I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. gave me at my consultation! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially regarding financial options since I don't have dental insurance.

I think you over charge and over treat, therefore I would not be able to trust you, and I believe it is very important to trust your dentist and other medical providers. The constant questions about TMJ complaints put a bad tast in my mouth and made a bad impression. I also think that it is an injustice to the hygenists that they are basically giving a sales pitch during the first visit. I went in for a cleaning, which I did not get, and walked out with an over inflated estimate for dental work.

I found Dr. Beninato on google. I was impressed by the before and after photos. Being a person that experiences anxiety when visiting a dentist, I was extremely at ease and suprisingly comfortable during my first consultation and subsequent visits. I plan on staying with the Premier Dental team. They are all warm, friendly, caring people. Thanks!! And I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I enjoy my dental appt so much at Premier Dental! I basically get to relax and watch a movie on their state of the art Apple TV system while they do all my dental work. I absolutely love the painless way they deliver the local anesthetic!!! They always explain what they are going to do before/during and after.

I was very happy with service. I did explain my reluctance to have X-rays due to my profession in nuclear medicine and my high daily radiation exposure, coupled with my insurance not covering repeat X-rays ( as I had them at my Previous dentist). The secretary was unable to retrieve all the X-rays via email so the dentist had me repeat them at no cost which was nice. Unfortunately the assistant did not have me take my earrings off and we had to repeat the X-rays thus giving me 3 x the exposure I would had received had they been able to retrieve the X-rays. That was a bit frustrating because not bring in radiology they may not understand the daily exposure and but all in all it was a fabulous appointment. The whole team was very nice and I look forward to future appointments.

Tina was great and very informative with the changes around the office. I was able to change my kids to Dr. Dietrich since she is a preferred provider and Dr. Beninato is not. I had to wait over 15 minutes for Dr. Beninato to come check my teeth which then only took a couple of minutes. Check out was a lot longer too with all the additional clients coming in and leaving.

I decided to have a second opinion done because of the amount of the total proposed bill & I found out that I don't need near as much work as Shari said I needed done. A lot of what she said was not what I was told by another dentist who wants to make money as well, but obviously wasn't their only concern, as with Shari at premier. I'm upset at the thought that they would remove a perfectly good tooth to make a BMW payment so to speak!

One of the teeth that had a crown is exposed near the bottom. It's sensitive to brushing, and some chewing. I didn't notice at the time of my visit because I was numb. This easily should have been noticed by Dr. Beninato and his assistant. I plan on calling the office soon to set up an appointment to fix this. Appointments are very difficult because I always have to use PTO with every visit. I am already low on paid time off so this is a major inconvenience.

I didn't like new paint on flouride treatment. I did appreciate Dr. Beninato's opinion on a tooth that I need to take action on. The front desk associates provided the needed information for me to make a decision on my next appointment to repair tooth.
