I have been a patient of Dr Gaznavi since 2011. I previously had a very unfortunate dental experience during my military career. Dr Gaznavi is Wonderful!! She is professional, thorough, and extremely responsive to any discomfort during treatment!! I travel from out of state in order to continue treatment with this practice !!!!

I have been a patient of this practice since 2011, when I retired from active duty military service. Dr Gaznavi had been recommended to me as a dentist who was excellent with patients who truly fear dental visits and have had prior traumatic dental experiences. DR Gaznavi listens to her patients, is thorough in her assessments and treatment plan development, and educates her patients on shortterm and longterm issues. During procedures, she is immediately responsive to patient discomfort/pain. She works efficiently ( quickly and confidently) and always gives feedback on how much longer ( important for a fearful patient like myself). Her practice colleagues are also wonderful in all ways, whether addressing scheduling or payment questions, conducting cleaning or xray procedures, or reviewing treatment plans. Patience, kindness, empathy, and professional treatment are ALWAYS in display at every one of my appointments over these many years. I have complete confidence in Dr Gaznavi and this dental practice! I recommend this practice without reservation!!!!

Dr. Gaznazi and her team were great. They were kind and patient. The doctor was upfront about my teeth situation and alot is needed to be done but that is my own fault. So, she is setting up a plan for on how we will continue on.

I have been a patient of the practice for more than 20 years. The hygienist and receptionist are friendly, helpful and supportive. Dr. Gaznavi is one of the best dentists I’ve had In my long experience in the dental chair. Major work I have had done with her includes the extraction of a wisdom tooth, a root canal, bridgework and several crowns. She is thoroughly professional, taking the fear out of dental work by carefully explaining procedures and laying out the risks and benefits. I would have no hesitation recommending her to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Gaznavi and her staff. I had to have a crown placed on a broken molar, and the two-visit procedure was as painless as possible. I especially appreciate Dr. Gaznavi's approach of attempting to save natural teeth if at all possible, with root canals performed only if absolutely necessary. I am moving to Pennsylvania, but will seriously consider retuning to this practice to have further dental work.

The dental hygienist was sweet and polite. The dentist was very rude and insensitive. Her feedback was delivered in a rushed and unprofessional manner. The prices for the work are not justified and they pressured me to run my credit for a credit care application. Literally requested income behind the counter and use their office computer to sign up. The receptionist was also rude and made me feel ashamed for trying to take better care of my teeth. I am seeking a second opinion from a provider within my dental network and would not recommend anyone attend this office.

The person from Guatemala that did my cleaning was very nice. The doctor explained to me that I wasn’t making anything out of my health insurance, that in reality she was obligated to accept it. When she explained to me the cost of my possible treatment, she mentioned multiple times that with the insurance I had they can’t charge me the real price for the treatment. So if you have CareFirst from the county, I recommend that you go to another dentist.

This is an excellent practice. The front office administration is wonderful, and the dental hygienist is very good at explaining how to help to care of your teeth and gums. Dr. Paige Gaznavi is exceptional. She is kind, thoughtful, caring and most of all, extremely skilled in dental procedures. I have been going to this practice for many years, and it is consistently outstanding.

I felt that everyone in the office is very pleasant, professional and caring. The office is very clean and the set up is very welcoming. I'm usually very concerned about dental work because I have very sensitive gums but Dr. Gaznavi understands and is very gentle. She also takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. Her staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable at every visit. I'm very happy I found Dr. Gaznavi!

The staff is curtious and helpful. The treatment rooms are clean inviting. The only objection I have is the tv being on as I do not watch it and the noise is disturbing Soft music would be ok.

If I inherit a fortune tomorrow, I would not return to your office. I was made to feel inferior because I hadn't funds for the suggested treatments. I saved to have the money at this time just for a cleaning and you spent about twenty minutes on the treatment, gave me the bum's rush and made me feel very badly. Not an atmosphere I will return to.

This dental practice is outstanding. Dr. Gazvani,is able to do a huge range of dental procedures in her office. "Dr. G" Is outstanding dentist., with a first class practice from the front desk to her assistant. They are all totally professional and compassionate.

Excellent and friendly professional staff. Procedures are explained clearly and thoroughly. Dental procedure options and preventive measures are also explained. There are dental care reading materials/information or pamphlets available for patients. Environment is clean and comfortable and there is ample free parking. The hygienist told me she was going to give me a fluoride treatment after my teeth were cleaned. I thought it was just part of the cleaning service. She did not mention that there was a fee for doing it. I think she should have.

When I arrived for emergency dental work before leaving on vacation, I walked in and was almost in tears thinking of what I was going to do. Having to make the decision to spend a lot of money was very difficult for me but after talking to you and your staff, it was very apparent that I needed to do have the work done ASAP. A few painless hours later, I walked out confident that after my follow up in a few weeks, I'll be looking great. Thanks to you and you wonderfully friendly staff, I'll be back again and again. It would be great if the dentist took a few minutes to explain and answer questions related to follow up plan rather than leaving the hygienist and receptionist to explain next steps and answer questions ("I'm not a dentist but I think" is not really convincing). Lauren was wonderful though!

This was the third or fourth time where my daughter and I were seen for an 8am appointment, and by the time the dental hygienist was done, Dr. Gaznavi had not yet arrived for work. To be asked to wait for an additional ten to fifteen minutes for her to get to work on multiple occasions is incredibly unprofessional, and this has me considering moving our dental care needs to another facility. If you want to be perceived as professional, then perhaps showing up for work before 9am in order to get your 8am appointments out the door would be a good start.
