After years of trying to find a gentle dentist one has been found. Recently I had to find a dentist for my husband and went through reviews and online ads and came to find this office. His appt was set and he was taking care of. I was so impressed with the overall experience (considering I cringe at the thought of a dentist office) I made a appt for myself, and that went without a hitch so again I have made appt for my kids. Between the office girls and the hygienist and dr what more can you ask for?? Great friendly service with better yet GREAT prices. Ill be going back soon to have some work done and Im guessing will be just as good!

The team at Plainfield Dental Care is always friendly – even outside the office. Dr. Ferdkoff & Dr. Yuryk are Great. They both provide quality dental care. Dr. Yuryk is fantastic with my 2 boys and very respectful to my wife and me. We are treated very well and feel appreciated when we walk through the door. Laura is very knowledgeable and helps us with the never ending insurance “issues”. Danielle works hard to schedule appointments that fit within our busy schedules. The boys like Nicole. Stacie is Awesome! … friendly and easy to talk to (even with dental instruments in your mouth). The Greeks

I moved to Plainfield 2yrs ago, and my family and I visit 2 other dentist office and was not pleased. So Plainfield Dental was my third choose and my last, I finally have a dentist I can bring my family to and that's Plainfield Dental Care.

The front desk receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She is new about 6 mths, but she does not have a sense of customer appreciation. The hygeinist is okay and the dentist is superb. Overall, I'll rate this experience a 3 out of 5

It seems like I get emails and calls for reminders about my appointment time, but the office staff likes to reschedule appointments. My last appointment they tried to reschedule me three times. I do not feel welcomed to the office when I walked in because I would not change my appointment time. I am probably not returning back to your office. I am a paying customer and I should be welcomed by all. Loved my hygenist! She was the best thing going at that office! Thanks for doing the survey at least now you know why you lost my business.

Took 4 different Dentist to find Plainfield Dental — Mary R.
Had some problems is the past with billing. As with any "purchase" know what your getting and what your paying for BEFORE, and LOOK at paperwork before you leave. Don't ASSUME anything. My kids like going here. Everyone is very friendly. They work with your schedule. I've had 4 different dentist office since I moved out here. I'm sticking with Plainfield Dental.
