Dr. Nguyen and staff is outstanding, both on a professional and personal level. Everything was an awesome experience. I live an hour and a half away, so I commuted three plus hours, however the kindness, thoughtfulness, personal attention and patience of Dr. Nguyen and staff was well worth the trip. Thank you!!!

I was happily suprised at how fast I was seen by the doctor, all in all my appointment was completed in 20 minutes which left me time in my lunch break to get some food, thank you for the great service!

When I told them I was not going to purchase the contacts from them, I was told they couldnt get any of the brands I asked for in to try on (after all you need to be fitted) Then refusing to give me a contact lense prescription. I have to go somewhere else and pay for a full exam out of pocket since they already billed my insurance.

I had an appointment scheduled with another eye doctor, but they could not get me in for another two weeks. I found Dr. Nguyen on my insurance provider's website and like the reviews. I was suspicious because all the reviews were so positive. I was happy to find out those reviews were all true. I was very impressed with Dr. Nguyen and the time she took to review my condition and explain ALL the options to provide me optimum vision. I was also very impressed when she listened to what I wanted to do going forward. There was no hard sale, no pushiness, nothing. I am very happy with my experience so far and would recommend my friends and family to Dr. Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen made sure I was happy with my new glasses so that I would always wear them and she was very accommodating. I'm very happy to have found her.

I was using two pairs of glasses, one for driving and one for computer work but after my visit, discovered I only needed one. Also she said I did not have to do any unnecessary testing that caused a lot of anxiety.

Going to optometrist is never fun until I visited A+ vision. Dr. Nguyen is extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She took the time to ask me a ton of questions just to make sure I am taking good care of my eyes. She seems to take great pride in her work and cares a lot about the patient. Her staff Henry is extremely helpful and friendly as well. Henry even gave me some travel kits for contact lenses when I told him that I will be on vacation soon.

Dr. Nguyen was personable and knowledgeable. She explained the steps of each practice she wanted me to continue (proper cleaning of contacts, when and how to take contacts off etc.). She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, unlike many doctors in general who barely utter a word. I definitely recommend her. She's awesome.
