I have been comimg to Next Level Dental for at least 3 years. I have always been impressed with their services, Dr Ramsey is a very personable dentist and experienced in the field of dentistry. He does not recommend unnecessary services; so you can trust that he has your best interest at hand. He has a very informative office manager who is professional at all times. She knows the ins and outs of most insurance carriers and their billing requirements. All of the young adults that have passed through his office appeared to have been trained well and also are kind and professional. Sometimes, visiting a dentist office can be intimidating, however, no matter what services I am having rendered, I have felt comfortable because I know II am in good hands. Thank you Dr Ramsey and staff. Please continue to keep up the good work.

Dr. Ramsey and his staff are always inviting and really feel like family. They always make my daughter feel at ease for her appointments and provide excellent dental care. It's hard to find a good dentist, we've since moved 25 miles away but it's well worth the trip, you won't find a better dentist or dental staff!

I took my 2.5 year old son to see Dr Ramsey for a teeth clean. My child HATES getting his teeth brushed (it is a struggle for me every day), but Dr Ramsey and his staff treated my son with respect, treated him like a person, and we were able to get through is cleaning with minimal tears.

The front desk staff greeted my daughter & I as soon as we got through the door. Both my 9 yr old & I were both impressed because this is a good habit that they have. There wasn’t even a 5 minute wait before she was taken to the back. The dental assistant, can’t remember her name, which is a testament to my horrible memory & not her performance, was very gentle with my daughter. Not to mention, patient as my daughter asked a thousand questions! However, she had a thousand answers for her! The staff showed that they valued my time by reminding me that my daughter had an appointment scheduled for next week but went ahead with her 6month cleaning so I or she wouldn’t have to miss work or school! Lastly, they made sure things were done right the first time by making sure that I had an excuse note for school! Which totally slipped my mind after having such a long day! You guys are the best & I will continue to drive out of my way for you guys amazing services!

The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My hygienist was friendly and let me know what she was doing each time before she did something new. They offer some cutting edge cleaning procedures like laser disinfection that are quick and relatively affordable when not covered by insurance. Dr. Ramsey himself was very kind and thorough, and he talked me through any concerns they had in a clear and concise manner. I do recommend them!

Went to Dr. Ramsey on 4/8 and my appt time was 3:45. I got there at 3:30 and was taken in immediately...but not before the sweet ladies up front ask how my day was. I am terrified of dentist and havent been in 13 years until I finally decided to go to Dr. Ramsey. He and his staff are funny and sweet. Always making sure I am comfortable. I have now been seeing him for almost 2 years and would not see anyone else. I have recommended about 10 people that now see him as well..thats not counting my entire family. If you are in the Smyrna area he is definetely the best!!

Team of dental care was nice and pleasant however I was told I would only have 1 hour of numbness in which I had 4 hours of; I could not eat dinner until 8:30 p.m. Appointment was at 3:00 and I did not go back until 4:00. Left there at 5:10.

The numbness from anesthesia takes 2-4 hour to wear off. This is dependent up on the metabolism of the patient. We apologize if you were given the incorrect information.

Recent visit was not pleasant. It appeared to be in the beginning however my son who they treated great while there; his numbness took 3 hours versus the one hour I was told he would feel. My experience was deceiving by Dr. Ramsey and his wife, Deon who was rude and disrectful and non caring after she told me I could not get my free annaul teeth cleaning. She did not greet me when I came in; I had to say hello first. It was also made very apparant that she was upset with her daughter who did something wrong in the computer. Family business atmosphere; not pleasant.

We strive to give the highest level of treatment to all of our patients. When a diagnosis is made we do not refer back to a previous treatment from another dental practice. We treat our patients for their needs and we will not lower our standard of care. Dr. Ramsey prides himself on providing premium dental care in all aspect of his scope.

Great service, friendly staff but the 40 min wait for a cleaning is absolutely ridiculous! I ended up waiting on them to call my name longer than it took them to clean my teeth. We always have to wait but Dr Ramsey is always so thorough so that kinda makes up for it.

I truley apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your last visit was about a 15-20 minute wait and we always let patients know if we are running a behind. The last appointments of the day can be hairy. Thanks you for your honest opinion it is valued.
