I appreciate the high level of communication regarding what is needed and what to expect. Dr. Haddad answered my many questions with details that helped me feel like a partner in the process. This was my first time to the office. The office staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. The office was nice, clean and relaxing. Dr. Haddad knows her stuff. In the end I did not feel as if she was trying to take advantage of the situation. In the past my husband and I have had dentist we did not trust, and were to expensive. Not here, I trust everything the Dr. was saying and the procedures in place to help me. I did not give her 5 stars in that she was a bit late for the appointment.

I've been visiting Dr. Haddad since 2004 and my personal experience has been exceptional. She's an excellent dentist; efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and creative. In addition to regular visits, we began the Invisalign process. Dr. Haddad has been very supportive of correcting my teeth and has walked me through this commitment every step of the way. Dr. Beatrice Haddad is great! She saved my mouth. After going to a local dentist I was left with nerve damage, an uneven bite which caused grinding and more. Since coming to Dr. Haddad she has fixed my bite worked on my leftover problems in my mouth with comfort and ease. I couldn't be more happy even if my commute is extra long but well worth it. I had a small dental issue that required some immediate care. I called Pasadena Dentistry to see it the were accepting new patients and if the were "in network" with my dental insurance. They were able to get me in the very next day plus they accepted my dental insurance as a "preferred provider" which significantly reduced my out of pocket expense. I would highly recommend Pasadena Dentistry.

I'm really bad with dentists. I brush and try to remember to floss, but at the end of the day, my teeth were getting into some rough territory. Dr. Haddad was fantastic, though. She treated me well, explained what was going on inside my mouth, and I never felt like she was trying to upsell me or offer treatment that I didn't need. Great Dental Experience It is a pleasure to work with Dr. Haddad and her staff. Linda, the hygienist, is very friendly, explains what is happening during a cleaning and works with you to minimize any discomfort. Rhonda, the office manager, is very friendly and extremely efficient. She always has the numbers worked out between insurance and what I owe, so there is never a question about what it will cost me since the information is discussed in a clear and concise manner. I am very happy to have found Pasadena Dentistry.
