closed eyes, also reducing my field of vision. Trying to put on mascara 2 open up my eyes is still nearly impossible even after almost 4 weeks. Friends and family have commented abt my "failure of treatment", and say they would not going back to your practice.. ever. My results dont meet ur typically impeccable standard and reputatation with botox as an Allergan highest tier provider....i am a VERY poor advertisment! Rather than just never return or reccomend you, I wanted you to be aware of my situation so we could together improve my outcome, and insure your reputation going forward as a premier botox provider. I am sure you do not want or need an unhappy patient--the market 4 botox is too competitive.Therefore, i would like 2 discuss this with you further about how we can resolve this issue, please call me. Dr. Graper's bedside manner was very personable and he was patient in addressing all of my concerns. One being how the 3D virtual pics looked from another surgeon and he actually suggested that I may want to reconsider augmentation. He reassured me however that 3D images are an approximate not actual result and that I was a very good candidate for implants. It was really refreshing to have a surgeon give an honest opinion and not one based on meeting a quota.

I love Dr. Graper and his staff. I have gone in for consultations at various times over the past 15 years for facelift, lipo and arm lift. While never saying he would not do the procedures, he would tell me that surgery would not be a big improvement from what I was. I value his honesty and respect his integrity. Just had another consultation last month and now I am that I am 67, there is room for improvement. I will definitely schedule my facelift with him before the end of 2018.

I go to Graper cosmetics for facial fillers and Botox. I truly can’t believe the huge difference it has made in my appearance. I look at least 10 years younger, but mostly it’s about the tired, angry, sad look all my former deep furrows and depressions caused when that’s not how I feel at all. Terry, surgical nurse and injectibles nurse is whom I see, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. She is very warm and uplifting, which makes the entire experience a total pleasure.

Since Graper Cosmetics is one of the number one surgery clinics in Charlotte, I was very eager to see them for a breast reduction surgery consult. The office is beautiful and the staff are friendly. I waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointment time; that’s not unusual, so no big deal. I was then moved to an exam room, where a nurse spoke to me for 5 minutes and told me to put on a robe and Dr. Harper would be in shortly. I’ve never met this man and the first time I’m going to meet him, I’m in a robe that opens in the front?! That’s incredibly awkward. (The open robe is standard at all offices—I know this. My issue stems from not having met the man BEFORE being placed in the robe.) I then wait for another 25-30 minutes sitting on that uncomfortable, paper-lined table. When he finally arrives, there is no apology for the wait. He then positions himself behind me in that rolling doctor stool, forcing me to twist around to look at him (keep in mind, I’m trying to hold a robe closed and do this). He easily could have rolled forward so that I did not have to sit so uncomfortably—he chose not to do so. He then takes measurements and while doing so, says, “You have really beautiful breasts.” Now, I get that he’s a candid plastic surgeon who looks at breasts all day, but that is an incredibly awkward “compliment” to be given 1) by someone you’ve just met and 2) when you’re meeting with a doctor to specifically lessen their presence. Ultimately, he made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable. I was there for over an hour, but was only with a person for maybe 20-25 minutes. I left feeling as if I was a box for him to check off of his daily to-do list, not a person he was truly interested in helping. He is clearly competent and very good at what he does, but his bedside manner in consultations could use some upkeep. I shouldn’t have to be a patient already to feel important and valued.

When facing a life changing health issue, having a physician who is compassionate and sensitive to your needs is essential. Dr. Harper was extremely charasmatic and made the initial "Dr & Patient" visit pleasant. Pleasant seems like an odd word for a masectomy discussion, but that was the feeling I experienced in his presence. I am confident that the upcoming surgery will be amazing under his hands, which will be guided by God.

My surgery outcomes were not optimal. I previously had a smooth stomach and now it looks wrinkled and old. My breasts have a flat, pancake appearance. My doctor had previously indicated that my lipo results would be great due to my slender physique and the small amount of fat that would need to be removed. I had also provided a photo to my doctor on the day of surgery to show the look I hoped to achieve (breast augmentation). It was a solid B cup. My breasts do not look anything like the photo I provided. And my doctor has informed me that I will need to go up to a C cup if I don't want a flat, pancake appearance. I wish the implant options had been described more fully to me prior to the surgery as I was unaware there was more than one option available. My doctor has offered to perform a corrective surgery; however, I now need to save up for the cost of the new implants and facility. And I'm nervous that the surgery revision won't be an improvement. I'm embarrassed of how my stomach and breasts look and will not wear any clothing that displays either.

Have frequently Mr. Graper's surgery many times over the years mainly for "Lunch Peels" and one surgical procedure of which I am pleased. Negatives - pricing. Lunch Peels are currently $115 and takes just about 15-20 mins which I consider the cost too high. Have considered going elsewhere due to this.

I met Dr. Harper when I was referred to him after being diagnosed with breast cancer and electing a bilateral macsectomy. My unique situation required me to under go five surgeries and I knew undoubtably from the beginning that I was his top priority. The level of care I received during each surgery and the many, many office visits proved to me that Dr. Harper is probably the best doctor I’ve every encountered. He is caring and he demands only the best for his patients. As I neared the end of my journey, I felt so safe with Dr. Harper, I elected to have a tummy tuck. He replaced what cancer took away from me and made me feel beautiful again. Thank you Dr. Harper and Lyndsay for taking such wonderful care of me over the last 15 months.

I have known Linda Cochrane for about 15 years. When I lived in Charlotte for 10 years she was my primary provider of injections whether with Botox or filler's. I moved to Florida almost 5 years ago and have not found a decent injector there I have wasted thousands of dollars. It was worth the trip to drive up to Charlotte to have Linda give me fillers and Botox. She introduced me to new products that I was not familiar With and explained the difference between the newer products and what I used to use in the past. I have been coming to Angie Thomas for many years and am always pleased. I must mention though that $115 for derma-peel is really pushing my budget. I feel this price is high for a 20-25 mins simple procedure, $95 was much more palatable. I have also had cosmetic surgery by Dr. Graper in 2005, and am still pleased with the results.

When I first arrived, the ladies at the front looked beautiful and were very sweet. Perfect for a cosmetic surgery office. The AC was broken due to a power outage so it was hot but they were super nice about it until they fixed the issue I came in for just a skin consultation with Melissa, the esthetician and she was great! I'm an esthetician myself and she was even very informative to me. Super fun. She recommended me great products and I've seen results in just 2 day! The best part about Melissa is that she doesn't try to push products on you. She educates you on your skin and comes up with a minimal routine in YOUR budget. Can't wait until I can afford to take the plunge into Botox!

I was taken back into a room 10 minutes after appt. time but doctor didn't come in until 45 minutes after appt. time. Ridiculous wait. He was apologetic and did take time to explain my different procedure options. Then, I had to wait again to speak with someone about the costs but after waiting 5 minutes I had to leave...had other things to do/places to go...couldn't take anymore waiting at this place...had already spent over an hour there just for a consult (which took 10 minutes). They said she would email me the quote and we could discuss over the phone. I have yet to receive an email.

I always enjoy walking into their waiting area. There is a sense of peace from the frantic world, and anticipation of being treated by a caring professional. Melissa and Angie have always made me feel cared for, refreshed, and looking my best. Everyone there is happy and helpful.

I went to Graper for lip enhancement- fillers. I have never had them prior. The nurse Christina explained all my options and the procedure very well so I could pick what worked the best for me. The overall experience I felt very comfortable, professional staff and friendly.

My meeting with Dr Harper went just as I expected a consultation to go. He took time to answer questions, addressed my concerns and was very friendly and understanding. I recently finished my consultation with Dr. Graper - Carla Gibson. It was informative and I have decided to go ahead with the surgery he recommended. I especially liked Dr. Graper's approach to discussing the surgical options, what he thought would work best and generally the very informative nature of the conversation. The proof is in the results and I'll follow up with more information about how the procedures and he will do worked.

I'm 32 and I went here because I started to see a few wrinkles on my face and wanted to make sure I was doing the right things to take care of my skin sooner rather than later. The aesthetician I met with helped me figure out a good preventative/maintenance skin care routine to keep my skin healthy! She was extremely experienced and helpful and didn't try to push me into buying any products or services that I didn't need like some other practices can be known to do. It was a great experience!!

It would have been a much more pleasant experience if the staff/assistant would have been more personable. You are already uncomfortable or at least I was. I tried to joke a little to ease the uncomfortable feeling, but that did not make a difference. I felt a little rushed through the appt. I had gone to the seminar and the consultation was free, however I left and felt like I need to make another appt and pay for a consultation fee to get a better feel and to decide if I wanted to have a procedure here. Having a procedure is a BIG deal to me and I want to feel comfortable and not rushed through an appt. before I make a decision to move forward here. First Impressions are everything. I am in sales and I learned early on, "You don't get a second chance to make a First Impression."

Dr. Harper has been my breast cancer reconstruction plastic surgeon for three years. Amazing doctor and person! Couldn't imagine going through the process without his care, professionalism and expertise. Very impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. Of course Lindsay is a terrific asset as well!

My initial consultation far surpassed anything I expected. After seeing two other surgeons for consultations - I made my decision to go with Dr. Harper without hesitation based on his "bedside manner" and thoroughness. Dr. Harper spent plenty of time with me and I never felt rushed. He answered my questions and calmed my anxiety.

I recently had lower eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Graper. The surgery was to remove the fat in the lower corners of my eyes and tighten up the upper lids.  During the initial consultation he examined my eyes and discussed options. I decided to move forward with the procedure and set a date. The day of the procedure I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel very at ease. Since they are an accredited surgery center, the procedure was performed right there. I  woke up in the recovery room and after a short while was cleared to go home. The stitches came out in 5 days and I couldn't be happier with the results! From beginning to end, Dr. Graper and his staff make sure you are conformable and understand every aspect of the procedure. Dr. Graper truly is very capable and compassionate of the patients needs and concerns. Highly recommend this doctor and his staff!

Dr. Graper is amazing! He treats all his patients the same, whether you are in for a small inexpensive procedure or a complex expensive procedure, Dr. Graper treats you with respect and dignity. I would not go anywhere else. Marsha and others from the front staff are amazing as well. Thank you for always being so wonderful.

Front Desk staff was not welcoming at all sat in the waiting room for over 45mins they kept telling me they were waiting on a room to come available but every person that walked in AFTER me went straight back with no wait no questions asked. Finally after all that waiting I get into the back and the room I am placed in is NOT cleaned at all someone had just came out of it and no one cleaned it. I couldn't believe they tried to put me in a dirty room. I am a CMA and I have never treated my patients like this nor did I like being treated like this no apologies no anything from the front desk staff. Just sad! Dr.Graper was great! wonderful Dr. great attitude nice personality, but his front desk staff def made me feel unwelcome so I will never go back.
