I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Savage and was extremely delighted with his work. He is so meticulous and explained everything so well. My crown is PERFECT and my mouth feels great! He and Michelle worked so smoothly together. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

All your staff was very friendly and helpful during my appointment which makes me glad I came back. I would especially like to point out my dental hygienist Kristina for her superb care and excellent service. Kristina made me feel right at ease with her gentleness and consideration (she recommended I uncross my legs to ease my tension and even dabbed more petrolatum jelly on my lips to minimize chapping)…little gestures like that go a long way. Kristina explained everything along the way in a professional and caring manner and I truly feel she is a rare gem. Thank you for having great staff and a great practice.

Great dentist, but tried to sell me work I didn't want — Erika A.
On my visit before the last visit I felt uncomfortable when meeting with the woman who was pushing me to tell her what kind of cosmetic work I want done. I told her I'm happy with my teeth and she pushed me half a dozen times to tell her what I wanted to change. I almost walked out of the office at one point from frustration but am glad I did not because overall I really like this office, staff and the work done on my teeth was fantasic.

Christina is a great Hygienist. She is gentle on your gums and teeth, compassionate about anxiety or physical issues during the exam, and is very good at explaining your dental health situation and ways to improve it.

It would be helpful to have an established method of signaling the dentist if the patient wishes him to stop temporarily; e.g., raising the patient's right arm. There were times when I needed to say something or needed a break, but wasn't sure of how to communicate this, short of gagging or pulling something out of my mouth.

Every one is so pleasant and helpful Angie, the hygienist was comforting and knowledgeable and the desk staff, as usual, were just great. For instance, rather than having to stand while discussing my bill and further treatment, we sat across from each other at a small desk discussing arrangements in privacy. Dr. Manzo is skilled and low key, explaining as he works. Finally, the beautiful pink valentine rose is the best. It still occupies a place of honor on my desk.

I don't like the lady dentist who filled my cavities. She does not share the same welcoming and compassionate attitude I have experienced from everybody else at Manzo Dental. She is condescending and makes me feel bad about my teeth. In the future, I prefer to have Dr. Manzo himself work on my teeth. Please note that I have an appointment coming up March 5, and I want to reschedule if Dr. Manzo is unavailable that day to do the procedure. Thank You.

Dr. Manzo's staff and professionals make the total experience perfect. I am now confident in my oral care and appreciate the online notices and reminders. There is never a wait and the appointments are efficient and even pleasant. The office staff is just great, they ensure that one never misses and appointment but when something unforeseen comes up, they are happy to reschedule. The remember small details about you (I had my teeth whitened for my grad school 25 year reunion and they asked my about it at my next appointment.) Best dentist ever!

I don't think I could ever give 5 stars to someone that pokes needles in my mouth and grinds away on my teeth. But I will give Manzo four because he is gentle and does great work. He keeps up on all the latest technology and has all the cool gages which mean fewer trips to his office for me. That’s probably why he is not as cheap as the dentist my insurance wants me to use but hay, I’m worth it. Aren’t you!

We will not be coming back to this office. I am tired of trying to be sold things that are unnecessary, and the rude dentist. The staff is nice. People have a difficult time navigating their finances, and the complicated finance process here kills me.

Everyone is just great. I am always greeted by name and I never have to wait. All staff explain each procedure and answer all my questions. They tell me how long the procedure will last and how much discomfort I will feel. And the tv on the ceiling ROCKS!

Ruth was nice, you can tell her I have been flossing! But I miss Tasia's outstanding attention to detail! I used to get flossed and have my pockets measured, it was nice to be included in discussions, even about what you are looking at in xrays, it promotes some inclusion and inspiration to want to keep up the flossing etc. Thank you for providing this forum. I wish you the best in finding someone permanent to provide the service we were once accustomed to!
