First time visit and I was very impressed with every aspect of my appointment. Office staff made me feel comfortable and explained steps to get all information they needed to get me in the system. Best cleaning I have ever had. Xrays and pictures of my teeth were explained so I understood why I had some issues Dentist explained what needed to be done to correct all issues. I would recommend Northstar Dental to family and friends.

From the moment I entered the practice, I could tell there was a warm and friendly atmosphere from the way I was greeted. For some, visits to the dentist might seem like a chore. However, this is one of the first times where after my visit, I wish that I could go back sooner. Phenomenal service from everyone involved and total transparency with great explanations to every process and step are the reasons I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

Both my husband and I have used this dentist for many years. His work is excellent and his staff is both competent and caring. I also overheard a 3 year old's first dental visit for a cleaning and I could tell they were taking care of him with friendly, gentle care. I recommend this practice unconditionally.

From the moment I step into the office, I am warmly greeted and welcomed. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. In addition, Dr. Bassil always takes time to answer any questions and to give advice regarding dental care and procedures needed. It is obvious that the staff supports the mission of Northstar Dental, and it is also obvious that they are treated well and thus provide that affirmation to clients. From the introduction in the waiting room, explanation of the office and practice, state of the art equipment, all the way to the very end, I felt the entire visit was extremely professional and a great experience. I've been to many other dental offices and I can say this is one of the best experiences I have had (which I rarely say as Dentist offices are not my favorite places) I would highly recommend and glad I followed the google reviews to find this place.

The facility is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, the Dr does a great job - always very nice and friendly, I highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking. One suggestion - I have a tremendous amount of fear regarding the dentist - I'm terrified of being hurt, I feel like I'm going to choke and/or I can't breath, I hate the sounds, the smells and the vibrations, I feel like I am just barely holding myself together throughout the entire appointment - it is truly a "white knuckle experience" for me...I would appreciate if that fear and anxiety was addressed and taken seriously. Perhaps a conversation about pre-medication or options that are available, breaks throughout the procedure where I can catch my breath and regroup, checking in with me - asking if I'm OK, providing some dialog about what is happening and how long it will take would help me to deal with my fear.
