My first visit with this facility went well. I was shown to my room (chair) at the time I was scheduled for (10:10 am). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The Dentist was gentle, courteous, and very informative. I would recommend this office to others; in fact I have already recommended the office to my mother.

If you ever want the very best in town. You wont have to go very far. Lakewood Dental is definitely the place for safe ,effective, treatments for all your dental needs. From crowns to special cosmetic bonding to enhanced whitening procedures from both of the doctors there. They have taken care of me for 8 yrs. best of all its kid friendly and the children as well as adults love the friendly and courteous staff. I had a really bad toothache one day a week ago and the i had to leave work because the pain was so overwhelming and the lisa booked me for an emergency appt that day with Dr.Beadle and turns out i needed a root canal and a crown! He took care of all my dental needs and made the pain go away, FAST!!!! I would recommend this facility and both experienced doctors to any friend or family.

Thanks for survey, makes me feel a bit better. Tooth hurting deserved no priority from staff. Two hours waiting for someone to call me back on Monday, no one did. I had to call again and still no time to see me. I had canceled appts to clear my calendar. When finally seen next day, root canal could not be done on site. Still had to pay for visit. Dr. Beadle only person who sympathized, thank you. Staff did not seem to care. I will still refer you, I trust your expertise and referral was from a good friend but hesitate to leave my old dentist (too far to drive), because I don't feel welcome. Thanks for asking. Love your office and the ads in the neighborhood papers convey a msg of caring and family.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt I was treated with respect and care. The office itself was very comfortable as well, from the waiting room, to the examination room, to the bathroom. When Chris, my hygienist, was cleaning my teeth and examining me, she was constantly telling me what she was seeing, or giving me advice on how to care for my teeth. I really loved that communication. And Dr. Beadle was very clear with me on what he was seeing in my X-rays, and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had about how to keep up with my oral health. Overall, a very pleasant experience; it's so great to have finally found a dentist's office I love!
