Kaci (sp), did a great job cleaning my teeth. She is gentle and thorough. She was right on time starting. She let me know how well I am doing between appointments. She made sure I took my meds. She put up with my practical joke that was not funny just annoying.

Dr. Sarah Krueckel and staff are the absolute BEST! I have been going to see her for about 20 years. The staff is always so friendly, professional, kind and have consistently made the right decisions fir my dental care. I had to have a new crown last year. The ease of the procedure and perfect fit did not go unnoticed by me! Some people dread going to the dentist. I would say change offices and make an appointment with Dr. Krueckel!

Dr. Krueckel bent over backwards to accommodate a dental emergency. She not only examined me but gave me a quick referral to an oral surgeon. The office was warm and inviting and I didn't have to wait. She explained every aspect of my treatment.

My wife & are appreciative of this “patient-centered”practice and you were not rushing or impatient with us at the end of your day. Really I was hoping you could take care of my pain with one visit but you didn’t pretend when my needs went beyond your scope of service but your office did all they could to find someone immediately who could. Yes, we were not expecting dental care to cost so much more than in past experiences, but when expecting the best care paying goes with it.

Dr. Sarah Krueckel is the best! She not only did a great job fixing my daughters' broken front tooth but managed to work with us to squeeze her in before she left for camp, much to our gratitude! Her office staff was so helpful when we were calling from overseas to try and arrange this appointment and when we met them in person. Would highly recommend this practice.

Our family was a long time client of Dr. Lyons (since 1984). We have been just as happy since Dr. Krueckel took over the practice several years ago. I was a little concerned with their new policy to require payment up front, but was delighted to learn that they would still bill our insurance. I look forward to getting the fee refunded. All stall from the Dr. to the assistants, Hygentisits and office staff are friendly and helpful and they keep to their schedule, never a long wait.

I love Dr. Kruekel. Love her. While I don't know her very well, I think she is a lovely person based on the time I have spent in her chair these last five-ish years. Her staff is mostly very kind and friendly, too. Mostly. Although I do miss the hygienist that once worked there. However, in the years I have been seeing Dr. Kruekel, my wife and I have both had problems with the work she has done...problems that required return visits, like a car repair that doesn't fix the problem. As a result, my confidence in her has been eroding. Coupled with the awkward experience I had at the front desk yesterday tells me it is time to move on. Sorry, Dr. K.

I have found that your "cash patient" policy is confusing and difficult to participate in because the rules seem to change over time. First, it was 10% off if I pay in advance. Then it was 10% off only if I pay at the time I make my appointment. Then it was 10% off only if I pay at the time I make an appointment and it must be cash or check, not credit card. It's difficult to hit a moving target...

Loved Dr. Krueckel and her assistant, both very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately did not have the same experience and friendliness with the front desk. New to the area and had an emergency but felt I was such an inconvenience for the sudden visit. Customer service was not a priority. Felt very upset by the treatment received especially when word if mouth is such an important factor for a successful business. Not all service was bad, there was a very sweet lady with longer hair that was more then patient and willing to help with our questions.
