This patient has always been treated with the utmost in both professional competency and courtesy by Dr. Marzban and her entire staff. An abundance of information is always provided in a simply and understandable manner. The evidence of concern for the patient extends to the receptionist and office manager. The waiting room is comfortable and well appointed with quality reading and browsing materials dealing with local history, art and other subjects . Music too is provided. The treatment rooms are always clean and reflect a high standard of safety. In summary this care facility is a class act that requires no adjustment.

Things I appreciate (particularly in these days of declining customer service): - My appointment started on time. - I was greeted personally by those who interacted with me. - The steps of my exam and treatment were explained as it went along. - My options for future treatment were explained, and I received price estimates for those elements at checkout. - I was happy with exam/cleaning. For future improvement/refinement: - They handle it reasonably graciously, but I sometimes feel like I'm being "sold" additional services that I'm not sure I really need.

Dr. Marzban's attention to detail and her excellent work is the reason I have chosen her as my dentist. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a dentist.

Jennifer was amazing with my 6 year old son through the whole teeth cleaning. Dr. Marzban was wonderful in her explanations and including my son in her assessments and recommendations. Dr. Marzban included my son in most if not all of the conversation and explained things to his level of understanding.

I did have to "chuckle" walking out the door and felt something rough with my tongue...which turned out to be a cotton tube still in my mouth!! hahahaha!! You guys are great or I wouldn't go through the hassle of changing insurance coverages to stay with you. Keep up the good work!!

The receptionist and the young lady who took the photos were exceptionally nice, explaining everything so politely and friendly -- I don't imagine they truly remembered me, but they most assuredly made me feel they did; throughout my visit, my comfort was a constant concern. From the moment I stepped into the waiting room until the time I left, I was amazed by the friendlness, patient comfort, and professionalism of the entire staff. Admarys did an excellent job of taking full mouth xrays, making sure that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. She was the first dental technician I have ever been to who acually knew how to manage my gag refex and TMJ. She was ably assisted by Jenny. Sally, the office administrator, was warm, friendly and ensured that I was comfortable with all procedures. She did a thorough job of explaining financing and how different processes worked. Patty did the best cleaning I have ever experienced in my 6 decades of going to the dentist. For the first time in my life, I had no TMJ pain during or after a cleaning. And then there is the person responsible for this great team, Dr. Marzban. She is proficient in technology, warm, caring, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall a good experience. I was a bit concerned, however, with the different answers given by your staff members regarding my questions. Definitely a red flag. One said partial dentals/flip ons aren't dentures, the other said they were. One said there were no cases of oral cancer found in Marzban patients by those who did the oral scanning, the other said there have been cases. I was surprised also that there were no patients in the office. Maybe the rain scared them off?

Wow! It was an incredible experience. Upon entering the office I asked to use the restroom facility and instead of pointing to a direction, Sally came around and led me into the back. The office was efficient in time management, there was not a wait. Each and every technician that worked with me (3) were professional, caring and patient. Dr. Marzband and her office were consistent in informing me of what to expect, what my options were and asked me what I needed or wanted. Above all, I have been seeing dentists for over 45 years and this is the first time that a dentist gave me not only an idea of my dental needs, but a clear detailed picture. I am excited about referring my children to this office.

It doesn't get any better than at Dr. Marzban's office. I love the way I am greeted by name when I come in. I don't think I have ever had to wait to be seen and everyone is extremely courteous and kind! Dr. Marzban takes the time to answer any and all of your questions to your complete understanding. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentists office before - I often fall asleep in the chair! I have been a patient for around 5 yeras now and I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Marzban provides outstanding care and has a friendly, informative manner. She and her staff keep up to date on the latest in dentistry. She does the least invasive treatment possible -- giving me an onlay when other dentists might have suggested a crown. My orthodontist praised the quality of her work. She understands that my focus is dental health, letting me know about cosmetic treatments available, but not pushing them.
