My husband has been a patient for 6 years or more. He consistently has stated how very professional, knowledgeable and concerned about the patient Dr. Nofallah and his staff are. I had my first visit December 21. Everything that he has been saying is true and much more. The office is immaculate, comfortable and calming. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff are always so pleasant; as well as Dr. Nofallah. Clearly answering every question without me feeling rushed ever. This last time I had a problem with my HSA card and the front desk person was very patient so I could call them to get it worked out and she was very sympathetic when I was going to have to pay out-of-pocket and wait for reimbursement right before Christmas.

Always made to feel welcome. His Girls are great and very knowledgeable. Everyone tries to make you feel welcome. Especially the Doc himself. Super nice, very gentle and explains everything before he works on you. Can't say anything more. Just a nice experience.

I have had such a great experience even before officially becoming a patient. They called my insurance for me and verified that they accept it. My first appointment went smoothly. Holly the hygienist was amazing! She was sweet, funny, and knowledgeable! Dr. Nofallah has great bedside manner and explains things in detail. He took the time to explain my treatment options and gave me recommendations. My wait time was minimal and they took the time to provide excellent care. I would recommend them to anyone!

Holly was the best, most thorough dental hygienist that I have ever seen. She did everything she could to make me comfortable, including letting me be in charge of the suction so that whenever I needed it I could just do it. My teeth felt cleaner than they have ever felt when I left. My husband told me I would like her, and he was right! I sang her praises to him as I left the office.

This office is outstanding, you always feel welcome and secure. Everyone is nice and smiling like they are excited to be at work. Best customer service I have experienced in a while. Not to mention that Dr. Nofallah goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable, he explains everything before he does it, it is just a great experience. This comes from someone that is always scared to go but, glad I did when it is over.

I don't want the hygienist to loose her job but that was the worse cleaning I have ever had in my life! I felt like I was her very first patient. I told her I was having some sensitivity to cold on my left side. When the appointment was over she never said anything about it. I guess I should have asked her about it again. I had trouble understanding her accent & her soft voice. Water rolled down my chin several times. When she cleaned my teeth with the paste she didn't get to the back ones. When I brushed that night, my gums were sore & bleeding some. I would not let her work on me again but we are moving next month so I don't need to worry about it. OH! I forgot about the fluoride treatment she recommended! I said OK & she paints the stuff on my teeth (& a little on my lip). Told me to rinse it off in a half hour. That stuff was like dried glue!!! It did not rinse off at all. I had to use tissue to rub it off which took a while. OK I'm done, Marilyn Tario

I was highly impressed by the great service I received at Dr Nofallah's. I had a chipped tooth and needed to be seen quickly and he not only made the time for me, but provided the best care possible. He explained what he was going to do, offered high tech equipment to show it to me on a large tv, and came up with a solution quickly. The care I received was more than I expected. I felt like the appointment was rushed. I made a comment to Dr. Nofallah that my final set of teeth, that cost me almost $50,000 for the whole procedure, were bulky and felt like too much material. He completely ignored my statement. I also told him that it felt like too much material with the last temporary set. We had a lengthy discussion about having access to the tool that removes my teeth, took me 5 minutes to convince him to give me access to the tool. I had to go to the surgery center to request my records in order to get the tool. 10 days later I'm still waiting on my records. I felt it very necessary to have this for a couple reasons: #1, I will need it in the future for my local dentist in Indiana to clean the teeth, #2 we travel a lot and I would travel with a temporary set of teeth and the tool just in case something happened. My biggest issue with this and every appointment I've had with Dr. Nofallah is that they feel very rushed.

Dr. Nofallah discovered a problem with the upper implant. He told me that he would follow up with me the day of my appointment (08/10/21) or the following day. This problem was not explained to my satisfaction nor was it made clear who would be financially responsible for this cost. After paying over $42,000 for these new teeth and now their are problems seriously concerns me. Please have Dr. Nofallah contact me as he said he would to follow up with this problem. As always the staff was courteous. I’m not convinced the bridge was broken prior to tech trying to remove it. I find it highly unusual that I had no sensation of air or movement of span of teeth in front of broken one. Last time , as we talked about with Dr.Nafallah, I heard and felt it break and had air sensation plus movement. Even with this , I could understand a replacement running 2000-2500 , you already have mold , actual material used is relatively inexpensive. Yes experience and education should be compensated, but at 7000.00 you are valuing your time at approximately 1500.00 per hour!!! If materials cost 1000.00 and that is exorbitant for materials. I was told when these teeth were purchased for 35 thousand that they were for life. Well 5-7 years between replacement at a cost of 7 thousand is not what I expected for quality. Especially since I have done as requested and not only purchased a night guard but also replaced it and done everything asked to insure the teeth last. I’m very disappointed I’m going to research my options before spending this Amount of money

2nd visit to the dentist since the coronavirus pandemic began. Felt very comfotable with the health precautions taken (temp chk, questions prior to entering, masks required). Masks and shields used by personnel. Dental assistant Daniella was excellent making sure i was comfortable and did the procedure well. Would recommend anyone to go to dr Nofallah and his staff for their dental needs.

As Always, my visits are great. This time I was so happy that everything was working great and nothing was broken. So whatever your new design was last year, it was the correct fix. Competence and expertise shines through in their work withn Dr. Nofallah's office, working in harmony with Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff. They went out of their way to accommodate me. With bad teeth I found it hard to socialize--so I learned how to minimize my smile; and it was hard to chew my food. Now the reality of having bad teeth and how it has affected my health was sinking in. I knew people who did the gambit of dentures but that still seemed so limited. My research seemed hopeless until a recommendation from my brother-in-law who actually went through the "New Teeth Now" program. I had my teeth cleaned and x-rayed (excellent Job 5 stars) by Kelly. I also gave Stacy a 5 star review. The doctor gets 7 stars. He was by far the best dentist in my 60 years of seeing a few dentists. I was comfortable getting numbed. He explained everything he was about to do and the procedure. The whole team was wonderful. They have the best equipment. They now have my business for life. My wife did a great job finding them and she was so right in her choice. Convenient location too.

My father referred me to Dr. Nofallah to get a second opinion about some dental work. I was extremely impressed with his office! His staff was very friendly and explained what they were doing and why with every step. Dr. Nofallah himself spent a good amount of time with me explaining the situation and reviewing the many images and x-rays that were taken. We discussed all of the my options and we agreed on a treatment plan. Dr. Nofallah is an out-of-network dentist for all insurance companies, which means he can do the work that is best for me and not what insurance companies require him to do to save money.

The dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and was very patient, as I needed to pause a few times due to sensitive teeth. They worked efficently and took care to be sure the crown was just right and would not cause any problems with my bite. Excellent visit. As a person new to the area, and one who had spent the last thirty years on a very small Caribbean Island, much of the equipment and procedures were new to me. An emergency situation (a crown had fallen off) brought me here, but I would expect to have all my future dental work done by Dr. Nofallah. I was made to feel comfortable immediately, and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I was embarrassed by the condition of my teeth, and appreciative of the non judgemental attitude of the doctor and his assistant. The atmosphere was definitely a welcoming one of warmth and competence.

The staff is always great they always great you when you come in even Dr. Nofallah makes it a point to come and greet every patient personally. Even on this last appointment and I was only getting a cleaning so I wasn't seeing him. Siera one of the dental assistants from my very first visit greets me by name every visit it is always nice getting that personnel service, and more so when it is a visit most people dread. The hygienist is wonderful, she obviously cares about the person in the chair she is working on.

After my dentist office closed, I saw another dentist in the area for a first appointment and cleaning. Over an hour later, I was told I needed dental work and my insurance did not cover it, but they would "write off some of the cost and only charge me $400." I was also told by this other dentist that the oral cancer screening is an extra cost, so I declined it. I did not have enough time to do the cleaning, which would have taken another hour they said, so I left. I asked around and heard great things about Dr. Nofallah and recognized him from my community. I called his office and the person that answered the phone was knowledgeable and greatly helped my situation. She called the other dentist for my X-rays and had me in for a cleaning the next day. The dental hygienist at Dr. Nofallah's office was very nice and immediately seemed more trustworthy. I did not feel like a patient being shuffled through a large office to make more money. I met Dr. Nofallah and he did the oral cancer screening free-of-charge (as it should be!) and he also said I do not need ANY additional dental work. I saved over $400 by getting this second opinion and he is now my dentist for as long as he will have me! The hygienist in his office has been there for over five years and will be my hygienist from now on as well. She said she's the only one in the office that performs the cleanings. I am recommending this office to everyone I know.

The uppers protrude from my mouth and are just to large. I request a new upper plate be made. I and my family are shocked at my appearance. I was placed at ease throughout my visit. The front staff was smiling, energetic, and professional. Mariellen did not rush our initial discussions and she took care to ensure that I was comfortable at all times. She guided me through the panoramic imaging process and then assisted me in being comfortably seated. She demonstrated sensitivity as she gathered the information necessary to complete the required medical history and while taking the remaining images. She engaged in appropriate conversation throughout our time together, which assisted in making me more comfortable. I appreciate the extra efforts that she provided as I am sure that she was able to observe my initial hesitation to the process. Dr. Nofallah meticulously described my current situation and provided me with my best options. He and Jessica made appropriate use of the dental images to support his observations. He was supportive of my selecting my own solution and assured me that he would work with me on whatever decision I made. I elected to request a referral to Dr. Kirkpatrick to explore a permanent solution, which Dr. Nofallah provided. Tiffany clearly explained Dr. Nofallah's portion of the financial aspects should I elect an implant procedure. Contemplating what my experience would be like during the first visit after having avoided going to a dentist for more than 3 years was a daunting thought. I could not have been more wrong. Everyone in Dr, Nofallah's office was pleasant, unassuming, non-judgmental and did everything right in keeping me at easy throughout my visit. No matter what I eventually elect to pursue, I will always remember this as a pleasant experience. Thanks to all of you!!! Dick

I am a perpetual coward when it comes to anything to do with my teeth. Dr Nofallah, Dr Richards and Jessica at Dr Nofallah's office have almost (not quite yet) changed me because I have not had much pain and am happy with how much was accomplished in such a small timeframe. Dr Nofallah's staff always welcomes me with smiles and a certain amount of understanding...I could never say too much about Jessica at his office and how comfortable she made me feel from the very first visit. I can't say enough good things about Dr Richards either ...He is amiable yet no nonsense and to the point, and has worked wonders for me so far.... I would strongly recommend Dr Nofallah and Dr Richards to any other cowards out there.

Dr Nofallah took the time to really understand my problem and addressed it. I was also very impressed that he said someone would follow up with me on Wednesday and someone called first thing Wednesday morning. I really like the customer service and special care.

Here is the situation... Every time I come in the lady up front tells me how much the bill will be. Then when I get ready to leave and pay my bill is always extremly greater than they originaly said. Your billing lady or whom every she is.... Is horrible she is unsure of what she says and it always changes because of her you lost a customer and a whole lot of referrals as we know refferals are a hugh part of business. It is sad such a great dentist and his staff have to suffer from one horrible employee. You would think that some one would have contacted me after my last visit thank you very much. Paul Braun

I am pleased with the thorough, yet less aggressive cleaning that has not left me in pain. I am disappointed with a 3 minute exam that costs $45.

Thank you so much to your Dental Hygienist, she was very thorough, gentle and caring. Very concerned how I was doing during the whole cleaning process. Thank you again she was wonderful!! Dr Nofallah and ALL of his staff are great!!!

Not unlike most people, I have never enjoyed going to ANY doctor, muchless the dentist. But fears were taken seriously and not discounted by anyone on your staff. Everyone was patient with me and I was treated with kindness and respect. I have already sang the praises of my 1st visit & recommended Dr.Nofallah & his staff to many of my coworkers & anyone else who will listen! I do not anticipate being nearly as nervous at my next dental appointment.

I wish you were more flexible on your costs for people who do not have insurance. Crowns are at least 500.00 more then many other places.

Everything was great. Everything was explained to me so that I understood. Also if I had any questions or concerns they were kind enough to explain it a little further. As to checking in I rarely had to wait more than a min. I wod recommend this facility to anyone!

Very modern and up-to-date dentistry. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The care is excellent.
