I have been a patient for more than 5 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. The staff cares, tells you what works best and don't just try to up sell on new contacts or glasses.

Yes, as a matter of fact I referred and brought my 81-year-old mother in for an eye exam on 1/20/12. Everyone was kind and made my mother's first visit very pleasant. She hasn't stopped bragging about your services since!! Who knows, you may see more referrals from the senior facility in which she current resides. :)

Dr. Krivacic has always amazed me. Every year our family visits Las Colinas Vision Center for our exams and we are greeted with cutting edge technology. We know that we are valued by his efforts to stay at the the leading edge. I love all the new stuff! The staff at Las Colinas Vision Center are the best, so friendly, personable and very flexible. I'm also glad they call to remind me of my appointments too. They have all the trendy stuff from Gucci to Nine West. It is a little pricey, but they have top notch service to take care of your glasses if anything goes wrong or needs adjusting.

The overall cost of my visit was higher then I expected but that really doesn't have anything to do with the overall experience. The only that I would recommend is not to over do it on the calling, texting and emailing appointment confirmations. If a patient confirms one time then that is usually good enough.

I have been coming to Dr. K's office for 8 years!!! We moved to Rockwall (the other side of town) and still drive out to see him every year becuase he is just wonderful. His explanation of what he is doing and what he finds is precise, direct and he speaks in terms you can understand. All of his medical staff is great and most of his other staff is pretty good also. I will keep bringing my familiy out there as long as I possibly can.

When I moved to Dallas 15 years ago, I found Las Colinas Vision Center because they were close to my office. After a few years, my office moved downtown and I found an eye doctor closer to my office. I saw this doctor twice and returned to Dr. Krivacic because I feel so confident in the care I receive from him and his staff compared to the new doctor I saw. I had my annual appointment yesterday and was impressed as usual with the staff and the technology. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the fact that this office makes use of technology, which is unusual in my experience with doctors. Specifically, I appreciate how Dr. Krivacic explains what he is doing as he conducts the exam and the review we do after the exam of the results and pictures. The pictures are really cool! I discussed the experience with my neighbor yesterday and believe she and her husband will be making an appointment soon. I actually look forward to my appointments. This is a great operation.

I had a very pleasant experience at Las Conlinas Vision Center. From the professional/ friendly office staff up front to the nurses and doctors, they all were very friendly, easy-going and made it very comfortable to visit their facility. Customer service is one of my biggest observation when I go out to different places and between a 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I give this place a 10. I have been going to Las Colinas Vision Center for several years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else for vision services. The entire staff is very polite, friendly, and professional. They all seem to know their jobs very well and seem happy doing them. Dr. Park is very thorough, actually listens to his patients, and communications with you about everything that is going on with your vision. I completely trust Dr. Park and everyone else at Las Colinas Vision to do what is best for me and my eyes.

We have been patients at Las Colinas Vision for over 5 years. When we moved out of Irving, we knew we would continue to drive back (over an hour), for all our eye care needs because the doctors and staff are so wonderful! Dr. Krivacic tried 4 different contact lens combinations to help keep one of us out of glasses. Amy always gets us the best deal with contact lens rebates and maximizing our insurance benefits. And Phyllis has the best eye in the world for what frames look best on your face. We've had people stop us and ask where we got our cool frames! We will be your patients forever! I found out that it wasn't just Dr. K, but the entire staff there that makes everything great. Over the years, I've sent my family of 5 and many friends. Las Colinas Vision Center is a well run, hospitable office that radiates competence and confidence. The professional judgment of Dr. Ken Krivacic is very good. He is very thorough, takes his time and has expert knowledge of his refraction testing equipment. I have a particularly complex prescription, so Dr. Krivacic’s ability to review past results from his very sophisticated computer system gives me increased assurance in his recommendations for the future. The supporting staff of technicians, receptionists, opticians and fitters are all responsive and know the vision business. I started using Las Colinas Vision Center in 1986 when I went to work for a company who offered a vision plan. I chose LCVC because it was near my office, and I had no idea what sort of service I would receive. My first visit was to a tiny little office and the staff was only Dr. Ken and an assistant. Twenty-three years later, I am still using Las Colinas Vision Center! They moved to the current location, and the staff has increased by many. But the care and attention I get is still just like the first time I walked in their facility. Their technology is second to none; their selection and service is above the rest; caring for the patient is above and beyond; and they still call me by name when I walk in the door. I am a new patient of Las Colinas Vison Center.I heard about Las Colinas Vision Center from other employees from my work. Everyone has such a wonderful outlook and recommended for me to go there. Walking into your office I was welcomed and greeted and was explained everything in great detail about my visit. The nurses were wonderful and made my visit more comfortable. When meeting the Doctor I was very nervous and he explained there is nothing to be nervous over. He talked me through everything he did and then explained why he was doing it. I then got to pick out my glasses and being that my eyes were dilated the women at the front were so wonderful and helping me find the right fit and look. To Whom It may Concern: Being new to the area and not knowing who I should go to for eye care I visited the Las Colinas Center at the recommendation of a co worker and found them to be great. From the woman that answered the phone, the person that gave me insurance information, the doctor right thru to the person that fitted me for my glasses were all professional, polite and sincerly nice people. As a person who grew up with 20 - 15 vision, I never gave glasses a thought. Until I reached the age of 46 and my arms were no longer long enough! Alas, I was the victim of presbyopia, a multi-sylable word that means "you're gettin' older!" At first I relied on cheaters. I started with one pair, but eventually had a pair in every room. Over time I went from cheaters to needing bifocals. It's now 12 years later and Doc Krivacic has fixed me up with the right prescription, and with the help of Phylis we selected a new set of frames that really complement my face. I hate that I have to wear glasses, but I love the staff at LCVC! They are knowledgable and friendly and try their very best to make sure you get the look that's right for you. The staff at Las Colinas Vision Center are always professional and helpful. I stumbled across Las Colinas Vision Center out of pure convience since the office is close to my work but after being a customer for a few years I would now drive out of my way to knowing I will receive excellent customer service. Seldom do you find such quality of service and friendliness of staff throughout the process from setting my appointment, the eye exam and fitting of new glasses I have always been 100% satisified.

As a new patient to Las Colinas Vision Care I was treated with the utmost respect. When I walked in the door I was greeted with warm smiles and a heartfelt hello from everyone. Being a new patient I was nervous and the staff quickly assured me things will be alright. Dr. Jon Park is a wonderful, kind, caring doctor. He thoroughly checked my eyes as if they were his own. I felt good about the whole experience. I have recommended Las Colinas Vision Center to my family and friends. When people see my great pair of glasses and ask,'Where did you get such a great pair of glasses?', it is a great opportunity to tell them about Las Colinas Vision Center. Las Colinas Vision Center is the best. If you want great caring doctors, a wonderful staff and a nice friendly, comfortable environment Las Colinas Vision Center is your place to go. I originally began going to Las Colinas Vision Center for one office visit when I needed to see a doctor immediately for a reoccurring eye infection. I never considered switching from my current eye doctor, but LCVC was recommended by a co-worker after I mentioned my eye irritation while at work. I went more out of convenience and closeness to my office. However, after being treated so wonderfully by Dr. Krivacic and staff, I decided to make the switch! They've got great people and a lovely facility.

I've been a client of Las Colinas Vision Center for about 5 years now and will continue to go to them for many more years. I have to say, their customer service is absolutely wonderful. I'm always greeted with a smile. I haven't had one bad experience in the 5 years I've been there. I highly recommended them. The prices are reasonable and the staff are all pretty knowledgeable on all levels (vision insurance, latest vision correction products etc.)They always have the latest trends in frames and lens.

My name is Desiree and my eye sight has been far less than perfect for years. This inconvenience has kept me from enjoying many things in life. Before the Las Colinas Vision Center my contacts were always irritating my eyes and my sight always seemed blurry. I felt more normal/natural wearing contacts and I was saddened at the thought that I wouldn’t be able to wear contacts again. I stumbled upon the Las Colinas Vision Center due to mere convenience of it being located in my neighborhood and Dr. Krivacic found out that I had astigmatism and I was able to wear contacts made for astigmatism. When I was driving home from that visit, I was in tears, because I couldn’t remember being able to see so clearly/pristine for most of my life. I felt as if I had been given a second chance to see every thing the way it was meant to be seen. Every visit has been pleasant and Dr. Ken Krivacic is always compassionate and professional. Thanks to Dr. Ken Krivacic and the staff of Las Colinas Vision Center I am able to see things much more clearly now.

I am 23-years-old and had not been to "see" the Optometrist since I was probably around 10-years-old, so needless to say, I had no idea what to expect of this practice or my visit and, semi-embarrassingly enough, I felt like I was back as that little kid again because I was actually kind of nervous. I am not one to enjoy having things poked, prodded, or performed around my eyes and I honestly was not looking forward to this obviously avoided (by 13 years to be exact) appointment that I had finally decided to schedule. However, much to my very pleasant surprise, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and welcome from the front desk, asked very few questions about why I was there because they were clearly already on top of things and had been expecting me, and then shortly after was kindly shown back to the initial eye examination room. The entire examination process ran smoothly and without any unnecessary delay and I quickly found myself forgetting I had felt even an ounce of unease prior to walking through their doors. And I will certainly be back next year and the next not only because that is what Drs. Krivacic and Park recommend for me, but because I feel completely transformed about the whole concept and importance of regular visits to the Optometrist and really admire and commend Las Colinas Vision's comforting patient services and practice in general. -Kaitlyn Tilly, patient

I have been a patient of Las Colinas Vision Center since 1995 and have only seen it get better and better. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. One reason why I like Dr. Krivacic is because he explains to you what he's looking for while he's examining you so you understand what's going on. I also typically take a trade magazine with me to catch up on reading while I wait...this last time, I didn't have a chance to open it up!! I was in and out within an hour, and had a full complete check-up, and new glasses to boot! You can't ask for much more than that. :)

I've been a patient of Las Colinas Vision Center for over 7 years. I came to them as a recommendation from several co-workers who talked about how professional, courteous, friendly and timely all of the staff at LCVC were. Being a skeptic, I had my doubts they were everything I had heard. Much to my surprise they were everything plus some. Dr. Park has been my doctor since day one. Being a diabetic, I have never had doctor, no matter the profession, be as concern and detailed has Dr. Park has been regarding my diabetes.
