The hygenist should have asked what kind of treatment I had been receiving and if I was having any kind of problems. I felt that she did a cursory job of cleaning compared to my last visit and no where near the type of peridontal cleaning I have been used to over the last several years. A floruide treatment does not substitute for a thorough cleaning with ultrasound and iodine treatment.

It is abundantly evident that y'all are energetically pursuing excellence at Robertsdale Dental Care. It is evident that there is effective and on going staff training. You project an atmosphere of cheerful, customer oriented service. The front desk ladies greeted me warmly. I interacted mainly with Loren and Ashley, this time. They demonstrated proficiency in people skills as well as technical skills, which contributed greatly to my overall good impression. Dr. Hardy is congenial, thorough, and technically proficient. All of the employees that I've met have been neat, well groomed, and friendly. I am transferred regularly in my work, so I've used services from 15-20 Dental offices in 4 different states in 38 years. Most of them were well run establishments. However, in terms of devotion to TOTAL patient satisfaction and comfort, your office is in my short list of top flight dental offices.

Because of running behind, a staff member called and explained the situation and asked if I minded coming in at a later time. I had only one complaint and that I had to ask to get something for my toothache because I had been in alot of pain and they knew this. I had to come back in the building to ask again for something for the pain to be able to get some sleep. I knew they just forgot so I am okay with it.

It wasn't a big deal but if the head rest would have been softer I could have been in the chair all day. I will recommend to my friends and I will be bringing my son soon to visit your office. Before I went to Robertsdale Dental Care, I was scared to death of any dentists. This place has made me feel welcome and at home. The staff is great, and my dentist is awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I needed and still need serious dental work and this is the place to get it done, recommend to anyone who needs anything done, they can take care if you! I will be switching my whole family here.

After changing dentist and having the tooth filled, I now know how money hungry this man is. I will warn others to beware of this office, and will keep my family of five, from patronizing, this kind of larceny.
