We don't have insurance so we must pay cash. When I left my daughter's previous visit I asked what the total would be for her Jan 12 visit. I was told it would be $80. When I went to pay after her last visit I was told it would be $106, but could have a discount if I paid cash. None of this was explained at my first visit and I specifically asked this since we don't have insurance. I did not have enough money on me to pay compelely in cash, however the woman helping me was very nice and gave me the discount when I paid partial debit card. This could have been avoided if explained the first time around.

I cannot recall the name of the dental hygienist that took care of my son, but she was amazing! She was very patient with my son when he was unsure about getting up on the table to have his teeth cleaned. She make the experience fun for him!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It made my daughter very comfortable with her first visit to the dentist. When we got back in the car later that afternoon to go to school, she asked if she could see her dentist again. Bella can't wait until she sees you again!

I've been bringing my daughters (ages 8 and 11) to Dr. Brown for some time now and we are always happy with the quaility of care they receive. Dr. Brown always takes the time to explain things to my daughters and answer any questions we have. We feel like we're not "just another patient", the way you sometimes do when you see a doctor. Both girls have had to have extractions and each time, Dr. Brown has called our home that evening to check and see how they are doing! The staff at My Kids Dentist is always very friendly and helpful from the time we check in to the time we check out and everything in between. You will not find a better pediatric dental office in the Prescott area.

Took my 4 year old for her first appointment. All the staff were friendly and professional. Despite being anxious, they worked wonderfully with my daughter and met her where she needed to be met in order to make the whole experience positive for her.

I had all three of my children scheduled at the same time and all three of the girls that worked with them were wonderful! We have a great experience every time we come in. And we are on a very strict budget, so I called ahead to see what the cost would be. They got back to me right away and they explained all the details during our appointments, so I would understand what could wait and what would be good to have done right now.
