Dr Murray was very professional. Excellent exam. Very informative. Dental staff was excellent & very helpful. Downside: when I made my initial appointment I requested an exam & cleaning on same day - only received the exam. I was left waiting for 20 minutes in the insurance coordinators office & when she came in could not locate my file and was unable to tell me what my costs would be. I made an appointment for the following day and unfortunately had an urgent medical issue at home. I attempted to call the dental office several times between 4:10 & 4:25 and no one picked up and no message center was available.

Excellent computer software facilitates everything from making and reminding me of appointments to keeping accurate tabs on my dental history - problems, potential problems to be monitored, past treatments, etc.

There is often a big discrepancy between what we are told to pay for services vs what the insurance shows we owe. This is something I have had to battle with several times over the years. I would rather wait until the insurance papers are received, then pay the bill as shown. We have also sometimes been charged for procedures that are not covered by insurance and not really required as part of the procedure. An example is the desensitizing medicament used with fillings. I would like to know ahead of time what is not covered by insurance before it is done. Those are my only complaints. Otherwise the work is always good and Lisa is fantastic!

My first appointment with you was a nice surprise. Everyone was happy, polite and informative. I was looking for a dentist that would be honest and up front with me on pricing. That is very important but seams to be the one thing I have never been able to get from other places. Sometimes it felt like I was dealing with a cars salesman insted of a dentist trying to get the price on a procedure. Another thing I was happy about was Dr. Murray gave me hope that in time I might actually have a smile I would be happy with.

Terrible customer service, they were not able to help me verify my insurance. They could have called the day before the appointment that my insurance is in question instead of making me come and waste my time. I love Dr Murray but dislike the people who work in the front desk. So unprofessional, they need to be trained to handle issues better. My whole family is changing different dentist office because of this matter.

Last time I had to wait out in waiting room without any acknowledgement for at least 10 min. Then another 30 before a technician saw me back in the room. Too long. I would have made the appt. 30 min. later. However, once the dentist worked on my tooth, he was great in guiding me through the process he was using.

Erica (at the front desk) has always been very accomodating and a pleasure to see when my family visits Dr. Murray and his staff. Very freindly and professional. In my opinion, she is an asset to the office. My son recently saw Dr. Murray for his fist dental appointment, as he is four and a half. Before the visit, we were just going to see Dr. Murray for a referral to another pediatric dentist, but our son had such a great experience there, we decided to stick with Dr. Murray and his professional team. My wife and I were nervous, and very greatful to the staff for making his first visit to the dentist such a pleasant experience.
