I always have a good experience at Mainland Dental. From the kind and friendly receptionists at the front desk to the hygienists who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth, the whole experience was great. Shout outs to Heather, Alma, and Elissa for their kindness and professionalism.

Mainland Dental is the best. I have been seeing Dr. Mendelsohn for tweet y years and he is the BEST! Faye is a doll at the front dese and Eva and Shayne aré great hygienists. I will never go anywhere else.

I am extremely happy with the servíces provided to me by Mainland dental doctor Zhang did an amazing job in fixing my problem area while at the same time straightening my teeth. I have never seen my teeth look so beautiful. I also would like to mention Ally Fae and Julie always provide me excellent customer service when i am here. Mainland dental has worked with me financially as well, finding the best financial solutions for me. I have been coming here for 10+years and wouldnt change this place for anything.thank you Mainland dental for treating me like family.

Mainland Dental is the best place to come to when in need of dental care, their staff includes the best orthodontics such as Dr.Gejer many others. All staff members provide the greatest service possible and won't let you leave without a perfect smile.

Overall I have had a great experience and dealing with the team here at mainland dental they have made sure I was happy with my procedures. They made sure I was comfortable and everyone was so kind. When I was experiencing pain they made sure I was mighty numb.lol. My dentist office is filled with whit bright smiles and I love it.

I absolutely love mainland dental. The staff always greet you with a warm smile. Everyone here is very pleasant, from the front to dental assistants. I have no complaints. I and my children have been patients here for 9 years, and I can honestly say I love Mainland Dental. Faye is exceptional.

We have been Patients of Mainland Dental (Dr. Ira Mendelsohn) for over 20 years and have recently relocated to Charlotte, N.C. Our search for a New Medical Care specialist, including Dental care, led us right back to Mainland Dental. Consequently, we continually retain Dr. Ira as our Dentist and will just have to schedule our appointments twice a year and see him when we return to see our grown children who still reside in the area. Mainland Dental is not just the best in the area, but the best there is from Charlotte to Atlantic County....And that includes the entire staff....Ya'll continue to Smile... And Stay Smooth....

I got 7 extractions and Upper Dentures done at Mainland Dental by Dr. Zhang and I absolutely love my new smile. The procedure was quick and painless. I was really nervous before I came in, but on my way out I couldn't be happier. I never really thought that I go could through with the procedure but Dr Zhang and his staff helped me to overcome my fears. Thank you so much to Mainland Dental!

Even at the end of the day my doctor & his assistant were kind, patient & cared about my comfort - even though they had to stay 2 hours after the office was closed to finish with me! I was impressed - and my bill was very reasonable....

It was the wurst felling in my life you called me to make an appointment and I did. When I was told to come on in she stated " What are you here for" I said a cleaning " She said your not here just for a cleaning you still have all that black, you have to go back to Dr.. and have him do it all over again.She then gave me xrays.Then i said who am going to see she said " no one " I would like to speak to who ever is in charge of this surveys and ask how can this happen to any one.

I know that there are times where things can become a bit out of sync. But waiting over 45 minutes is not very good service. I actually arrived early (11:15) and did not expect to be seen any sooner than my appointment (11:45). But being taken in at 12:35 didn't sit well. I appreciated getting me out of there at 1:15 as I had to pick up my wife and thought I had allotted ample time. Other visits in the recent past have also been delayed. Time management is important to me. I have a very demanding job and time is extremely important. On the flip side your staff at the desk are great and caring individuals and, also, I am pleased that I chose YOU as my dentist.

The time frame taken (2 hrs) to get my 2 cavities covered was insane. Also the scheduling system was horrible. I had received an email that Sunday stating that my appointment was for 10:15 am and when got to the office i was told that my appointment was at 10:00 am, making me look late. Another thing was getting injected novacaine twice due to waiting an hr for the doctor to come into my room and start the procedure and another 20 minutes for the covering to happen. Staff should spend less time talking and get to what the patient came in and out for. After that last experience i am considering changing dentist.

After ten more minutds doctor came and was done in two minutes. Not happy with this my boyfriend waited longer so 2:00 pm appointment and we left dentist offices at3:45 pm thats is myonly complaint eeverything else went well

Went in for impressions of my teeth. Everyone is fabulous. The impressions part is a tad uncomfortable, but thats the procedure, and not a lot that can be done. Mainland is great!!!!

I lost a filling and Mainland was able to give me an appointment for the next morning after I called. X-rays, new filling, and cleaning were all performed that morning without fuss. All staff were very pleasant so I called my wife to have a cleaning herself that afternoon!

Although the wait time was a little long (40 minutes), the rest of the visit was great. Dr. Mendelsohn is an amazing dentist, and his staff was very helpful.

honestly in my past experiences with previous dentists i have never had such a wonderful experience, from receiving horrible crowns to terrible fill ins from cavities, this doctor and his assistance were nothing but wonderful. from experience i am used to being told what the doctor feels like working on and not listening to what i felt was most important to work on, i was finally ready to stand up for myself this time and have a battle, per sey, to get my way this time and off guard when the doctor explained what was needed to be done, instead of telling me what he was going to work on first, he asked me what I wanted to work out. for the first time in my life, I was goven a choice. not only did he give Me the choice, during my first dentist visit, after the analysis visit, i had added other things i also wanted to work on. expecting to be told id have to schedule another appointment, he worked on them same day, the pointment was originally for 4 crowns, i added a fifth and they suggested a tooth pulled for cosmetic reasons, and same day did it all, even asking me to come the next day to complete the process, unfortunately i had work but my point is, this dentist office isnt like the usually 1 tooth every two weeks, they will get it done asap if its important to you, because its important to them. he suggested teeth whitening since my crowns are permanent and had me come in the next week. this has been the absolute best experience with dental in my life! i highly recommend scheduling an appointment asap. if youre struggling financially they will screen you for care credit, a payment plan, and give you the best affordable suggestions possible to give you the results you are looking for, 5 stars.

Here are my issues with our visits: On Monday 4/14/14 we waited over 45 minutes. No one acknowledged that fact. It was rude. I have 3 children so I was not permitted to make their appointments on the same day so this means I have take time off 2 separate days from work & sit there and wait - its unacceptable. I also was asked to send my other young daughter to wait in the reception area by herself during the appt. this is also unacceptable to ask that of your patients/customers. I was not happy with the appt on Monday at all.
