Started out with waivers that seemed like it was more about protecting the doctors and the practice than it was about the patient. Being asked to sign documents that agree to your subscribed treatment plan, including dental cleaning on a "your schedule" plan. Felt like the teeth cleaning program was an UP SELL. The whole experience was unpleasant. Not sure yet if I will have the work done that was diagnosed.

I left the office sore and unhappy and realized I was NOT given fluoride so I had to go back in and ask for it. I was not given the usual bag of toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I wasn't impressed with the way I was spoken to by one of the staff. The hygienist was friendly but my mouth was sore the entire day! Thorough cleaning? That combined with the way I was spoken to did not leave me impressed. Perhaps it was the delivery of bad news that I had another cavity and was recommended four sealants. Overall, my experience probably was as pleasant as it could have been - after all, who really enjoys going to the dentist?

Everyone on your staff is very friendly and I always feel welcomed in your office, but I've had my teeth cleaned 3 times in the last 2 years and every time I leave with a less than perfect job. I know that your have new hygienist working, but they should be have their work checked by someone with experience to make sure they are thorough. The hygienist that worked on my teeth last week was very sweet, worked on my problem areas, which are in much better shape, but missed the plaque on my front bottom teeth. I would think that that area would be easy to see and correct. The whitening trays that I received from you have only been used a few times, but have never fit. They just fall right off. As a business owner myself, I know that if something isn't right, I want to know, so I am filling out your survey, but I would have a hard time returning to your office. The price is the same with a good cleaning,,, or a bad one.

The dental assistant I worked with (I think her name was Lisa?) was very helpful and nice. She did a great job to make me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had to the best of her ability. I need to have a lot of procedures done, so I will wait until after those are completed to decide if I will refer friends and family to this clinic. When I was told I needed quite a few procedures done, my anxiety started to kick in and the dental assistant was very good about giving me options of what they could do to help it be as comfortable an experience as possible, which I really appreciated.
