Dr. Omid is great! He does really good work and is very thorough (especially with the cleaning). He makes sure I'm comfortable and the place is nice and clean. Rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Works with my schedule on appointments.

Dr Farahmand is the best dentist in LA! When I first moved to LA I had broken a tooth and went to six different dentists, all who were trying to charge me unecessary amounts for unecessary work, until I found Dr Farahmand who helped me and made the whole process amazing. I have now been seeing Dr Farahmand for the past decade and wouldn't go anywhere else.

great experience. Plugging the address into google maps takes me to the wrong location. When I put in "9201 West Sunset Blvd, Suite 915 West Hollywood, CA 90069" as listed on the email, it takes me to 34°05'52.9"N 118°22'06.4"W . However, when searching "omid farahmand" It takes me to the right coordinates which is listed on google maps as "9201 Sunset Blvd #915, West Hollywood, CA 90069" So the same thing but without the "west" in "west sunset Blvd". Would be great to either have google maps correct the location, or to provide a link on the website/reminder email that takes you directly to the correct GPS coordinates.

This has been my dentist for years. Always friendly and professional reception. Excellent doctor and hygienist. Thorough cleanings, clear explanations of any issues and what should be done to correct them. Even the "tough" talks are handled with care. This practice cares are about the health and longevity of their patients teeth.

I've been with Dr. Farahmand for over two years now and love everyone in his office. We always start on time, I'm in and out quickly and Ieave understanding all of my issues and options. I feel like I'm given good information and have been referred to other offices for a root canal in the past and it was a great experience too (I appreciate a good referral!). Cindy runs the office and is one of my favorite parts of my experience. We are happy to have found our dental home!

I value punctuality. I was in the chair two minutes before my scheduled appointment. X-rays were taken quickly and painlessly. The doctor cleaned my teeth without pain and utilized a headlamp instead of the normal spotlight that makes you feel as if you're being interrogated. It was great! Five stars!

The best teeth cleaning I have ever had! Dr Farahmand is very personable and professional. He clearly explained in simple terms, the condition of my teeth, and what I can do to make things better. I also chose to get new Vivera retainers ordered. They have the latest technology they took a scan of my teeth and gums, instead of the old mold process. Very impressive.

My visit was amazing. I’ve already referred Dr Farahmad and his team to 5 people. The results were incredible. I’m beating myself up for not going sooner. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I believe this is my 3rd review for Dr. Farahmand in 3-4 years. Yesterday I had a routine cleaning and as I was reclining in the chair, I was thinking of how much I appreciate Dr. Farahmand and his “chairside manner.” Not only do I always feel at home and well taken care of, but also seen and known. He genuinely expresses care for me as an individual who happens also to be his patient, not just as a patient who happened along. I’d also like to say that at 62, he is the first dentist who has really inspired me to be more attentive to the best care of my teeth. This doesn’t mean, of course, that I didn’t care about my teeth previously, but as a direct result of Dr. Farahmand’s ability to connect in a genuine way with me, I’m making a genuine effort to put his advice into daily practice. And yesterday I learned that this is paying off. My home dental care habits, he said, were clearly working out well. In short, he’s the best dentist in town! I cannot recommend Dr. Omid Farahmand highly enough.

Recently changed insurance and chose Dr. Farahmand as my new dentist, and I’m so glad I did. Just had my first visit and not only was my cleaning great, I felt like Dr. Farahmand gave me a thorough examination and answered any questions I had. He seems to take everything seriously, which as a patient I really appreciate — would rather have a meaningful consultation with recommendations rather than an attitude of “ehhh you’re fine!” which I’ve experienced in the past. Have never had any serious oral or teeth issues, but I care about my oral hygiene a lot and am always wanting to know how I can improve! Already booked my next appointment, definitely recommend.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Farahmand as have my daughter and son-in-law. I've been Dentist phobic since my teens when a dentist had to sit on my lap to wrestle a SOUND tooth from my mouth, breaking my jaw in the process. CINDY is one reason Dr. Farahmand's practice is so successful! She's bright, humourous, and remarkably efficient! As for the doctor himself, he's not only an expert dentist but the kindest, gentlest, expert practitioner I can imagine. His skill is apparent but his thoughtful and patient considerate practice of it is unique. He's given me my faith in DENTISTRY back. If I were a more experienced patient I'd proclaim him the BEST LA DENTIST....no never mind, he is the "BEST LA DENTIST" period.

This office has been a great dentist experience. LA has a plethora of individuals even dentist, some sketchy, some way too willing to push you into unnecessary procedures and cosmetic procedures. This is NOT one of them, all the feedback I've received here has been professional and measured. The staff is friendly and always sends out reminders about my appointments.

I loved how private/intimate the office was. I feel like a lot of times in larger dentist offices everyone is always trying to get the dentist's attention and I felt like it was the private school of dentists' offices, full focus was on me. We were able to have a conversation in depth and I didn't feel like I was wasting his time.

Dangerous and incomplete care. The inadequate care could have literal caused a fatal choking even. It did cost me an ambulance trip to the emergency room/hostpital to have the dental appliance (called a "flipper") which was made, fitted and adjusted by Dr. Farahmand. The hospital doctors removed via an endoscopy surgery under complete anesthesia. The appliance had lodged in my throat after it came loose while drinking water and went down with the water. This type of dangerous appliance imo should never be allowed. If this appliance is "standard practice" this one obviously was not fitted properly for it to come loose so easily.

This has been my dentist for years now. I couldn't imagine going any other place. Dr. Omid and his team have always been firm, friendly & encouraging w. assessments. I finally stopped being stubborn and listened to all their recommendations on how to get and keep my teeth/gums in good health. Cindy is a wonderful office manager! Office space is always clean and is never too busy.

Over the last 20 years I have had countless dental procedures: braces, extractions, bone grafting, oral surgery, implants, etc. I have always had somewhat of "problem teeth" that give my oral surgeons and dentists plenty of hurdles to work around. When I moved to LA I was dreading finding a new cosmetic dentist. I wanted someone who has an artistic eye (I work on camera) and the gentle bedside manner to be patient with my understandable nervousness in the chair after so many years of painful procedures. From the moment I walked into the office I felt welcomed, cared for, listened to, and in excellent hands. From the front desk to the chair and finally out the door, everyone was friendly and made me feel I had been coming there for years. I would recommend Dr. Farahmand and his team to anyone, whether you are looking for more extensive work, or just a nice clean and check up. Nothing was pushed on me to buy, nobody made me feel like anything that was going on in my mouth was my fault. I left the office feeling uplifted and positive, knowing whatever I need, Dr. Farahmand will take care of me!

I love Dr. Farahmand! I have been seeing him for a few years now and have no complaints. It took me going to 4 different Dentists before I came to him and I was not optimistic. After I left my first appt, I knew I would be back. He is patient and works with your comfort level. My boyfriend now see's him and I recommend him to everyone! I also want to shout out his amazing team! Cindy is always welcoming and warm, defines things clearly and will spend time with you in person or on the phone to go over everything with you. Dr. Farahmand and the staff in the office were pleasant and extremely competent. Finding a new dentists is always a bit nerve wracking especially with the prevalence of horror stories hitting the internet these days. The process with Dr. Farahmand was painless and all the issues and questions I had were promptly answered. I also had a chipped tooth that needed some bonding and was quickly accommodated within the week, and the work was great. I'd definitely recommend going to this office if you want straight answered answers and quality care.

And he has the best view of the West Hollywood Hills - you forget where you are! Also, the work that he did for me was very well thought out - he put back a veneer that fell out, and it's now better than originally placed.

It’s been longer than I like to admit since my last dentist visit so I was super nervous setting up with a new dentist. From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of calm. I always feel so at home with Dr. Farahmand and Laverne that it's like visiting friends whenever I'm there. They are patient with the surprise hurdles and hoops my dental insurance sometimes sends them leaping over and through, which gives me a sense of comfort. As far as dental care goes, I cannot recommend Dr. Farahmand highly enough. Though he has drilled and scraped and injected local anesthesia many times over the past year, I have never once felt a bit of discomfort. I know that I am in good hands and I trust him. That means everything.

Once your head rests on the pillow and the dental work begins, he enters the 'zone' and carries you smoothly along in that zone as he works skilfully, assiduously and one-pointedly until the job is done. I had a cracked crown over the weekend. I was able to get an appointment to take care of this in 1 day! Walked in at 4:30 and was in the exam room in 10 seconds...NO waiting. The team stayed after hours to prep my tooth for a new crown. I could not have been taken care of better.

At a time when going to the dentist seems to be more about the up-sell of dubious services (looking at you, "Deep Clean") rather than providing necessary yet reasonable dental care, Dr Farahmand refreshingly offers the latter. Skilled and honest with transparent pricing and no up-sell pressure. And BTW, the receptionist... simply amazing. She's knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. You can be confident that you are in good care with this practice.

I was visiting LA for a family trip and the day I got there I was experiencing excruciating pain in my gums and I was taking Tylenol and applying Orajel but that wasn’t enough. On the 3rd day of my vacation I was in too much pain and my mouth was completely swollen so I decided to rush to a random dentist in the area and I found Dr. Omid Farahmand and I was treated so well. I unfortunately had to pay out of pocket because I recently switched my insurance. Needless to say, Dr. Farahmand and his wonderful receptionist did the best they could to make the cost of my procedure reasonable which was very much appreciated. Although I was in so much pain, he was very gentle and he did everything he could to make me feel better and fortunately by the end of the day the swelling went down and the infection was much better. I wish he was my primary dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Farahmand!

Dr. Omid and staff are great. I made an appt. however wanted an earlier one. I was placed on a callback list. I was luckily called and confirmed for an earlier date. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Call were returned in a timely fashion. Dr. Omid is great. Very direct and clear about whats going on. He gives you the facts without making you feel bad or embarassed. Esp if your someone like me who knows better about Oral Hygiene and has just been lazy. Appointments are efficient and you dont feel like your time is being wasted. There was a misunderstanding with my insurance (Aetna) and the cost of the initial visit. But thats something Ill take up with Ins. Company.

I having been coming to Dr. Farahmand for years. He is the best, he even does the cleaning himself. I totally trust his judgment, he doesn't pressure you to do extra unneeded work, like some other dentists I have seen in L.A. He will tell you he's going to keep an eye on a particular possible problem area. Then 3 or 4 visits later, when he tells you something now has to be done about the area, you know he is being honest with you, and you get the work done.

I had a very positive experience at Dr. Farahmand's office. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived and taken back as soon as I finished my paperwork. Everything was efficient and Dr. Farahmand spent much more time with me than any dentist I've ever seen. I'm a little sketchy on what the $2000 was for exactly, whether it was for the inlay just performed or part of it was going towards the implant crown. Hope that makes sense. I wish I had more people to recommend! Overall, fantastic job.

I've had horrible experiences in the past at dentists. Dentist who didn't explain anything, who did unnecessary routines and ones who didn't care if what they were doing hurt me, including cutting the inside of my cheek while numb and not telling me. Dr. Farahmand is very sweet, made sure I was comfortable and explained what was going on. He asked me if I had any questions when he explained anything. I did end up waiting quite a bit, but it wasn't bad and understandable as he was still working on the patient prior to me. Overall, I was very happy.

Dr Farahmand was a great find. After moving from NY 5 years ago, we had to start all over and lucked out with Dr Farahmand after several misses with other dentists. He is very gentle with my sensitive teeth and I really like his friendly staff and the intimate setting of his office. It's small but state of the art. I was impressed after my first appointment at this office when the Dr. took his time doing a very thorough cleaning and answered all of my questions. Recently I chose to do Invisalign with Dr. Farahmand and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Faramand really listened to what changes I was looking to achieve with braces and did not pressure me to do any treatments. He patiently explained all my options and educated me with the information necessary for me to make my own decision. Dr. Farahmand takes time checking the fitting of my braces at every appointment and always asks if I am happy with what I am seeing. I truly recommend this dentist to anyone!

I like the fact that an actual dentist is doing all X-ray and cleaning. Dr. Farahmand seems to be really honest with his clients. He does not push for extra procedures that are not necessary unlike other dentist. The only thing I didn't like was parking. Street parking is very hard to find forcing you to get a valet parking which will cost you around $20. Other than that, this dental office gave excellent service for my family.

I am happy with the treatment, both personally and with my teeth. I was surprised that I was not given the complementary toothbrush and paste and floss that I have been given in the past.

My entire experience with Dr.Farahmand and his staff was amazing! Dr. Farahmand is an incredible doctor, highly professional and with a great heart. He generously dedicated his time and his office time to provide the best and absolute care for me.He is very thorough, gentle and careful. I didn't feel any pain at all. He is patient and gives you the time you need to ask questions. It was a great experience! I actually look forward to my next appt and my teeth look great. Dr.Farahmand took GREAT care of me. I walked into the office nervous. After string on his chair and checking out my teeth, he clearly explained to me what work beefs to be done, if I'd like to have it all done in one day or different sessions. I felt very comfortable and in good hands with him as my dentist. And the best part of it all, his office is SPOTLESS. For organized, clean, and air conditioned. Great dentist visit. Highly recommended
