Becky did a great job documenting a problem I had with a detached crown and inability to be seen at the practice back on 1 Dec 2011. The end result was that Dr Smith was unaware of what had happened and immediately took responsibility to make things right.

My only issue (which is an issue I have with many in medical related professions), is that I feel it would be appropriate and respectful to inform patients of the costs of things like x-rays prior to administering them on patients. Please understand I am only sharing this thought to be helpful. I too take surveys very serious in my own business and I always want to hear everything about my clients experiences and thoughts. I appreciate and share your passion for outstanding quality and service - Love you guys! Thank You!

I really enjoyed my first appointment at your practice. The only negative thing I can think of was having to wait a bit to be seen. I think it was only about 10 - 15 minutes, so not really a big deal. Everyone was very friendly and I really appreciate the handwritten letter from MJ thanking me for coming in, and especially the movie tickets! That was very unexpected! I look forward to coming in soon for my cleaning.

Dr. Timothy may have already apologized for this but I still don't appreciate how he handle the situation. He thought I had a cavity to be replaced and I informed him I did not and he continued to question me and tell me I don't remember. I understand he has a lot of patients but if you are going to question your patient (to their face) you should read your notes first and before questioning. After all I only have one mouth to remember about and I am not someone trying to get out of a cavity filling. Perhaps he was having an off day but if this happens again I will look elsewhere.

Very professional, efficient, and friendly. One would not typically consider a root canal a pleasant experience, but the skill and support of both Dr. Smith and Mary Jean made it as bearable as possible. And Julia is certainly an asset to have at the front desk. As it's only been a few hours since leaving the office, I can't speak for how well things will go over time. But as of now I'm not feeling any more than the expected minor discomfort, am expecting to be back in full form shorty. A huge contrast, all for the better, compared to the service provider I'd been using the past few years.

The Staff make you feel very comfortable and we had a great experience!! one thing you failed to do was ask us about our oral hygiene routine....what we do, what we use etc. we had questions to ask after we left about getting your opinion so we will ask the next time! on your info sheets that we fill out, you should include what toothpaste you use, mouthwash, if you floss or waterpick and how often,how many times that you brush, floss etc. you all are so professional and caring!1 Thank you!
