I receive too many reminders. One text message or email is enough, especially when a person pays for text messages. I would also prefer to know if my regular dentist will not be doing the work before they walk in the room. I expect my regular dentist and want to be notified if he won't be at the appointment.

Both daughters were seen at the same time, so I stayed with Kirsten. She gets very anxious at the dentist, but Laura was fantastic with her. She got her to do a fluoride treatment, do her panoramic xray and even talked to her about brushing. Kirsten has probably brushed her teeth 6 or 7 times since her appt day before yesterday!

The dental hygienist was exceptionally friendly and answered all of my questions. Also, the next day my wife and 4-year old son came for their check-ups. It was a nice touch how the dental office celebrates no cavities (picture holding the big toothbrush and the person in the tooth costume).

I have only been coming here for 1 1/2 years, but I have had 3 different people clean my teeth. I'm wondering if you have problems keeping people or if I'm hypersensitive. Otherwise, I've had very good experiences with your office. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoy talking to all the personell including my dentist.

The personnel are genuinely interested in seeing that I am comfortable. They seem happy. I like that they are unlike many typical doctors' offices employees who are dry and indifferent and make sure that you know that they are in a hurry.

I've been a client since 1993 and have thoroughly appreciated the excellent work of Drs. Berdahl and Feiock. I doubt there are better dental professionals in the community. I would, however, like to remind you that I appreciate having a consistent hygienist with whom I visit every four months. I thought I was going to have Mary again this past Tuesday; she was the last person I had. But, I had yet another new person and was not as pleased with the experience. It was a bit more uncomfortable for me. Please make note of this in my record. Aside from this recent experiece, I have no complaints on the quality care that I normally receive.

My hygenist, Michelle, was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt bad for her as she is assigned to a room where there are equipment issues that really need immediate attention (computer imaging did not work, the GFI for the chair tripped). I also realized after moving to another office to complete the x-rays that the chair in Michelle's room is very uncomfortable in comparison. I am a person with back issues so being in a chair with good lumbar support is important, especially for periods of prolonged sitting. As always, Dr. Berdahl was very professional and personable. He even took the time to catch-up on life events even though his schedule is very busy. P.S. I thought the check-in sheet was not very user friendly (being left-handed writing with a sharpie on laminated paper can become a "blurry" mess .....you might want to consider using an iPad or some other means of collecting data. If it weren't for the equipment issues I would have given a rating of five stars.

Due to short notice I was able to get in Monday to have my tooth looked at since I thought the filling came loose. they were very friendly and fast during my visit and I was able to get a new filling under an hour! Thank you!

Everyone at Sensational Smiles is always very personable & friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to answer any questions I might have, but to tell you the truth, I don't have to ask too many, as they explain things thoroughly & in "plain language." They are quick and efficient but not hurried - not an easy thing to pull off. :-) All in all - they strike a nice balance of professionalism & warmth toward their clients, and I am glad to be one of them.

I love sensational smiles. The doctors are great, easy to talk to, and they remember things about your personal life too. Most of the dental hygienists are great. There is one that I met this time that was kind of an odd duck and kept trying to have awkward conversations with me. She also took longer than the rest to clean my teeth and it was slightly harsh. But one out of how many isn't too bad. I love these dentists. Keep up the good work!

So not many enjoy going to the dentist, me included, but since I feel the need to, I'm glad I was referred to Drs Berdahl & Fieock. they are really good at what they do, down to earth and even entertaining at times! I've never had to wait and when they're examing me I never feel like they're rushed to get to the next person.

As a child, I had horrible experiences with my dental visits. My children are actually excited to come to their dental appointments. They are excited to get their new tooth brushes and of course, pick out a toy at the end of their visit. :)

My first visit ever happened to be on Halloween, and Dr. Berdhal and Dr. Feiock were dressed as Batman and Robin - that's when I knew SS was the perfect dental office for me :) The staff are punctual and very friendly and accommodating. Whenever any of my friends need a dentist, I refer them to Sensational Smiles.
